I think Casper is doing nothing wrong. He's young, but she took a liking to him, and he's going along with it. If it ends, he's still had a hell of a ride and his fledgling career certainly has had a boost. He's been able to buy things through her that he probably could not have had before meeting her. This union is his friend. She knows what she is doing, so I think it's just a situation between the two of them. If and when it ends will be the bad part.
