I thought she was a lesbian?

    • Jules says:

      She is…that’s a CHICK

      • ZenB!tch says:

Whatever it is it looks like one of the more unfortunate Kennedy men. S.C.A.R.Y.

    • Esmom says:

      Haha.

    • nucleo says:

      she’s bisexual in homosexual relationship

    • Maguita says:

      LOL!

Don’t worry MsLib, during interviews Cynthia had said that she thinks Chris is a man born into a woman’s body.

I don’t know if she was kidding, or if her partner was truly going through the change, but saying that Chris looks butch would be an understatement, and Cynthia is quite aware and verbalizes it too.

    • Reece says:

You wrong! You know that right? haha

    • Amanda G says:

I’m not sure if you are kidding or not, but I did laugh out loud!

  2. Aiobhan says:

Congratulations to the two. they look happy with their kids.

Mary got some splainin to do. This sounds almost exactly like the problems that Wyclef had.

    HB Shiloh!

  3. G says:

Love that summer dress and that coat on Cynthia.

  4. Cleveland Girl says:

Meg Ryan looks putrid. What has happened to her??

  5. Jordan says:

I thought that Cynthia and Rojo were already married, but congratulations!

  6. Esmom says:

I totally miss Lost. Thanks for the link to a great post. I can totally relate…no show has come close for me since.

Re Meg Ryan: “It looks like she’s been working out with Madonna and taking HGH with Sylvester Stallone.” LMAO. It’s true. Ugh.

  7. The Original Mia says:

Michael K is definitely weeping tears of joy & vodka over this. Congrats!

I don’t miss Lost. I thought I would until the finale. Then, I realized the producers were nothing but trolls and that their best stuff was in seasons 1-3. After that, they began to believe their press.

    • Esmom says:

I hear ya about Lost but somehow they built up enough goodwill with me that I wasn’t too angry at the ending.

      • The Original Mia says:

All goodwill (for me) went out the window in that Jack-centric wet dream of a finale. So ridiculous for a character I despised from day 1, who didn’t grow one damn bit for being on/off the island.

  8. Mitch Buchanan Rocks says:

Cynthia’s outfit is so beautiful, and congratulations to cynthia and rojo.

  9. Happy21 says:

I had expected a Man Men recap because WOW last night proved that Man Men is a force to be reckoned with.

I found it incredibly sad though 🙁

    • Nakli says:

OMG!! Last night Mad Men was a killer, wasn’t it? I am yet to get over the episode. I have seen it twice since. Pete is an asshole but I expected Roger to step in for Joan and not Don. I hate Roger and I can’t figure out what is it that I am feeling. Then there was Don and Peggy, I didn’t see that coming 🙁 I am overwhelmed actually.

      • Happy21 says:

I know. Pete is so smarmy. Something bad has got to happen to him! He should never have even told anyone what the Jaguar pig told him and let the chips fall where they may have.

I just found it so sad. I found myself with tears in my eyes when Joan got to the hotel and again when Don took Peggy’s hand and kissed it.

I had expected more from Roger. I was quite disappointed that he didn’t speak up. Then again, he has been trying to give Joan money for Kevin and she has refused; maybe this is his way of getting her the money he has wanted to give her. Still, I thought perhaps he loved her. He should have stopped it!

I think it was probably one of the best episodes I have ever seen.

      • Happy21 says:

Oh and thank you for allowing me to dish on Mad Men. It is my fave show and NO ONE I know watches it!

      • normades says:

I haven’t seen the episode yet, but I don’t mind the spoilers…Pete in action!! I looove Vincent K, just glad he’s getting more screen time!!

      • Eleonor says:

I take back what I’ve said last week about the jump of the shark :).
I’m still trying to figure out EVERYTHING.I’m still shocked.
I would have slapped Don in the face for throwing money to Penny, in that way; and even when she was quitting, he wasn’t taking her seriously.
She has done the right thing.
And Joan… I don’t even know where to start.
I don’t understand Mr. Pryce it seems he was helping her, but in the meantime he has convinced her, plus he has the debts and he is stealing from the agency.
And Roger and Don and ALL OF THEM, no one yelled at Pete, no one said we’re out, we are not doing this.
        I cried during Don’s presentation.
Can’t wait until the next episode!!!

    • ZenB!tch says:

Are they rerunning it or is it online. I missed last night. Now that my schedule – Once Upon A Time – turn to AMC bitch about how boring the Killing is – Mad Men has been screwed with I keep forgetting to turn on the TV at 10pm.

I’ve hated Pete since day one. Cannot stand him. He makes Don and Roger look like saints.

      • Nakli says:

@ZenB!tch: I don’t have a television. I watch it online promptly on Monday mornings.

@Happy21: Now that I have thought about it since morning, I hate how all the men reacted including Don, because Don’s response was so passive. I know something is better than nothing but I wish Don picked up that damn telephone to call Jaguar, and asked them to take a hike because Joan is married. And even if she ain’t married, this is no way to get an account.

As for Roger, I have lost all respect for him. No, this is not the way to support Joan with money. I thought he had more balls but after this episode I figured he had none. I cried when I saw tears in Joan’s eyes at the hotel. My heart sank, and then I cried again when Don kissed Peggy’s hand. But I have a feeling that Peggy made the right decision.

I am not going to make another attempt to talk about Pete. VK is an excellent actor and it is to his credit that Pete disgusts me. That SOB!

    • mssnarnd says:

One of the funniest comments on AMCTV.com’s message board today:

“I hope Pete Campbell turns out to be Rosie Larsen’s killer (referencing AMC’s The Killing).”

      Cracked me up 🙂

Pete is such a slime (and I am NOT happy about Joan’s decision).

      • mssnarnd says:

P.S. I think Roger may be more upset than we think (re: Joan’s actions).

      • mssnarnd says:

And P.S.S. The fur coat Joan showed up wearing on her “Jaguar Date” . . . guess who that was from??!

(and that’s how Roger initially met Don . . . remember?!).

“IT” goes around, and comes around. Life (and good coats).

      • horizonte says:

I got a feeling that Roger didnt stop that nonsense because Pete implied that Joan was up for it, same as when Joan was lead to believe that the partners, and specifically Roger, didn’t really care. Like they both did it to spite one another. Well played, Pete. You little sh!t.

  11. ethosdino says:

    No BAFTAs coverage?

  12. some bitch says:

What a cute couple!! They look very happy and their children are adorable. Love Cynthia’s outfit in the last photo. I wish them many years of happiness together.

(Actually I didn’t know who Rojo was until today, but whatever. She’s cute and gives off a cool, friendly vibe, and I like her wavy hair a lot.)

Poor Meg Ryan. She used to be cute. What happened?!

  13. Maguita says:

    Ian SOMERDALE and Nina Dobrev?

I thought it was Somerhalder, and his nickname is Smolderharder (or something like that)… Or is Somerdale a new nickname K. gave him?

  14. jamie says:

I have to say if I was gay I would be picking someone a little cuter lol just saying yikesssssss ! she looks more like a man !

  15. lucy2 says:

    Congrats to them!
I miss Lost in a way – I’m good with how it ended and all, but I do miss being that into a show. I LOVE Justified, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, but Lost was different somehow.
Mary needs to get her charity finances in order!

  16. Amanda G says:

I love Lost, but I don’t miss it. It was definitely a fantastic show but the last season was disappointing for several reasons that I won’t get into. But the first season was still some of the most amazing television I’ve seen!

  17. ZenB!tch says:

I wasn’t into the ending and I think some things were left unanswered but being in the middle of Lost was special and unique. I can’t imagine being that into a show again.

I watch Mad Men and Once Upon a Time but if I miss one. I’ll live. I used to live my week around Lost. I watched it first run then rewatched online the following night, they I would discuss with my friends and read the blogs. The only other thing I was like that with was the Harry Potter books.

    • the original bellaluna says:

I DVR Justified & Sons of Anarchy. They’re about the only 2 I analyse and watch repeatedly to look for hints.

And I’m still on my 4th round of American Horror Story, because those teases INSIST that there are clues as to where the new season will take place. (I’m thinking VA, where Constance is from originally.)

  18. LindyLou says:

That lip-dubbed marriage proposal was so sweet! She’s a lucky lady.

  19. the original bellaluna says:

Congrats, Mrs. & Mrs. Rojo Caliente!

    Happy Birthday, Shiloh!

    Bella & Edward – MEH.

    JustJess – MEH.

    YES, I MISS LOST!

This is NOT the first time MJB has had financial trouble (look it up kids).

    Kanye = Barf x 2.

Ian Somerhalder – Nice tie in with Lost.

    p.s. I don’t eat hawt dergs. 😉

  20. Hakura says:

A huge congratulations to the happy couple!! I just wish that such equality was permitted in all states. They look so happy, & relaxed as a family.

Props to them for taking the plunge (in general, let alone sexual preference), & to Cynthia for finding someone that would be comfortable with her children.

I wish them nothing but the best! =)

  21. Adrien says:

Christina Marinoni is a cross between Danny Patridge (Bonaduce) and Jason Segel. Sorry, I can’t help it. I still hate Cynthia for saying being gay is a choice but Congrats to the new couple.

    • Hakura says:

@Adrien – “Christina Marinoni is a cross between Danny Patridge (Bonaduce) and Jason Segel.”

      …Yes. Yes she does.

I hadn’t heard about her saying being gay was a choice. I know she’s bisexual, so I wonder if it’s possible that she’s referring to ‘choosing’ to have lesbian relationships over straight.

But If she did say that (it’s a choice), the woman is dead wrong, I agree.

  22. Tia says:

YEA!! What a beautiful couple. I think they are adorable. Both of them are very attractive and their children and friggin adorable. Sooo love all these modern families everywhere now. so so awesome. LOVE THEM!! They always seem so healthy, happy and commited. Kudos!!

  23. Linda says:

They R just the oddest couple. Can’t get my mind around it.
