John Travolta’s first accuser changes story while a third man comes forward

Another day, another John Travolta story. If you’d like to review where we were in this ongoing, seemingly never-ending “John Travolta loves to grope masseurs” scandal, go back and re-read yesterday’s post. Unfortunately for all of us who were laughing at Travolta’s lawyer’s “evidence” that JT wasn’t even in LA on the date of the first masseur’s assault, it now looks like JT can prove that he wasn’t actually in LA on that date. And the proof goes beyond that horribly Photoshopped image. So, of course, the first masseur is changing his story – only to say that he got the date wrong.

The Plantiff who filed a bombshell lawsuit against mega-star John Travolta still maintains the Grease star made unwanted sexual advances towards him, but now says he got the date of the incident wrong, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Travolta’s lawyer has insisted from the beginning that it was impossible for the actor to have committed the alleged assault on that date because he was in New York City and called the claims “fiction.”

According to sources close to the case, John Doe #1’s account of the incident remain the same, but the date on which he said the alleged assault took place was not January 16, 2012, but actually on an earlier date.

“It was a miscalculation,” one source said about the wrong date being claimed in the lawsuit. A second source said that the date change will not drastically affect the lawsuit filed against the star. “The lawsuit will likely be amended, but this doesn’t change the facts of the lawsuit,” a source connected to the case told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“John Doe #1 gave very specific information, and staff from the Beverly Hills Hotel will absolutely be included as witnesses in the case. The source pointed out that Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer has been a pit bull against the claims, with Singer telling RadarOnline.com that they had flight and hotel details that would prove that Travolta was not in Los Angeles on January 16, 2012. Let’s not forget John Doe accuser #2. It’s very interesting that Travolta’s team hasn’t gone after him,” the source pointed out.

With two lawsuits now filed against Travolta, the source said that even though the original date was wrong, they aren’t going to withdraw the suit, which accuses the actor of assault, sexual battery, and sexual harassment.

“This case will absolutely proceed through depositions and to a trial. The lawsuit can’t and won’t be thrown out because the date was wrong by the first John Doe, which will ultimately be up to a jury to decide. Both accusers are ready to go public, and aren’t afraid of John Travolta, and they will see this through to the end,” the source said.

Both John Doe #1 and #2 are repped by Los Angeles attorney Okorie Okorocha.

[From Radar]

Look, don’t even pretend that this doesn’t make you wonder if the first masseur has some serious credibility issues. If I was going after Travolta – for any reason – I would make sure that I had all my ducks in a row, every detail nailed down. So… the first masseur might have issues, but the “source” is totally right about the second masseur – I do think it’s very interesting that Travolta’s people haven’t gone after his story yet.

Still, though – it’s getting worse to be John Travolta. A third man has now come forward to claim that JT “accosted” him in 2009 – on a cruise ship! You can see a photo of the third accuser here at The Mail (he has no issues with being publicly identified). The highlights of his story:

John Travolta has been hit by fresh sexual harassment claims today after a third man came forward. Fabian Zanzi has accused Travolta of accosting him back in 2009 while he was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship. Chilean-born Zanzi was an employee on the liner at the time and was in charge of VIP guests.

Zanzi – the first of the three victims to be publicly named – told South American news website ABC.es that Travolta approached him and offered him $12,000 to have sex with him. He told the website he refused the Pulp Fiction actor’s advances.

Zanzi recalled: ‘He had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage.’

Reports suggest Zanzi has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Travolta – although this has yet to be verified.

[From The Mail]

Chilean? Oh, yes. This happened. He’s lithe and dark and young, just Travolta’s type. And of course, John requested a massage. OF COURSE. That is what gets him off. So sketchy.

Thank you, now I have this image of John Travolta hanging around,in a park, wearing a coat (a trench one in my mind) looking for man to assault. Like a freaking maniac.

  2. Marjalane says:

This is one creepy looking man. Lucky for that new baby, he doesn’t look a thing like him….

  3. Rin says:

How is this credibility issues? How many of us remember exact dates months later? You just remember what happened. That’s why in court docs it will say “on and about”.

I still say John’s crap is made up (who doesn’t sign bills, but can write a tip in) and that pictures look photoshopped.

    • Po says:

You know I agree about the not remembering dates thing. I thought it was more sketchy that everyone seemed to have times and dates from months ago and I can barely remember details from a few weeks ago. I do agree he and the lawyer should have expected that he might get the dates wrong and get everything confirmed before he came after the guy who will probably show up with ten lawyers.

      • gg says:

Exactly. Of course most of us won’t remember an exact date, especially myself. But before you go to the trouble of filing a Complaint, especially against a famous person who has $cientology pitbulls who stop at nothing to destroy you, including going through your trash and stalking your life, you make damn sure you have the right date or it makes your case look false, and it gives the Defendant’s side a valuable charge against you. It’s too bad he did this but now it can’t be taken back and he will be painted with the same brush as that lady who tried to blackmail Bieber. Just another opportunist liar. I believe the guy, myself, but judges and juries don’t hand decisions down based on tabloids.

      • Annie says:

        This, gg.

    • Bubulle says:

Maybe it’s not an issue for you, but it sure will be in front of a jury.

    • bluhare says:

Here’s what I don’t get, and it’s true in pretty much every celebrity scandal. Why ddin’t Traumatized Litigants #2, 3, 4 etc. come forward sooner if they were so traumatized? Happens every time. Yeah, I know. No one wants to go out on the limb but they’ll sure cash the checks after the first person does.

      • Zvonk says:

I’m sure there were months of negotiations leading up to filing the lawsuit. Had those negotiations succeeded, we wouldn’t be hearing anything about the case. It is entirely due to the fact that those negotiations failed that the suit was filed and we are now getting all the salacious details. That explains the delay (to me at least)

      • the original bellaluna says:

It may also be that they were too embarrassed to come forward, thinking they were the only one it happened to and worrying about who would believe them.

$ci-CO$ are scary diligent in their destruction of those outside their cult. I’m sure these men have read at least a thing or two about what the CO$ does to those who attempt to leave, etc…

    • MVD says:

Absolutely right, I’m an attorney and we always have the phrase “on or about” before we allege a date because people are wrong all the time.

    • lunabell says:

Haven’t been following this story too closely because it’s just so icky, but here I think the credibility issue is that #1 is changing the date AFTER Travolta’s team has supposedly procured legit evidence that he wasn’t in LA.

It’s not going to be the be-all, end-all of #1’s case, but if this is a criminal case (or were the complaints filed in civil court?), then the standard of proof is higher. Either way, it is something that will be taken into account.

  4. atlantapug says:

    This is not news.

The only thing surprising is the fact that it took 25 years for anyone to mention in a lawsuit that JT is a serial groper.

    • Bubbling says:

This! I mean, okay maybe not all three of them and not exactly like that but Travolta had problem taming his dong for ever, it’s common knowledge…

    • Happymom says:

Power of the COS to shut things down? Creepy.

    • arock says:

Totally agree, he should just come out already. I doubt that anyone but Zenu would really care- its not like he was up for the next lead in Hamlet or anything.
However if he is out there playing mr. grab ass with non consenting parties then that is assault and should be dealt with accordingly.

      • bluhare says:

        Kelly cares. A lot.

      • Rav says:

I wonder whether this is his self sabotaging way of coming out. I don’t mean he is mr. grabass just to come out, if it’s true he obviously has a problem, but surely he would realise that someone would eventually blow the whistle on him and $ci-CO$ can’t get rid of the stories once they are out.
In no way am I making excuses for him but there have been rumours/gossip for years saying he’s wanted to come out but has been stopped/pressured not to from involved individuals and parties.

  5. lucy2 says:

Whoever said before that this will be like the Tiger Woods thing, you were right! My guess is this has gone on for a long time, and guys are going to keep coming forward, now that they know they’re not alone in it.

    • T.C. says:

Let’s not confuse this with Tiger Woids. This is a case of sexual harrassement and sexual assault. There had been rumors for decades about John. Not the same case as Tiger Woods which came out of the blue and had consent. This is about assaulting these young men trying to earn a living.

      • TheOriginalTiffany says:

Actually if you look at the A list from 2001 they call Tiger out for every single thing that came out 10 years later.

Different accusations, but coming down in a similar way, that’s what I think she was trying to say.

      • the original bellaluna says:

T.C. – I wan’t talking about the SUBJECT matter; I was talking about the SCOPE of the matter.

        And I believe I’m right.

      • ZenB!tch says:

I agree, this is not Tiger Woods. Tiger was an arrogant adulterer but no one was forced or coerced. They were all more or less professional skanks.

I personally do not see this as adultery. It’s smarmy and abusive but not adultery. The guy in the first suit is iffy ($200/hr + Craigslist = Happy Endings) but the masseurs are not.

The cases are iffy to me because no one has called the police but if true, it’s harassment at minimum due to the fear of losing job factor. I am not sure if JT touched anyone else’s penis other than the first so I would only say assault and borderline rape on the first, if I believed the first.

      • Marie Antoinette Jr. says:

Hopefully this will turn out exactly like the Tiger Woods ordeal. Hopefully travolta gets called out on his disgusting behavior and scientology takes a beating as well.

The truth is, “professional skanks” and other sex workers are often victims of a lifetime of abuse. It’s just as disgusting for a perv like tiger to molest them as it is for travolta to grope hard working service employees. Decent, respectful men do not have sex with anyone that will have them.

And remember, if it weren’t for lascivious skeeves like tiger woods–there would be no market for “professional skanks”.

    • the original bellaluna says:

Thanks, lucy2! I said yesterday this was going to become Tiger Woods-esque. And I truly believe it will.

Wonder how much it’ll cost CO$ to shut everyone up. Bet they’re thanking Xenu they have all that $$$$$$$$ from their rich “church” members. They’re probably trying to “recruit” more as we type, to help cover the costs!

      • Original Lucy says:

Both are about rich, powerful, men who feel that they can do whatever they want because of who they are…do you think Tiger would have gotten any of those women if he was say Tiger Woods, Walmart worker, or do you think any of these guys accusing Travolta, wouldn’t have just hauled off and punched some dude who just grabbed their jewels if he was just John the janitor…time and again, these famous people get with anything in the courts and sometimes with the public…OJ – not guilty..Robert Blake – not guilty…Lindsey Lohan – slap on the wrist…and I could go on and on and on…Power + wealth = entitlement…its a disgrace!

      • the original bellaluna says:

@ Original Lucy – Agreed, it’s a disgrace. And money + “famous” also = the ability to pay people off and shut them up. Which is also wrong on every level.

  6. Maguita says:

“He’s lithe and dark and young, just Travolta’s type.”

But is he well hung? Isn’t that JT’s preference with the lithe and dark attributes?

Ah, hell. I do not want to victimize the victims. If all this is true, then it took balls to speak up. People wonder why $2M for the first 2 victims. Well, anything less will not hurt and teach John a lesson. And anything more, which they could have easily have gone after (like the victim of the Herpes suit who I believe went for $10M), would simply sound too abusive.

One must admit though, because of their so public filing, so MANY STORIES have suddenly come out about John, confirming not only that he is DUH gay, but he is an abusive sh-t. Just so many stories… Which makes you believe now, it was only a matter of time. Too bad for his family, who will be paying more for his viciousness than he could ever afford.

  7. Bad Irene says:

John is not going to admit being gay, the man wont even admit to being bald. Take off the busted wiglet please, for all our sakes.

  8. mln76 says:

Just wait til they supeona the staffs of the various hotel spas he’s been banned from. I’ve heard these stories for years. He’s done this to a lot of people but most didnt’t choose to say anything for fear of losing their jobs.

    • the original bellaluna says:

Good point, mln. I think some people aren’t actually thoroughly thinking this through. In addition to possibly/probably losing their jobs, they also have to deal with the $ci-co$ involvement.

The CO$ doesn’t mess about with stuff like this. They have lots of money (courtesy of their rich “church” members); their reach is far and wide; and they’re willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to keep people quiet.

    • Maguita says:

@mln, the Atlanta hotel has already put under tight security everything in regards to JT’s visits. All records, surveillance, everything!

They are apparently going to cooperate fully in providing exact information in this legal matter.

Wonder if Mr. Chow and the Beverly Hotel will be doing same… Or absolute contrary: hiding or destroying all evidence?

  9. MorticiansDoItDeader says:

    Morning Asli!

The link says the lawyer has spoken to over 100 (of which, i believe, there may be a hand full of genuine encounters). Some are even women, but I’m betting those are false. I’m thinking Johnny cakes is strictly dickly.

    • skuddles says:

Strictly d-ckly…. BAHAHA awesome Mort!! 😀 That calls for a tequila shooter… clink!

    • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

      Cheers Skuddles 🍻

    • the original bellaluna says:

Hey Mort, Asli, skuddles! *clinks glass with you* LMAO @ “strictly dickly!” That is too funny. And I think you’re absolutely correct.

(On another note, anyone seen Madisyn lately?)

    • skuddles says:

Cheers Mort and bellaluna! Cracks open fresh bottle of tequila and slices up the lemons 😀

Don’t believe I’ve seen Madisyn on here for a while now…

    • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

      *Hands out chocolate travoltatinis*

      Asli 🍸

      Skuddles 🍸

      The original Bella 🍸

**Screams 📢Madisyn 📢 into the great void that is the interweb**

    • Annie says:

I reckon John’s likely bisexual but mostly gay.

  10. Julie says:

someone discussed the possibility of $cientology trying to gun travolta down. i wouldnt be surprised but this new revelation makes me think its not them. they would have proof of everything when scientology is good at something its ruining peoples lives with lies and lawsuits so i doubt they would make such mistakes.

    • gg says:

When the CO$ guns people down, they do it very quietly, not out loud like this. Because most of what they do to people is against the law and they’re careful to hide their tracks.

  11. Elizabeth says:

    @ Lucy2

Yup, I see a Tiger Woods future for JT!

Sad to say but this is what is bound to happen when you spend a lifetime hiding the truth (re: his sexual preference). Living a lie must turn a person into an empty shell and then keeping the lie in place becomes more important that living an honest life or being a decent person.

    • A Girl Named Mikki says:

      @ Elizabeth

How brilliantly perceptive! You’ve just described my father the child-molester who had apologized to us as his children yes, but for years keeps presenting the “pillar” image to weak-minded relatives. His life is just so empty and pathetic…

      • bluhare says:

I hope you and your siblings either have or will recover from that. I can’t even imagine, and I don’t want to.

      • gg says:

That makes me sad and angry. 🙁 Bless you and your family.

  12. Katie Too says:

As an attorney, I have no idea why the first accuser’s attorney didn’t leave himself a window as to the incident date. There’s a reason we say “on or about” such and such date.

  13. G says:

I’m not defending him, but a proposition, even a vulgar one is not the same thing as an assault and neither are the potential damages. And a gay proposition in not more aggregeous either. There’s some homophobia here disguised as outrage.

I think this story is getting juice because of the secret life factor.

    • GiGi says:

Yes, but propositioning for prostitution is a punishable crime.

    • mln76 says:

I totally disagree. It has nothing to do with JT’s orientation. It has to do with the behavior he is displaying.
Massage is a reputable profession and people who go to school, are licensed and follow all the standards of their profession have every right to be treated respectfully by their clients. If he did what his accusers have alleged he should not only be sued he should be arrested (I doubt that’ll happen though) .
I will admit the first guy sounds shady but the second guy was working at a high class hotel and appears to have reported the incident to his superiors and done everything correctly.
If John had instead tried to grope a maid or a concierge it would of course be clearer.

      • G says:

I totally agree that this is totally inappropriate, in bad taste and potentially extremely upsetting to those involved.

But does this behavior rise to the level of assault? Soliciting for prostitution is a crime in many places, but he hasn’t been criminally charged. Instead he’s being slapped with civil suits for very substantial damages.

It’s notable that a number of other massage facilities seen to have chosen to ban him rather than charge him? A sign I think that his behavior, while reprehensible does not cross the line into the criminal.

I think if he behaved like this to female hospitality workers the results would be the same but the saliciousness of the story would be less.

He’s an adulterer and a clumsy and crude propositioner but is this assault?

      • mln76 says:

Once you touch another person who hasn’t given consent it’s assault. Exposing yourself can be considered sexual assault in certain instances depending on the city/state laws. At the very least it’s sexual harassment.

      • G says:

Yes of course. It can be assault, but there are degrees of assault as well. And, there are no criminal charges here of any kind. It’s all about monetary compensation.

Is $2 million dollars being asked for comesurate with the actual damage caused by these “assaults” or are they inflated by Travolta’s fame and the potential salacious fall out?

      • mln76 says:

Quite honestly I’m looking at it as deterrence. A $100,000 suit wouldn’t really be a huge deal for Travolta and would not suitably punish him for his behavior. If the hundred people really materialize and enough of them he would probably have to settle in some form of class action (I don’t know if it’s possible in this case). That will be the punishment that law enforcement should have applied.
We have a case right now in New York of a guy groping women on the subway he isn’t raping them he’s just feeling them up. The cops are treating the case really seriously and are on a manhunt. If these accusations are true (I believe they are because I have heard pretty much the same thing from spa employees well before this suit ever became public) and he’s displaying a pattern of touching people inappropriately in a compulsive way he SHOULD be prosecuted by law enforcement. JMHO.

      • gg says:

G – I think you raise good points. But my feeling is the people are very scared of being a target of the CO$, and that may be the leading factor in people not coming forward. That, and the fact that JT is loaded and could fight any lawsuit with top pricey lawyers (CO$ or not).

      • ZenB!tch says:

I didn’t think the first one was a legitimate masseur. The second one tried to get out of it but probably was afraid that if he refused he would lose his job. I haven’t read the third one yet.

However, I still wonder why no one called the cops. If true this is assault and borderline rape in the case of the Craigslist guy (were he legit).

    • Sassigurl1 says:

2 million is nothing if you consider they will be jobless for quite some time, have to pay lawyers, go into hiding and basically have their life shredded for many years to come. There will be ALOT of emotional trauma to come if the accusers are dragged through the mud.

    • T.C. says:

      G,
I disagree that this is about homophobia. I think his problem would have been taken MORE seriously and come out in the open earlier if his target were women. He would have been labelled a predator. The spa or hotel heads would have stood up for their employees. There would be more outrage instead of jokes about his orientation. Remember Men are less likely to report sexual assault or sexual harrassement.

  14. Kara Ann says:

I wish the accusers luck if their tales are true and, personally, I think some of them are. Also, could indirectly be a good thing for Travolta. Man up and admit to this problem then get help for it. Not being gay but attacking/stalking strange men. At any rate, he could lead him to free himself from the CO$ as I believe they would “audit” him to a psychotic break about this shit. Easier to admit the truth and get the hell out of the “church”.

  15. Meissen says:

Nice to read the comments of us who’ve been accustomed these stories for years ( not to mention a supple supply of blind items). The comments on the mainstream websites are more in the direction of discrediting the accusers, and, “leave his family alone”.

    • anon33 says:

I know, right? As if HE isn’t the one that is ruining his family with his actions.

    • Bubulle says:

I think Kelly is also responsible, she has always knew about John’s extra activities, she married him just a year after the NE outed him, and he has been outed countless times ever since, plus she’s also a crazy scientologist and according to certain reports more than him.

    • ZenB!tch says:

I’m hoping this will somehow discredit* CO$ but I know that’s just a pipe dream.

*more than just how we all feel about it now.

  16. Tubie says:

I do believe the first masseur’s story sounds fishy, but JT needs to stop “fakin’ the funk” already…this is starting to look so Brokeback Mountainish

  17. fabgrrl says:

Well, when did this encounter take place then, if not the 16th? If it took place really, really late on the 15th then maybe I could see messing up the dates. But it doesn’t look credible to file a suit like this and have the date wrong. Very sloppy. Very amateur.

The Chilean dude, Travolta hugged him and offered him money? I’m sorry, doesn’t sound like “accosting”. I mean, yes, I would be freaked out if some guy did that to me, certainly. But does it rise to the criminal behavior level?

Didn’t this EXACT same thing happen to Liberace? A young man filed suit or a complaint about Liberace harassing him, when it turned out he (Liberace) wasn’t even in town the day the alleged event took place? Maybe this is a tactic for blackmail? Publicly release the information, but leave a little wiggle room (wrong date) for the blackmailee to get out, and “defeat” the charge, and then pay out secretly. Well Liberace’s “secrets” did come out eventually. Someday we will know the truth about Travolta.

  18. Sloane Wyatt says:

    Dear John,

Please come out already! Then, go to rehab and counseling for a long, long time to gain control over being a sex addict and serial abuser.

If you are afraid of coming clean because you might have done prison worthy crimes against many, many men, don’t worry because you live in California – the land where celebrities serve an hour for each offense.

John, it’s your job as a human being to take the steps necessary to reclaiming yourself and stop hurting and humiliating others.

    • riri says:

That was really beautifully writtem and spot on.
He is not necessarily a sex addict though, but he is abusive and takes advantage of power positions/ expoloits situations and assaults others.

  19. lori says:

These accusers need to be very clear in their evidence when accusing him, in order to prove things in court. John’s behavior will probably continue (if it’s true) because he is an addict and will not stop unless he gets outside help. What’s amazing to me is that tabloids like the National Enquirer and the Star have not paid someone to trap him yet. Someone to pose as a massage therapist and get photos.

  20. Just Wondering says:

This comment goes in a slightly different direction >> but does anyone remember a lesbian show on cable several years ago called The L Word? I think Kelly Preston played a man/woman on that series. Maybe the JT and his wife are just an “odd” couple…hmmm

  21. Jordan says:

I’m confused…is the 3rd guy suing JT or just running and getting paid by tabloids for his story? The problem I have with this story is the assumption many make that JT = gay = obviously will grope unsuspecting straight men when given a chance. I’ve been reading comment about NC Amendment 1 for the last 2 weeks and it’s unbelievable what people say/think about gay people. If JT is guilty then he should be prosecuted and get jail time. But it seems that the accusers haven’t given any proof and they are automatically believed and JT is guilty (b/c he is presumed to be gay) until he provides documented proof of where/who he has been with, everyday, for the last 3 years.

    • ZenB!tch says:

Are these men straight – not that it matters because assault is assault (if true) but we don’t know that do we?

As for Travolta – before this the rumors were that he was aggressive BUT at places that encouraged that type of behavior which means he behaved appropriately. Those places don’t seem to encourage small talk.

  22. Lucinda says:

I think we are going to see a new accuser every couple of days now. The lawyer probably has a whole collection of men with stories and this is a calculated move. By releasing each one individually, you see a cumulative build-up of all these stories instead of one big bombshell that can be quickly discredited and it goes away. JT’s lawyers have to deal with each story individually which takes a lot more work. In the public eye, these men become harder to dismiss when you systematically show a pattern of behavior over years, even decades.

    • A Girl Named Mikki says:

^^^THIS!! And here I was thinking otherwise, wondering about the intelligence of the lawyer for even bringing the cases to court thanks to a few comments on these boards about how JT’s Church goes after lawyers who try to defame their members.

      Love your perspective…

  23. gg says:

Is there a copy of the complaint anywhere online?

  24. Bonfire Beach says:

I’m actually starting to feel a little sorry for JT. It’s sad that he feels like he can’t come out already. He always looks sad in the eyes.

  25. Penguin says:

I’m a nurse,if I sued every person who grabbed my boobs, ass, propositioned or hit me then I’d be a very rich woman. it sucks but sometimes u just have to put it down to occupational hazard.

    • Anahata says:

You should speak up if/when you feel violated. It is your right to do so and you will set a good example for the women around you who may be taking abuse also.

  26. Jayna says:

The first accuser has been dropped by his attorney. I knew the Craigslist guy was a fraud. So much of his story never rang true.

  27. jen says:

I’d throw it out of court. JD#1 used a common, cagey method of getting info from a victim by forcing him to provide proof and a lot of info about his activities, then pretending he made a mistake with his original claim.

I think its the same game the woman who filed Justin Beiber’s paternity claim tried to pull. Whimpy, needy people who want some Hollywood attention and a chance at some big, easy money. EEE-yuck.

  28. Shy says:

You know Michael K at Dlisted says that Victim 1 might already settle with Travolta and part of the deal is for him to slowly discredit himself…. And it really-really looks like it to me.

Just like Justin Bieber and that woman with his child. He said that he will sue her 100% for false accusation. And then she just vanished. And he didn’t sue her. And I think that he paid her off.

Expect Team Travolta to pay few millions to second victim and he will say that he got date wrong too and he will vanish like Beieber girl.

    • Jayna says:

Bieber was determined not to be the father, instead her ex was the father. Paternity tests were taken. She was a nut.

John had the opportunity to settle before they went public. He didn’t. Why would the guy file with purposely false info with John’s approval? Your conspiracy theory is nuts.

    • Sassigurl1 says:

The difference with Bieber is it was a one time only accusation with ulterior motives. John has had DECADES of similar stories. BIG difference.

  29. ZenB!tch says:

AJ Hammer was just on CNN claiming that the accuser’s claim is just that JT touched his leg (LEG) yet he says he has read the complaint and it’s fishy. Well if AJ Hammer thinks “p-nis” and “leg” are synonymous that is REALLY fishy.

  30. ZenB!tch says:

Crap! I’m remembering something but I can’t remember it in detail. @Asli mentioning a golf club triggered it.

Something about an establishment (may be golf, not a gay bath house) in Santa Clarita where some closeted, arrogant a-hole of an A-Lister at the time of the rumor ran amok doing all sorts of not to nice stuff to the staff and there may have been an NDA involved.

I don’t recall the specifics and if it was JT or TC.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

  31. ZenB!tch says:

This is the accusing attorney. Okorie Okorocha, ESQ. http://twitter.com/#!/187lawdotcom

Someone questioned his writing ability, he has a defense for that he is Nigerian born BUT he is totally a budget ambulance chaser if you look at his website. Looks like one of those guys that advertises on local cable.

  32. Sassigurl1 says:

Who wants to go up against some multi millionaire with powerful Hollywood connections? Not too many folks I would say. All of them first and fore most would be Jobless. Do you think Mgmt at high end spas give a crap about their workers? Of course they are going to cater to the celebrity. Only now with a lawsuit out would victims come forth. United they stand. Only in numbers do they stand a chance at being credible.

  33. Chris says:

Loved him in Welcome Back Kotter!!!!!

  34. Izabel says:

The question is not if Travolta is gay, but if he is a molester. Being gay is not a crime, although Travolta wants to hide it, these are his business.
    But is Travolta an aggressor?

  35. Original Lucy says:

Here is a theory…there have been reports lately that John wants to distance himself from Scientology…maybe they are the ones behind this…show john what will happen to him if the xeno’s are not behind him, keeping all his indiscretions on the down low…it will be interesting to see if this all goes away quickly…then I might tend to think that it was a scare tactic to keep John under their power…

  36. Kimbob says:

I think the CO$ isn’t going to help Travolta. Too much sleaze out already…what can they do? They would’ve done a great deal, I think, if the stories hadn’t hit the press yet.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but hasn’t the CO$ remained silent on this issue so far? If they’ve made a public statement about all this, I haven’t heard about it. I hate CO$, but I do think they have SOME common sense, & it seems like they are just going to let Travolta deal w/it all.

  37. Danielle says:

Had a female masseur at The Ritz in South FL. I asked her if she had seen any celebrity clients. She mentioned John Travolta and Kelly Preston had visited the spa many times at her former hotel in Orlando – told me they were both extremely nice and friendly to staff – but, and a big but, John ONLY requested male massage therapists. Hmmmm….

  38. Alicia says:

When he was visiting Toronto a few years a go he pulled the same stunt here, he was at the YMCA and was talking to a guy who is a massage therapist, he asked him to come over and give him a massage because he had shoulder pain, then during the massage he grabbed his dick, the massage dude told him sorry he is not gay and left, then a big limousine went to his house gave him 300$
This is a true story, I know the person very well, he never went to the press or anything. If he did that to him…. Well I think is pretty obvious.
Kelly knows all this, is not uncommon for famous people to have this arrangments for PR reasons.

    • Jayna says:

It takes time to pack up a table and all his stuff, but no one pays him right there which John must have down pat if true. Yet a limo shows up to his home later? How would they even know his home address if he met him at the Y? I am not saying it’s not true. Just common sense questions.

      • Alicia says:

Yeah I just read what I wrote, They probably went to his house then, this was like 4 years a go and i might not be telling the story with all the minimal details correctly, thing was the main point of the sexual incident.I saw John at the Y also, he is extremely nice, sad that he is always harassing men that way, he should just come out.
Well Jayna that is my answer, I know the story is true, my friend would never make that up as he is one of the most honest people I know.
