Set up the visitation fairly, both people are the parents of these children and it's about the children not the parents. As long as there is no abuse going on it should be split evenly. I don't understand women having babies to make a living and then withholding the children as punishment to the spouse. It's cruel to the kids and other parent. There is no need to drag the new person into the situation. It just creates more tension for the children.
