He did Welcome to the Dollhouse and Storytelling, besides Happiness, all of which I've seen a billion times. I hope he reconsiders. But he might cast her as a caricature of herself, which would be amusing. Also, I feel weird asking, but it's always mentioned that she's got the herp, but I never knew where that originated, or if it's even true. Anybody know? I think it's important to remember that many of his characters are so unsympathetic as to be repellent. From this perspective, Paris is actually perfect for one of his films.
