Most of what plastic surgeons do is very important: repairing birth defects or fixing damage from burns, injuries and surgical scars, for example. Few people would object to cosmetic procedures to correct pronounced issues like a very prominent nose or ears, or giving breasts to mastectomy patients. The issue is with superfluous cosmetic surgery which is aimed not at correcting flaws, but at making beautiful people even more beautiful. In most cases, the opposite is the result. I'm talking about a few YEARS ago. She tweaked her face a bit before Transformers 1 (which was her best look in my opinion), but she unfortunately didn't stop. Personally I think those radio pictures make them look like they're sticking out even farther because you know it isn't the makeup making them do that.
