Us Weekly has a little story about Halle Berry’s latest battle to the death! No, not really. According to Us Weekly’s sources, Halle and Sandra Bullock were sharing the same stylist, Deb Waknin, for a while, and Halle has recently become upset because Waknin has been spending all of her time dressing Sandra and not her. Reason why this story could be BS: because neither Halle or Sandra have been doing non-stop red carpets or promotional work, so I just don’t see how their shared stylist would have to spend SO much time with either of them. Reason why it could be true: Because Halle has a hair-trigger temper. Right?

Starlets, take note: don’t hog Halle Berry’s stylist! An insider tells Hot Stuff that Halle, 45, has been fuming because her powerhouse stylist Deb Waknin constantly caters to another A-list client: Sandra Bullock, 47.

Waknin was “spending all her time with Sandra and not giving Halle any attention,” says the source. “Halle got jealous because when she needed Deb, she was always with Sandra.”

Berry then dissed Waknin and used Heidi Klum’s stylist Maryam Malakpour on two occasions.

(A rep for Berry denies any rift, insisting, “Deb and Halle have worked together on and off for years.”)

As for Berry’s relationship with Bullock? All is cool: “There’s no jealousy between them. They are friends.”

Yeah, I can see how Halle wouldn’t pick a fight with Sandra Bullock, she would just bad-mouth Waknin (who is obviously racist, in Halle’s mind). I also think it’s interesting that Halle’s rep actually deigned to comment on this story, and that the “denial” was actually a confirmation that Halle only works with Deb “on and off” – meaning that Halle is probably working with another stylist at this point, because the crux of the story is true. It might not seem like much, but it adds to the picture I have of Halle – that of a woman who is prone to random petty jealousies, who is temperamental and easy to alienate.
