I’ve ALWAYS disliked GWB so I’ve never paid any attention to his family – except when the girls got in trouble (mildly amusing). Evidently I’ve missed something pretty big… what happened to Laura Bush’s boyfriend in high school? Did we have another Chappaquiddick (sp?)

She’s smart and well read so it could be interesting. Heaven knows, someone is going to have to bring in a few bucks after they leave the WH. I doubt he’s capable of doing it.

I read somewhere that they are selling the
ranchette and building a new home in Dallas. He’s going to have to find another hobby besides riding his mountain bike.

A memoir is safer than an autobiography, because she can selectively gloss over or completely avoid her internat’l joke of a husband’s coke and alcohol abuse, and her own drunken vehicular manslaughter of a HS friend.

Sounds like the perfect book to keep a credenza balanced.

I think she self-medicates with the blood of young virgins.

I’d borrow her memoir from the library, if I was low on Ambien, or Southern Comfort. Only as a last resort, though.
I know the memoirs of an invertebrate would surely put me to sleep – but the high probability of night terrors makes me apprehensive, and I’ve already lost enough sleep over this farce of an administration.
