The white dress looks like she just has on one of those full coverage bras, which almost MINIMIZe the size of the breasts. Baggy shirts tend to make breasts seem smaller, but a great push up puts the girls out there. i dont think she had one. i think she's always been more than an A cup she just wasnt wearing a proper bra. Could be the same for Taylor. But I do agree that a nice bra and that skin-tight shirt could be all there really is to it. She usually doesn't wear really tight clothing, so it's hard to tell.
