Although considering she is staying in a hotel, phoning the front desk for the key might be a bit simpler. Still could've been an opiate overdose though. Maybe I'll start calling her Smacken anyway. Washington state...and no news ever came from that set about anyone needing any emergency medical care for exhaustion, dehydration, frostbite...nothing. The Liz and Dick set looks pretty tame to me...yachts and hotels, right there with lots of water and places to sit down and rest or nap. If the Fire Department and paramedics are incorporated (together), then I'm pretty sure they roll out a fire rig as well as the paramedics (ax-down the door for the paramedics; offer support; etc...) at the same time, due to not knowing the exact nature of what they're walking in on. Rolling out that kind of man-power means the city/county either has the money to burn (they don't) or they were expecting to call the coroner.
