YES! It was so good, but sad and disturbing.
I thought last week was intense, but Mad Men writers know how to top an intense episode with another killer episode. Last night was disturbing for some characters but hopeful for some. I didn’t expect Lane to do what he did. It’s difficult to accept because I thought Lane was much stronger than that. My favorite was the last scene when Glenn drives Don’s car 🙂 Betty Draper Francis actually being nice to Sally? What are the odds? And Don’s most profound line so far – “What is happiness? It’s a moment before you need more happiness.”

The last two episodes have been jaw dropping. Probably two of the best I have ever seen. I am surprised Celebitchy hasn’t had anything to say about them.
I found it disturbing and incredibly sad. I believe its the season finale next week and I really gotta wonder how the hell are they going to top these last two?

I wasn´t suprised that Lane did what he did. His storyline foreshadowed it heavily this season. It only could be him or Pete. But we all know Pete is a grimmy little weasel so of cause he is not the one to disappear.
Lane has never asked for what he wants or what he thinks he deserves. So his decision to escape the way he did last night is not surprising. But I was still holding on the to the turn of fate when his car stopped working. I thought maybe Lane realized that this wasn’t the way for him. Don was right when he said that Lane should have just asked for the loan. I am now interested in seeing how Don deals with this. Will he tell the partners? I don’t think Don will feel guilty for what Lane did though, he shouldn’t as well.
I really liked that Lane chose to break his glasses in the car and then held one half of it trying to fix the car. The devil indeed is in the details 🙂 And I loved last night’s Betty. I hope they show the turn of events for Peggy in the season finale next week. I don’t want to think it was the end of Peggy for the show last week 🙁

my mom, who was sooo beautiful when she was younger, always said the most beautiful years for a women is between 35 and 41. After that, there starts to be subtle shifts in gravity and things aren’t quite as perfect. Not wrinkles, per se, just fat displacing differently on the face etc. I guess that is when people get fillers?…. so Angie is at her peak…10 lbs more on her would make her body look perfect too. she will also age better if she has a bit more fat.

AJ looks superiorly beautiful in those pictures. Her face is the ideal mix between classic (small nose, feminine eyes and eyebrows) and modern (full lips, strong jawline) beauty.
good bone structure is what separates average beauty from the exquisite…also strong features hold the fat on the face nicely as you age too…much like a strong foundation for a home. Less jowly as you age too…she is going to age beautifully…as long as she doesn’t try to stay stick thin. I remember seeing photos of her and her Mom prior to her Mom’s passing…I have NEVER seen a mom and daughter that looked as much alike as they did. You should google under images to see the resemblance. Also, saw a movie clip on youtube of Angies’s mom when she was an actress. I literally thought is was Angelina!!

Happy birthday Angie. I must confess that I watched through several of her interviews last night and it came to change my opinion on her – I do believe she really believes in freedom and true, authent life, honesty. I do believe she really wants to work with the refugee problem and bring awareness to these things. I also believe she wants to live full life and is happy doing exactly all that while most of people are not.
She is so beautiful! I watched Taking Lives for the first time ever over the weekend. She looked even better then with a little more weight on her. But I think she has aged really well, skinnier now or not.

Wait wait wait…Halle Berry was evaluated as the better parent by the court psychologist/custody evaluator and that’s not a story on here? It was just last week people were saying Halle was crazy and evil…and now the court doubts Gabe is the better parent because of “personal issues”. I’ve said it all along, something in the milk wasn’t clean with that man, but people were all to eager to call HB crazy because of he said/she said stuff. Speaking of Angelina. I just saw Dark Shadows today and nearly choked on my popcorn. As soon as they show Eva Green’s 20th century character of ‘Angelique’, it’s nothing but an Angelina reference [she wears the same sunglasses as Angelina and the lipstick to the hair was identical]. Can’t help but think that Depp/Burton were making a sarcastic reference there about Jolie.

You know that “Dark Shadows” was based upon the 1972 – 1975? soap opera, right? In the soap, Angelique was a bad-ass, powerful witch who ruined Barnabas Collins’ life in the past, and threatened to do so in the future as well. She was a dangerous, lethal villain for your ass! 🙂

Looking good! I remember 37-I only had 2 kids (boys-infant and 2 year old), and huge bags under my eyes just from working part time and running around after them.
