Only had one small glass of red in my 7th month,no sushi, no soft cheeses, no caffine etc. It just didn't seem worth the risk to me. People doing sound checks on it and handling it, you dont know what bacteria is on it, and if you're singing and it touches your lips, then you lick your lips, you could (possibly) get a cold, a flu, a bacterial infection which could hamper singing.
