You will find polite men everywhere...and you will find rude men everywhere. The same applies to women. The same just applies to people in general. Cultures are different, sure, but to say that British men are inherently more "polite" (subjective term anyway) than other men is a bit silly. You will find polite men everywhere…and you will find rude men everywhere. The same applies to women. The same just applies to people in general.

Cultures are different, sure, but to say that British men are inherently more “polite” (subjective term anyway) than other men is a bit silly.

I won’t even get started on this topic, but I just plain old don’t get into chivalry.
