John Travolta’s lawyers providing sketchy “evidence” to contradict the first masseur

I’m already pretty tired of this John Travolta scandal/lawsuit. Maybe it will get interesting in the weeks and months to come, but for now, at this moment, it just makes me really sad. I’m sad for John Travolta and his sad, sweaty, pathetic need to grope, harass and assault masseurs. I’m sad for the masseurs who were just trying to do their jobs, only to be physically abused by a powerful Hollywood type. I’m sad that the Church of Scientology can’t simply let Travolta be who he is naturally. I’m sad for Travolta’s lawyers, who seem to be releasing more and more “evidence” of Travolta’s innocence, only to have said “evidence” blow up in their faces like a sweaty, pathetic Travolta-happy-ending. As I said before, I enjoy a good, gossipy “Travolta has gay spa sex” story. But those stories always involved Travolta doing things with consenting adults (“adults” = lithe, dark young men). The current round of stories are ASSAULTS.

So, here are today’s stories. As I mentioned yesterday, you really need to go to TMZ and look at the photos and receipts Travolta’s lawyers have provided to “prove” that Travolta wasn’t even in LA for the first masseur’s assault. Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, says: “On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. My client was in New York on January 15. We have flight and hotel records.” Except… the only proof offered so far are the photos and the receipt, neither of which prove anything. The photos are absolutely ridiculous – they are the most awkward Photoshopped images I’ve seen in a while, and besides that, how do those photos “prove” Travolta was in NYC on the day in question? TMZ says Travolta’s people claim the photos are time-stamped – which is basically like saying, “Because I said so.” As for the Mr. Chow’s receipt – it’s unsigned. And it’s dated for late in the evening. Which means that Travolta could have been in LA to assault the masseur in the morning, then flown to NYC for a meal later in the day.

So the masseurs’ lawyer, Okorie Okorocha fought back against Singer’s claims and the “evidence” provided to TMZ: “The credit card receipt that Mr. Travolta says proves he was in New York City has a time stamp of 11:38 p.m., our complaint clearly says the assault occurred in the morning of January 16. This credit card receipt proves absolutely nothing, and it doesn’t account for the day of January 16. My client was sexually assaulted at 10 a.m. Travolta could make it to New York on horseback in that time.” Oh, and Travolta’s lawyers are now saying that they have the flight records that Travolta flew to NYC the night before the alleged LA assault. Sure.

So the first masseur – the first one to file a lawsuit – has issued a statement to Radar- it’s a lengthy piece which you can read in it’s entirety here. The basic gist:

“As the unidentified masseur in the John Travolta case I have an opinion that I wanted to share. I don’t think anyone should form any opinion about Mr. Travolta, his family, his council, myself, John Doe #2, and our counsel. Instead, I would urge everyone to understand that guilt or innocence in our Justice System is decided by our court system. Too often these matters are decided by swaying public opinion through elements that would never be considered in an actual court case.

For instance, a photograph, a restaurant receipt, testimony, and other things that may or may not constitute proof have strict guidelines that must be followed. A fine example is the amazing number of guilty people that escape their crimes due to the mishandling of evidence. Is it disappointing, of course it is, but it is a price we must pay in order to have a justice system that runs in a constitutional manner.

In consideration of that, I ask the public to not judge anyone, and allow all parties to work things out in a respectful and dignified manner, and if these matters do go to court than only that final decision past appeals, etc should be considered a definitive statement on ‘guilt’ or ‘innocence’. Despite the circus that celebrity matters seem to spiral into, we should grant all parties involved a wait-and-see attitude, and wait for either the official decision of a judge and jury, or the possibility of a dignified discussion between people who are not pit bulls, or aces, or anything, but are actually officers of the court (lawyers) who have sworn an oath to protect the justice system from losing its blind lady of justice with scales and replacing her with the days of Salem Witch Hunts.

[Via Radar]

I don’t really know what to make of that. Is he angling because he got the date wrong? Or is he just trying to be nice because he knows he has “proof” and he’s about to take Travolta down?

Incidentally – why haven’t Travolta’s lawyers started attacking the credibility of the second masseur’s story? The second incident went down in Georgia, and there’s more “proof” that John was in Atlanta when the second masseur says everything went down. The second victim also has copies of the emails he sent to his employers after Travolta allegedly assaulted him. And can I just say? I think the second dude should also sue the hotel/resort he works for – they were complicit in his assault.

To each his own?? IDK about these allegations…

    • bea says:

Not really. What he’s being accused of is really crappy if you’re a (legitimate) massage therapist. If he’s looking for a good time (gay or straight) he should contact a prostitute and leave the real massage therapists alone.

      • Jessica says:

but first off, divorce his beautiful wife!!!

      • mln76 says:

*taking a couple of deep, deep breaths to do my best to sound rational*

Ok can’t we at least agree in the year 2012 sexually harrassing/assaulting people is a trillion/billion times worse than adultery?
His priority should be to find consenting adults to fondle!
Anyway Kelly is the hired help. He married her to end the rumors she’s been well compensated with a lifestyle beyond her
means. She’s done her best to hold onto him hence the miracle baby.
Her kind of greed and cynicism is far from beautiful IMHO.

      • Tapioca says:

        @mln76:

        “Trillion/billion times”? Really?

I’ve been sexually harrassed (though not assaulted) by an ex-boss and whilst it was an absolutely horrible experience I was able to rationalise his actions as those of a complete c**t, leave my job and start afresh relatively easily.

Believe me, having a personal relationship ruined by infidelity is a lot harder to get over because it affects future relationships too, and we weren’t even married.

      • anon33 says:

Tapioca, you said it right there: you WERE NOT assaulted. It’s one thing to have some a88hole make lewd comments, and entirely another to be sexually assualted. I know because I’ve experienced both, and yes, as you say with the harasser (well, depending on the degree of the harassment) you just chalk it up to them being an a88hole and move on. But physical sexual assult is something that stays with you your entire life and colors your perceptions of other humans forever.

      • mln76 says:

WOW….adultery while hurtful and immoral isn’t criminal behavior. Harassment and assault is.

    • Sassy says:

Does anyone from the Atlanta area know the name of the resort where Travolta was staying?

      • Maguita says:

It clearly states on RadarOnline that the hotel identity will stay confidential. And that all staff are not allowed to talk to the media.

    • the original bellaluna says:

Yes, to each his own. But not when it comes to unwanted advances and assaulting people to get his own.

      Uh-uh.

  2. Julie says:

this is going to end bad. for everyone. (except the lawyers ofc)

    • Aiobhan says:

ITA! When it rains , it pores and there will be even more tawdry allegations before the summer ends.

  3. Maguita says:

Anyone else finds it funny that the case is being conducted by TMZ and RadarOnline, and NOT in court?

I get the poorer less famous side wanting to get public sympathy, but John’s side is playing it… too Lohan-like. Gossip after gossip article, trying to trash the “alleged” accusers. I’m surprised as hell how this going. What will be left for their day in court?

For the judge to say “based on everything I’ve read on TMZ and RadarOnline, my ruling is…?

    • lucy2 says:

I think it’s really weird! There’s two lawsuits that have to be dealt with by a court, and the lawyers are throwing all this “evidence” out there to the tabloids! Very strange.

    • Madison says:

I will be shocked if this makes it to a court. I imagine especially if there is evidence as suggested by accuser #2 Marty Singer will do everything in his power to keep it out of the courts. Like some of the other cases he has managed, the Casey Affleck sexual harrassment is one, I won’t be surprised to hear this has been settled out of court.

    • Marie Antoinette Jr. says:

The travolta camp, by throwing all their “evidence” at the media, is proving the theories about John are right. Obviously, his public persona is the most important thing to him. Which is why he tries so hard to hide his depraved sexual practices.
John Travolta is an extreme hedonist. He overindulges in everything: food, sex, thrills, attention…
He’s going to do what it takes to hang onto his stratospheric fame; because fame/power/money is what enables him to freely pursue all his binges.

      • Maguita says:

I always thought his food binges were directly related to his frustrated in-the-closet life, as well as being under CO$ thumb.

  4. tru tru says:

    Heehee–snickers

  5. Marjalane says:

You know, it doesn’t help JT’s case to be sporting that Krylon sprayed on black hair and eyebrows. Makes him look all kinds of creepy and sinister.

He did it, we all know he did it, and the “church” is going to go balls out to destroy the accusers. Going to be a very sad chapter in Travolta’s life.

    • Rory says:

Notice how after these kinds of stories surface that the couple tries way too hard to convince everyone of their unity … in this case, holding hands tightly and all kissy-coo. Ashton Kutcher and Demi were the same after the cheating scandal broke, and that was for real.

    • Kimbob says:

Hahahahahaha…@Marjalane, you are SO RIGHT! Yes, Travolta’s “look” of late, is not soft at all! He def needs to consult an image consultant, for sure.

I just really appreciated your comments here. I feel the same way.

    • LAK says:

Does anyone know when these loving united wholesome perp pics were taken or are we yet to see those?

  6. Chatcat says:

Ok so on so many levels this has so many victims…and John Travolta is NOT one of them. He has perpetuated this lie and his kids will have to deal with the fall out about their parents down the road…other kids will be cruel and bully you can bet the house on it. I blame Kelly too…she is an adult and to go along with a farce like this is unnatural and degrading to women and men.

  7. Intercontinental says:

Well! Oh my! What a nice messy pie this is going to be!

Actually feeling very sorry for his wife and children!

    • Mimi says:

And I’m not feel sorry for her. She KNOWS about it don’t be naive. It is classic case, old Hollywood scenario – gay/bi movie star who can’t keep his hands to himself, beard wife, children, picture perfect family. But it doesn’t work today when you have internet and 24/7 access to information and photos.

      • Kimbob says:

No doubt! Yes, it is hard to have any sympathy for her when everyone can read the writing on the wall….for @ least the past DECADE!

I mean, I live in SC, I mean, about as far from H-wood as one can get…and I’ve known about his sleazy antics for quite awhile. No, no sympathy for Kelly Preston. She’s been quite complicit in all this, for sure.

Now, on another note, I DO FEEL BAD…REALLY, REALLY BAD for their children. They just so do not deserve all of this sleaze surrounding their parents. I truly feel bad for them.

      • Intercontinental says:

Innocent until proven guilty folks!! The court of public opinion doesn’t count until the court of law have released a verdict. Then we can eat him, and possibly her, alive. But, please, let’s leave the kids alone!

      • Amanda_M87 says:

        100% agreed.

  8. Dibba says:

Way too much spin going on for me to digest or keep up. Everyone is Hollywood is in high gear on this one and I doubt the truth about any of it will ever come close to being seen and there will be no justice for anyone.

  9. mln76 says:

Eh the second LMT!!!(He’s NOT a masseur he’s clearly licensed if he works at a hotel) sounds reputable. Especially if he has documentation of emails.

As for those claiming CO$ is behind this PLEASE. Outing John exposes the fact that the endless auditing and ‘cures’ they used didn’t work. They sink or swim with burying these scandals and the more these stories come out the less power they have over John.

    • Maguita says:

Also, most importantly, HE KEPT HIS JOB after all his complaints to many managers and executives in the hotel.

Doe#2 still works at the spa, this says a lot about what management thought of his complaints.

    • Madison says:

The second guy at least has better evidence to back up his story. As much as I would like to see this go to court and justice finally for at least one person from these hollywood predators I imagine Marty Singer will do everything in his power to keep it out of the courts, his clients are a who’s who of hollywood trash, he usually settles cases like this out of court especially when he knows his client will be proven guilty in court.

  10. Roma says:

For years I thought John was gay/bi, who liked hot hookups with men but loved his family.

But he is a predator and it makes me sick.

  11. Hmmmm says:

What straight man gets massaged by men constantly? That in itself raises doubts in my mind about JT.

    • Maguita says:

FYI, simply on the subject of massage and same sex:

Most straight women prefer to get massages by women as well. For exactly the same reason: Getting a massage by the opposite sex would take getting used to, because a stranger, of the opposite sex, is touching you all over.

And men are more sensitive than women. If they are getting touched by a woman, while half naked lying down, little boomer might react and cannot be hidden.

      • LeeLoo says:

Talking with my own massage therapist, it is very common for men to get an erection during a massage. That’s why massages are so sensual. If you hit the right part of the body his member will become erect. My massage therapist says that sometimes she is asked to leave the room because men find it uncomfortable to lay down on and try to take care of it quickly. She says most men just deal with it.

      • mln76 says:

It actually in some cases has nothing to do with sexual excitement but increased blood flow.

      • Playlist says:

I once had a distracting massage because I kept getting jabbed in the side every time the guy leaned over me (a woman) to work on my shoulders. A 30 minute massage got cut to 10 minutes because the masseur got so flustered, red in the face, and had to excuse himself. After a long absence, he returned and said we were done. Now I only get a massage from a woman.

      • OriginalTiffany says:

OMG! I can’t believe these massage stories. About JT yes, but a massage, a true deep tissue work on back issues massage is as far from erotic and can be and usually is painful. Eroticism is the furthest thing from my mind. No one I know would come on to a therapist.
We travel with massage therapists, all artists get one once per week, I am leaving in a few for a massage the will probably be painful for two days.
As a former medical worker, we are all just bodies. I could care less which sex works on me or my husband in a therapeutic manner.

      • Maguita says:

@Playlist, I used to get massages only from women, than one day had one from a big strapping man. After a few uncomfortable moments, it was just heaven: He had big hands, and even my thighs looked tiny in his one hand, the deep tissue and stroking reach was amazing!

And @OriginalTiffany, you may be more used to naked strangers’ bodies around you because of your past career, but for me, I still can’t. I stick to the same massage therapist. I may be a bit of a prude, but I still am not naturally comfortable with a stranger touching me. Same with a doctor.

      • Marie Antoinette Jr. says:

The painful deep tissue massage actually fits in quite well with the story. It might be even more of a powerful thrill for a perv like travolta to conquer some masseuse who is giving a painful therapeutic massage. Perhaps the regular masseurs are more used to inappropriate advances simply because what they do is easily misconstrued as sexual and sensual. A deep tissue masseur on the other hand, (isn’t it also called rolfing?) is going to be more shocked, and more of a victim cause they aren’t used to old skeeves getting boners while they are literally getting pounded! ha!

  12. Jayna says:

    They have produced flight records.

Like that long statement was written by the victim. Not. Lawyerspeak all the way.

I don’t know about the second one, but I call bull on this Craigslist one. CNN has a statement from the lawyer saying they contacted Travolta’s lawyers a month ago wanting to settle this case (blackmail) without it ever going public or being filed but got nowhere when he contacted Travolta’s lawyers. He said he never would have filed suit had they produced proof he wasn’t there. I expect to see this suit dropped now. The second one may be legitimate. We will see.

    • the original bellaluna says:

JT is a licensed pilot with his own personal fleet of planes. He can fly whenever & wherever he wants.

And what about the third victim ROL is citing? This is going to become Tiger Woods-esque.

  13. mel says:

I just don’t know..I do think he is very very good at covering his tracks…remember he hid the fact his son Jet had issues (autism I think) for a long time from the public. So – I think he is gay and its really sad that he feels he cannot come out of the closet. I have always been curious how much his wife knows…what a mess. Living your life as a lie must be horrible depressing…on all levels.

  14. Marie says:

Agree with the first and sad part of this article. I don’t think Kelly is a victim, and is willing to do what it takes, even if it takes JT down. Somehow in the end and not her. The kids are innocent. It’s outrageous what goes unprosecuted and covered for and with the rich/ famous. It gives new meaning to the HYPOCRISY. I believe his team will pay off everyone, make whatever deals are needed with high placed friends (??) and pay whatever needs to to avoid court. I think JT will become less and less emotionally stable and down the road it could be more tragic. Maybe he’d be better off coming clean, taking what little is left and disappear…free for the rest of his life?

  15. SB says:

    Why aren’t the receipts signed?

    • anon33 says:

      because they are bullshit.

      • G says:

Why would the restaurant dig up reciepts from five months ago for the tabloid press any way?

It doesn’t seem exculpatory, it seems bizarre.

      • the original bellaluna says:

@G – They wouldn’t, without a court order. (Say, oh, Idon’tknow, they were being used for a trial.)

    • Shelly says:

Well, if it’s John’s copy of the receipt, he may not have signed his own copy. I don’t think it says whose copy it is, though (the restaurant’s or his).

  16. Darlene says:

I feel so sorry for him, but he’s behaving SO inappropriately. Truly, you live a lie as your life and you will go mad. I believe that. He needs to divorce, come out of the closet and live a happy life.

    • Jayna says:

I think John is very happy minus the loss of his child. I have read articles that John truly lives a movie star’s life and loves it. He travels all over the world, flying there himself. He sleeps most of the day and is a night owl and his family kind of adjusts to his hours. He takes his kids out at midnight in Ocala flying. I think he would be miserable without Kellly and truly loves her, his best friend and a strong family unit. They have been together 21 years and travel most everywhere together for the most part.
They seem to have an understanding. He doesn’t seem to be
seeking out an emotional relationship with men, just happy endings. She seems to understand him and accepts it. I don’t think he is looking for love with men.

  17. bluhare says:

I think Masseur #1 put that statement out because it’s pretty obvious that Travolta’s lawyers are going to play this out in the court of public opinion. Show everyone the flight plan? Why? So we think Masseur #1 is money hungry.

  18. Kaye says:

I never realized how much he looks like a wildebeest.

  19. mymy says:

    Management couldn’t give two shite’s.
    Employee’s are replaceable.
    Stars are treated like god’s
    Anything else missing?

    • KGrammar says:

Yes, the basic rules of grammar. It should be “shits”, “employees” and “gods”. When one is attempting to make a word plural (meaning “more than one”), one simply adds an “s”, NOT an apostrophe s.

Using an apostrophe s indicates either possession or a contraction. So unless you meant to say “employee is” or indicate something belonging to one employee, then adding an s is sufficient.

The exception is the word “it”. “It’s” always means “it is” and isn’t used for the possessive. “Its” is used for the possessive.

      • Lisa Marconi says:

No, “shite” is the proper Scottish term for the shorter word. (Thank you, Irving Welsh).

  20. Jen34 says:

This is so pathetic on so many levels. Too many victims here.

Travolta really needs to break free from CO$ and stop denying his homosexuality. Nobody cares, John. Too many people are getting hurt because he is ashamed of what he is.

Get some help. Find a boyfriend and stop assaulting young men who are just trying to do their job.

  21. birdie says:

There is a Blind about Kelly Preston secretly getting pregnant, because she wanted to keep John from divorcing and outing himself. They had his sperm frozen. Poor John. I really don’t know about these allegations though.

  22. Cheryl says:

Where there is smoke, there is probably a flaming gay….

  23. T.C. says:

I’m with accuser #1 let the courts decide it. No one cares about you bring gay John, sexually assault is a different matter. These young men are just trying to do their jobs. No one should be harrassed or assaulted on the job.

  24. Leigh_S says:

    Conspiracy thoughts.

The conversation regarding the CO$ had me thinking … what if they are playing both sides of this thing. ‘Encourage’ the initial lawsuit knowing that more will come out of the woodwork so that Travolta is ‘saved’ by them if he comes back in line with CO$ and is destroyed if he doesn’t.

Now that would make some twisted sense when you consider the caliber of lawyer and lawsuit initially filed with the sad defense evidence to date.

  25. the ORIGINAL skipper says:

    Her boobies are fake, right?

  26. gg says:

He is so scary looking now.

  27. Neelyo says:

Kelly probably beat the shit out of JT when this story broke.

I’m sure she knows and doesn’t care as long as he’s not stupid about it.

  28. Bumkat says:

I don’t trust either side of this lawsuit. If these people were assaulted why didn’t they call the cops and try to have JT criminally prosecuted? No matter which route chosen (civil or criminal) their identities will become public sooner or later. the fact that these accusers chose the civil route tells me this is about money. I think this stuff did happen, but that it was consensual and they found a way to get paid extra for it.

  29. barb says:

If he’s bi, then he likes both sexes, and he probably really does love his wife. It’s sad that he tries to get off with legit massage therapists tho. Hire a hooker like everybody else!

  30. maggiegrace says:

Yeah, her big tits are fake.

  31. blonde on the dock says:

I cannot believe how creepy looking he has become. He went to a high end spa my son’s girlfriend worked at. He was asked to leave because he requested more of a sexual favour versus a massage.

  32. lori says:

This will probably keep happening until the law intervenes, I hope the next massage therapist calls the police and produces photos, video or audio. Take a minute to document it next time and go to the authorities, not your boss.

  33. S_____ says:

When I first started working in entertainment one of my co-workers, a movies writer, told me a story of Travolta ‘approaching’ a massage therapist in Toronto. It was common knowledge and wasn’t the first time, she said. That was 8 years ago. So I believe this stuff that’s coming out now.

  34. Byte Me says:

I wonder what John’s true relationship with Diana Hyland was….anyone remember?

    • mln76 says:

Remember that he never talked about it as a sexual relationship until AFTER she died.

  35. G says:

Ok, this behavior is inapropriate and completely out of line, but, does an unwanted explicit sexual advance merit $2 million in damages?

  36. nancy xl says:

if he committed a crime, the police should have been called. apparently he did not commit a crime. it’s all about $$$$ and i think JT wouldnt pay it.

  37. anne_000 says:

I used to work both at eateries & retail so I know that customers can have their credit card numbers on file at the businesses or can call the c/c # in & either way, their credit card would be used as payment even if the customer wasn’t there & even if someone else besides the card owner picked up the product. So it could be that whoever ate there wasn’t JT but a guest(s) of his. Also a credit card can have more than one person authorized to use it or JT could have let someone else borrow it & the management at Chow could have allowed it as acceptable payment. So another person could have had it on his person & have had it swiped through at the register. I don’t know if JT has been a customer before at Chow and had done this sort of thing before with them, but in my experience, it’s been done for our customers at places I’ve worked at.

Also, if it was someone else’s credit card at the time, he/she could have added JT onto it after these alleged incidents or after the lawsuit was filed. That way, unless someone can find out exactly when JT was added onto the account, it will look like it was also JT’s card account all along.

So there are different ways that this scheme could be done. And because it wasn’t signed, this could point more to the possibility that JT himself wasn’t there at the time to sign it for himself.

  38. Jaxx says:

Has his ego gotten so big that he thinks everyone in the world should feel honored if he gropes them? Another Ahnold in the making. They truly can’t believe that everyone doesn’t want them or that their age might catch up with them until the hot young guys aren’t attracted anymore.

    • BabyCakes says:

Wasn’t there a blind item a while ago about a CO$ member that was doing everything he could to leave the church so he was trying to out himself publicly?

  39. Maritza says:

It must be so embarassing for his wife to hear so many gay comment about him. John Travolta should shave his hair off like Bruce Willis did, he would look so much better.

    • laji says:

      You’re making the assumption that:
      a) She doesn’t know he’s gay
      and/or
      b) He’s not gay

Possibly she’s embarrassed for her kids and her own reputation. But you think she doesn’t know about his proclivities when so many people have already told these stories? Multiple people. Multiple cities. Across the years.

    • Byte Me says:

I bet Kelly is real pissed off. I would think they would’ve had that ‘just be discrete talk’
a long time ago back when she agreed to be a cover for him.

  40. TheOriginalVictoria says:

this story is giving me life. And as sad amd fucked up as it, it doesn’t make popcorn taste any less salty goodness.

If Hollywood and its inhabitants are hell bent on shaming people into the closet or using it as extortion leverage while simultaneously trying to act super liberal and offended at people who aren’t then it needs to be called out.

They send mixed messages all the time and it stinks.

  41. thetruthhurts says:

Forget what #1 has to say…accuser #2 is the one with witnesses and even a worse story.

  42. LAK says:

my question is this. Why are men so stupid about sex. And careless. Very rarely do you get this level of scandal with women. not that it doesn’t happen, but women know how to keep their stuff on lockdown.

  43. skuddles says:

Poor Kelly… this must be so humiliating for her. Wonder if she’ll finally divorce his skanky ass?

    • laji says:

Difficult for me to believe there are people out there who think Travolta is straight and that Kelly never knew. The only way Preston would file for divorce is if Travolta came fully out of the closet and declared his love for another man. Which is so unlikely to happen, I would bet the contents of my house that it won’t.

      • skuddles says:

Oh I dunno…. and why do you assume I think he’s straight and Kelly doesn’t know? Yes, of course she knows and has all along, but it comes down to how much humiliation she’s willing to withstand. He’s getting very sloppy and overt now and his secret life is turning into a public joke – she may feel she has no choice but to leave him, if only to maintain some dignity and credibility in the eyes of the public.

  44. Nightweed says:

What a revolting way to live: pretending to be a happily married couple, even having kids, all for the sake of money and fame. Travolta’s gotten away with this crap for so long because of his money and ridiculous so-called religion, which never fails to cover up his messes. I hope the hypocrites Travolta and his brood mare of a wife get everything they deserve.

  45. LeeLoo says:

The reason I don’t buy these lawsuits is that John Travolta has been keeping it in the closet for a long time. I have no doubt while there is some truth to the spa rumors (men do become erect during a massage if you hit the right points on the body) I would think after 20-30 years of this he knows where to go to get these “special” type of massages. I don’t think he would risk everything he has to sexually assault random spa employees. I can see him making a pass at them but not assaulting them.

However, if he IS assaulting them then he has some serious issues. But people should be filing criminal charges NOT lawsuits. If these men had any credibility they would go to the police. I don’t think they are traumatized by this, I think they just want a paycheck.

I really think if this is all true that Co$ is to blame for him becoming a sexual predator. I think they created this situation by keeping him shamed in the closet in the worst of ways and forced him to live a lie. If all of this is true, it is very sad that it has turned out this way for him.

  46. sandcastles says:

John’s world is imploding. It doesn’t matter if he’s guilty of sexual assualt or not, his world is definitly imploding. I haven’t seen it mentioned, but is anyone else thinking that with the whole world watching what John thought was private actions, should we be on Suicide Watch??

    • Jayna says:

The alleged victims’ lawyer said he contacted John’s lawyer for the past month trying to get a private settlement to no avail. So John knew it was going to be filed. I guess he was prepared for it or else he would have paid them off.

  47. Playlist says:

John won’t let it get to court, nor will Kelly or their church. John has been quietly settling these suits for years, but this time all the major news outlets and media TV shows are covering it, so there is no going back for John. His not-so-secret secrets are out of the bag.

I’ve noticed that every time there is any negative press against John and Kelly, Kelly comes out with a new product or project to promote. She avoids talking about any problems by discussing her latest marketing gimmick. I’m not buying her breast feeding lectures or her weight loss products. I can’t wait to see what she uses to cover this one.

  48. Godisreel says:

Srry but I believe he is INNOCENT this lie is boring

  49. Jordan says:

TMZ has JT’s flight records now and a witness at his fitting. And the Doe 1 has a statement to Radaronline about not judging anyone…right. I believe JT may be gay or bisexual (WHICH DOESN’T MAKE HIM A SEXUAL DEVIANT BY DEFAULT) but I don’t think he sexually abused these guys. Of any of the spa stories, has JT abused anyone or was it consensual? I’m not sure why you would automatically assume he would abuse someone and quite frankly, it’s offensive to jump from he’s a closet homosexual to sexual assault deviant just like that.

  50. Kayla says:

I don’t believe the allegations. And why are they trying to get 2 million?

  51. anne_000 says:

A 3rd ‘victim’ has come out according to RadarOnline. This one worked on a cruise that JT was on. Allegedly JT forced a naked hug onto the employee after getting him to come closer by asking him to look at something on his/JT’s neck. Then JT offered him $12k for sex which the employee refused.

Same scenarios in all these cases. JT forces himself on the guys first. Then offers money.

  52. Divorcee says:

Come on 100 guys accused him! I’m not buying it. You show me the 100 guys and tell me their stories and asked them again 3 or more times mths. apart then you’ll find out the truth.

    • Jayna says:

Kathy Griffin called bull. She said she has a huge gay following but that forever someone claims to have a gay cousin or friend with a gay cousin who John or Tom Cruise had sex with, yet, not one shread of evidence with all the technology that exists. Her gay fans were laughing hysterically in the audience.

John probably came on to some men, but notice how they have to add in that he touched them somewhere in the scenario. That’s to make it a
criminal offense. My lawyer friend said he probably propositioned them or one of them but they beefed up the allegations to make for a lawsuit and shakedown for millions.

  53. amoi says:

so, ive read all of the stories about his frequent trips to gay bath houses…this is not homophobia or ignorance on my part but i truly want to know how he has remained HIV negative if he has frequented gay bath houses since AT LEAST the 80s…a hollywood insider specifically said they witnessed him giving, receiving oral, mutual masturbation AND receiving anal. I have a pretty decent knowledge of gay bath house scene because im from San Francisco and have listened to many first hand stories. Men there do not carry around condoms…if they do i highly doubt they would hundreds of times….because as politically incorrect as it is to say, it is RARE to find a person who has used condoms 100% of sexual experiences.

    • muppet_barbershop says:

It is very likely that he is positive. At this point, someone with serious money can stay extremely healthy, at least in appearance but often for real, and often for a decade or two. Look at Magic Johnson.

  54. Hakura says:

I feel like we’re all at the zoo, peering through the (specialized tinted) glass at the zoo.

The only thing I don’t understand.. Is why JT would take SO many risks? He wasn’t exactly ‘subtle’ in his advances, IF the stories are true) If he really has done this THAT often (not even in the same locations with the same masseuses) He had to KNOW it would become a public ordeal at some point.

Maybe that’s what he wanted? not stepping out of the closet so much as being catapulted out…to land where he may. (hopefully not a spa.)
