If someone hates Jolie or Aniston that much, they must need help. Both of them are attractive and interesting personalities. Why not just like them both?
But that Sean Young, man, she needs help. I read this article about how she can’t stop scheming about how to get on the “A list” and does really crazy things. She must have someone, an agent, a family member, a neighbor who might tell her her that her behavior is worrying.
I wonder if she’s being treated or not. She pulls so many nutty stunts. Remember when she heckled that director during his acceptance speech because she was drunk off her behind?

True statement. I have seen several vidoes where she was eiter being interviewed, or leaving a club bombed. When she speaks, she is snotty, entitled, and seems to believe she is a diva. Cringe-worthy indeed.

Actually, I think it’s Viola Davis and neither Michelle nor Rooney (the latter seems too robotic to even have tears).
Tate Taylor was sooo upset about it, he bungled an interview later on in the evening when someone brought up “the snub”. Plus, Blind Gossip always adds a little clue and there’s “helping” in the blind. Poor Viola. I also think she was snubbed. Journalists present at the Vanity Fair afterparty also tweeted that she looked clearly disappointed, but soldiered on during the party.

My black heart wants to believe that it is Patricia but I don’t believe that this actually happened at all. If it did I would believe that it is Michelle.
I love Gary Oldman and everyone in that photo. I hate to say this but I think he is going to be like Christopher Plummer and get an Honorary Oscar for his entire body of work instead of getting it for a performance that he gave.
Sean Young should be LL’s worst nightmare but if you put photos of them side by side LL looks like the hot mess. That is bad. Very bad.

For the blind item, I think Michelle Williams or Viola Davis are the most likely suspects.
Note that the item states the actress quietly expressed disappointment to her friend, not that she was screaming & pitching a diva fit. There’s nothing wrong with being sad about losing an award you had a real shot at, and besides Meryl, only Viola & Michelle (who campaigned HARD) were really in the running for the prize. Though Viola’s an old pro, so she’d probably save her tears for the privacy of her bedroom.
I would have added Glenn – she’s a contemporary of Streep’s, but has never won jack. That’s got to be annoying, especially since she’s in her 60s and unlikely to get many more Oscar worthy roles. Plus, she played a MAN, for chrissakes! That’s primo Oscar bait.
But Glenn had zero Oscar buzz, so I can’t believe she thought she’d win. Ditto for Rooney Mara.

This is very sad. She was on Letterman last year begging the industry for a job and did a little short video showing how much she wanted a job and it was desperate and not funny. She has drinking issues and I suspect mental problems considering things she has done over the years.

Sean Young has been an alcoholic for many years. She is/has suffered with mental health issues as well. A long time ago she wanted to be Catwoman (think Michelle Pfiefer got the part) SHe sewed her own costume and went to the director, basically stalked him and wouldn’t let up until she was forced (restraining order) to stay away. Her last gig was on the Young and Restless. It’s a pity she is off the wagon. Hate to see people so messed up.

I feel sad that Sean clearly has never gotten whatever help she needs. I don’t know much about her, but it would be nice to see her finally get it together.
I think the blind is probably Michelle. Whoever it is, can’t blame them for being sad and disappointed. It’s human nature, you want to win a great honor, there’s a ton of build up and excitement, but it doesn’t happen, it’s a let down.
If you have to lose to someone though, best to lose to Meryl Streep!

I doubt the blind item was Rooney Mara. No one expected her to win the Oscar and she is a newcomer who will have other opportunities, especially now that Columbia Pictures has agreed to film the entire Millenium trilogy. She was probably happy just to be at the Oscars.
I believe it was either Michelle Williams or Viola Davis. My money is on Viola Davis though. The award for best actress came down to Viola or Meryl this year and most people expected Viola to win. This is why movie stars shouldn’t go into any awards show expecting to win because anything can happen. Just be thankful that you are nominated.
I’m sure that regardless of whether this blind item is true, Viola Davis must have been incredibly upset since everyone was saying that she was a shoo-in for the Oscar. I don’t know how anyone can be immune to that kind of confidence booster going into the Oscars. It must have been a huge blow to both her and her husband. Regardless, I think Viola will be back in other strong roles and will be nominated again for an Oscar. This isn’t the end of the road for her unless she wants it to be.

I would have thought it was Viola Davis for the sobbing loser bit. She was the one most expected to win. But I don’t hear her saying It’s Not Fair. What’s unfair about losing to an actress like Meryl? That kind of immaturity sounds more like Williams but it makes even less sense with her. She’s so young and has many more years to score. So I go back to Viola. She has been thought the front runner so the disappointment was really crushing. But it’s Meryl folks. She deserved it too. And Viola has lots more time too.

I know Sean Young had drug abuse (cocaine?) issues years ago. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if she was bipolar-which Angie obviously is not. Angie seems to have a sunny disposition-there is NOTHING sunny about being bipolar. If one is manic, irritability rules, so slapping a guard is not that outrageous. Bipolars are also prone to “self-medicate”.
I am bipolar-2, which means my mania is “hypomania”. It may not be as bad, but it’s bad enough.
Another issue with any of the major mental illnesses is self-care. She certainly looks older than her age, i.e. at times she hasn’t been taking care of herself at even a baseline level, little less the high level of self care of the Beautiful People.
Just my armchair diagnosis-no better or worse than Dr. Phil. I am a retired pharmacist, so I think my qualifications are on par with his at this stage, perhaps even superior because I have some ethics.
I hope she is getting the help and support she needs and that this was just a slip-up.
