Here are some photos from last night’s ESPYs. If you’re here to see photos of athletes, I apologize. Looking through the photo sets, I was struck by how few names were familiar to me. I just don’t know the name of any athlete that hasn’t boned a Kardashian or a Kate Upton. It’s that simple. So let’s get on with the fashion, shall we? This is Jessica Biel and her bangs in Christian Dior. I… uh… don’t hate this entirely. I don’t really think Jessica pulls it off, but it doesn’t look horrible on her. Her bangs, while still “traumatic” in my opinion, look half-decent here, and the dress is flattering… although a bit too short for my taste. She has a tiny waist and a bangin’ body. I wonder if Justin styled her for the event?
Maria Sharapova was probably my favorite of the event. She wore this interesting J.Mendel dress that is super-flattering and pretty on her. The shade of blue makes it seem like it’s denim, but it’s not. It’s just a pretty dress on a pretty girl with a great, lean, athletic body. I love her.
I’m assuming Zooey Deschanel attended the ESPYs “ironically” like “OMG, wouldn’t it be funny and avant-garde if someone like me went to an event celebrating sports?” Zooey wore Oscar de la Renta. It’s okay. I’m not crazy about the belt.
Hayden Panettiere wore Armani – it feels too dressy for a sports event. The effect is very pageant-dress.
Olivia Munn wore Armani as well – this is pretty. I like the color, the fit is good, it flatters her figure. She could have done something different with her hair though.

Was just about to post this! Being at work with very little sleep, and seeing Joel McHale first thing in the morning makes everything feel okay.
He looks so good too, right? His smile just brightens your day.
Ah, it really does. I’m counting down the says for Community to come back on, and filling the gap with as much of The Soup as possible lol.
I’m excited for/fearful of the new season. We’ll see…

I don’t like the Biel’s dress, it gives me the “too childish” dress.
Jessica Biel has a phenomenal body-so athletic but she always looks kind of awkward in fancy dresses to me…Not sure if it’s because she’s SO muscular?

WTF!?!?!!? Jessica Biel and Olivia Munn at the same event and NO DRAMA, no harsh words, no shade thrown, no catfight, ugh Biel is sooooooo boring?! This just goes to show Biel has no backbone.
Olivia has the upper hand. She f#cked her man and could f#ck him again if she wanted and Jess knows that.

Were those rumors even confirmed to be true? Its not like there was any proof. Of course proof is not needed when it comes to Timberlake supposedly being a cheater.
Starting a fight and/or a screaming match at a public event doesn’t mean you have no backbone.
Not to mention she’s engaged to be married now, so its neither here nor there at this point.

Finally she looks better with her bangs!! It makes a difference if she tied her hair, apparently. 🙂 I also think she looks simple but pretty in here. Maybe it’s just me, but lately she wore a lot of white dress in the red carpet.
Plus they’re pushed to the side more. I like it. I’m actually surprised of how much prettier she looks here.
I LOVE Jessica’s look. The color on the shoes is so fun, and the dress flatters her body so much. She looks gorgeous without trying hard, and her body is the focus, the dress isn’t wearing her.
I think many of the girls look way over dressed. The sequins look really cheap on Zoey’s dress (maybe because they are spaced so far apart?). Hayden looks over dressed, and Olivia looks stiff in her pose and a little greasy. She needs to figure out what to do with her hair.
Jessica is like older Miley Cyrus. She used to be somebody and now is only attention whore. The only way she can stay relevant is having famous boyfriend and great body. What else you can say about her now?
Um, she has two movies coming out this year. The first one, Total Recall, forced the Renner Borne film to be pushed back. You might not like her, but she is doing alright career wise. Not stellar, but she is getting work.
Not true, Bourne Legacy was pushed back because of TDKR, it has nothing to do with Total Recall..

I liked Maria’s dress, until I saw this and realized the material wasn’t what I thought. The skirt is SUPER sheer!

Jessica’s dress is cute. She has beautiful eyes. She does have a beautiful figure. I wish she stop jacking with her lips and get rid of those bangs. I think she seems sad. She should get rid of Justin too.

I don’t like Zooey’s dress. She doesn’t seem to like it either. She has this look as if she is wondering what she is doing there. The headband has to go and the belt.
Hayden is a bit over the top with that dress but she’s happy.

I actually really like JB’s dress and shoes (which I kinda want), but her hair looks absurd. And this is from someone who has bangs!
Jessica’s dress looks too ‘girly’ for her and IMO, those type of dresses only look decent on someone very young. If it was knee length and NOT flared, it would look so much better although I agree with another poster who commented her arms look to masculine for the girliness of the dress. Much like when Madonna wears a frilly top and her man arms stick out…almost like a man’s body in a drag outfit. Just my opinion.
Agreed. She looks like she’s going to the 8th grade formal. It’s not sexy, it’s completely weird to want to look like a little girl. The shoes almost bring it into Toddlers and Tiaras territory. If she wore a dress like Olivia Munn’s, with her hair down, she would look so much better. But, Justin picks out her clothes, so I’m not surprised she looks like an idiot.
She has a stylist who picks out her outfits for the red carpet her name is Estee. I’m pretty sure Jessica meant that she just ask Justin for his honest opinion on what she picks out to wear and he will tell her honestly wether it looks good or not and picks something else for her.
I had never seen Olivia Munn in anything before, and I always sorta disliked her. But she is in Newsroom and I actually like her in it.
Yup. She’s always rubbed me the wrong way starting with that G4show she used to be on and then they started trying to make her happen. Still credit, where credit is due. She’s good on Newsroom. Likable even.

Ooh, I disagree about Olivia Munn’s dress. I don’t think it’s flattering to her shape at all. Her waist looks as wide as her hips.

Jessica looks really pretty. I love her dress and shoes. I just really cannot stand her, though. She bugs me for some reason. And she always looks try-hard in everything she wears to events.
Oh, man. A voice in the wilderness, it seems, but I’ll still say it: Maria’s dress is so ugly it should be illegal. I wouldn’t wipe down my freaking kitchen counter with that fug-strocity.
But, I hate-hate-HATED Jennifer Lawrence’s Baywatch-chic red dress that she wore to the Oscars and everyone else fell into raptures over that Heinz embolism, so what do I know?
I’ll tell you what I know: I know I’m right because that chamois is ‘blergh!!!’ I’m sure it’ll win Best Of The Week on Fashion Police if they can’t find and bring out a photo of Emma Stone blowing her nose, or something.
Finally, where do these ladies think they are? This looks like some kind of Hobo’s Choice Daytime Emmys Pageant. Forget that, why are any of the women who aren’t Maria Sharapova even there? Is Boobie Wrangling a recognized Olympic event, now?
No doubt about it – she’s good looking, has a nice body…but something is still missing for me. Not sure what it is…no sex appeal, maybe?
