As for the photographer being asked to leave I know 100% they were not asked, in fact they were staying in the hotel as guests as well. My job involved crowd control and crowd security. These two photographers snuck onto the movie set after being warned by casino security before hand that cameras weren't allowed inside the hotel, and were asked to leave. These two photographers made their way to a 2nd floor balcony overlooking our movie set. Once a scene was finished and Denise Richards was in plain view of their digital cameras, they started to harass our actors shouting out "home-wrecker" and other slanderous name calling in order to instigate a rise from our actors. They continued to harass and harass our cast and crew until hotel security was called in. It wasn't until one of the photographers called her a home-wrecker during filming, this is where she stormed up to the photographer accidentally knocking the laptop from railing. After the incident took place the photographers were escorted by casino security off the premises, to await RCMP involvement. Once the reporters arrived it was a whole different story coming from the photographers acting all innocent. It seems one of the photographers created this to gain notoriety to further create a name for himself as a paparazzi. Vancouver is a laid back town we don't get many paparazzi types here.
