I find it hard to believe that Madonna would make such much noise and wake her own children much less the neighbors. It's more likely the neighbors dislike Madonna for other reasons and would like nothing more than to evict her regardless of whether the complain of noise is true or not. And as for her arms, so what...I'd like to see one of u complainers do the stunts she does..no one can dance like Madonna, u are all jealous. Why don’t all of u get a life.
