Once every now and then until they are grown up is fine, but all te way - no ways. They must first finish school and studies - otherwise they will drop out some time. They think it will bring in lots of money for them, but it may dammage their lives. Let them expierience the movie and entertainment world, but first things first. Keep them grounded and humble. He said he and Jada had the other kids go and discuss it in a "kidocracy" I believe he called it, and they came out and said that he should get $40 a week. Will also made the comment that Jaden doesn't need an allowance because he makes his own money, but the other kids (and I think he said a cousin or two were included in the household kids) DO get an allowance, and the amount they get is set by the rest of the kids based on what they think is fair. These two should get their stories in sync before they talk.
