Caz, she stands like that because she thinks it makes her size-11 feet look smaller. I think it just make them look deformed.
And actually that is an old pic, I first saw it when Gallery of the Absurd spoofed it a couple times (http://galleryoftheabsurd.typepad.com/14/2006/08/japanese_paris_.html) and (http://galleryoftheabsurd.typepad.com/14/2005/05/pariss_hilton.html).
So I googled it and found that it’s two years old, taken November of 2004 at Diddy’s 35 birthday.
