I just went looking for some others who would verify what I was seeing with Katie and this site certainly delivered!! BUT, it is so sad that I am not seeing things!
As for why Katie doesn’t just leave Tom, just look too at Nicole, she doesn’t even SEE her children, thanks to ol’ Xenuman. Katie is NEVER alone, and we know enough about this bunch of nuts to know she will always be watched and would lose Suri forever if she tried to embarrass Tommy boy.I have a bad feeling about her future and hope someone can rescue her soon.

I believe that the breakup of Tom and Nicole was the best thing that happened to Nicole .She married him at about the same age as Katie and was bowled over by his charm and chasing her down with all the wonderful things a young actress and let me repeat young and naive. He won them over and caged them in and they did not know what the top of the hollywood looked or acted like.He controls and uses all his tools to mentally abuse them until they feel trapped.If they are lucky enough to be thrown over for a newer younger model , That is a gift from God.Nicole left crushed, blindsided and with class.Look at what a woman she has become.I only hope Katie is lucky enough to get away.She is to young to feel confident in her feelings of entrapment.Tom has shown up at her plays to get standing ovations just to put her in her place. He should have hidden in the boxes and let her stand on her own talent ,but that shows you exactly how trapped she is and she needs help. So instead of passing judgement we need to ask the fates or god or any power available to shine down on her and help her to empower herself to move on . Even if he dumps her for a younger model she will win!!!!!

This whole thing is just ridiculous. I find it impossible to feel compassion for a woman who should be able to make reasoned decisions about her life and that of her daughter. I find her selfish and her poor little rich girl looks are pathetic. Did she not just think things through? She needs her creative independence for her own self esteem, wants instant reward in motherhood, and still expects to have time left over for premiers etc. Stop whining, focus more on your daughter, and most of all, remember that your issues are so superficial. It’s all so avoidable but she wants to have it all

Welcome back Tom and Anthony! How remarkable that Suri is the spit of Matthew Mapother. I guess in Hollywood, anything is possible.

But just question on Anthony – usually there is a requirement before any gender reassignment surgery that medication be taken and the person live in their reassigned gender for a certain amount of time. What will be know Anthony as after December?

PJ — the way it’s done: your understudy performs Sunday matinee. That way, you can leave Sun AM and you don’t have to be back until Tuesday afternoon.

The article says her “weekends off” so I’d imagine she has an every other weekend deal or something like that.

Overall, what’s the big deal? Exhausting? Give me a break. This woman has the means to turn her kid over to a nanny for the ride out to the airport and the duration of the flight. She can take the red eye and sleep for the entire flight and get more sleep than many people who work two jobs.

As other posters have pointed out, feel sorry for the moms who go on flights with an unruly toddler on their own, not Katie Holmes, who, overall, has had most everything handed to her lately.

This is an “actress” who has never had to perform at night for free while working some menial job during the day, living in a tiny apartment that she shares with three other people. She didn’t “earn” this shot at Broadway in the same way that other actors earn it. If she has to make a few “exhausting” trips to LA to keep the GMD (ie her meal ticket) happy, so be it.

Not trying to sound heartless, it’s just I see her as someone who’s life isn’t that bad and, if it is, could certainly change it more easily than most of us. But she’s being portrayed as “Poor Katie” more and more and I’m just not feeling it.

who cares? she deserves whatever she gets for marrying that freak…she knew what she was getting into…i am sure he is trying to wear her thin as punishment for doing the play…he would probably much rather her be home under lock & key studying scientology.
