Everyone knows he has had many mistresses over the years but because of the mood of the Spanish people at the moment that was another piece of outrageous behaviour exposed publically. It would have all been swept under the carpet if he hadn't broken his hip on the trip allowing the media to have a field day. He is also believed to have bought her a 200,000Euro necklace after moaning loud and long that everyone had to tighten their belts , including the royal family. The mistress has now been banished to Monaco, as the saying goes.....when rich boys get into trouble they sack the servants. As for the outfit as a whole, I honestly thought that was a picture of Carole Middleton when I first saw it. And Prince Philip hasnt really shrunk, he has always only been around 5'9.
