Wish I could pull off skinny jean’s again…sometimes. At the end of this long week and great encounters here on CB, this weekend I am going to:
•Pray for the victims, the families and the shooter’s family of the tragedy in Aurora, CO.
•Superimpose my face over CT’s on picture #1 that Kaiser posted yesterday on the Fassy thread, and hug it to my chest to comfort me (amoungst other reasons).
•Raise my glass of whatever I decide to intoxicate myself with to the demise of CO$ and Katie Holmes for being brassy and sassy enough to do her part. Cheers Katie.
•Hope I don’t run into Miley, Liam and Ziggy around town. I’d feel like I have to mother them too much and I simply need a parenting break for the weekend.
•Wasn’t going to, but am definitely now going to go see TDKR for many reasons, not the least of which is I refuse to be terrorized by anybody!

The ONLY women who can pull them off ARE skinny no hips and body women.
When you have hips, ass they make you look bigger. Like peasant tops. If you have hips, peasant tops MAKE you LOOK pregnant.
They’re called skinny for a good reason. Bony women like Miranda look good in them. If you have real hips you don’t. Shakira wouldn’t look good in them. Beyonce doesn’t look good in them. JLO doesn’t look good in them.
They accentuate your hips. If you have hips ANY clothes do that. Skinny jeans exaggerate your hips. But on skinny women like Miranda they actually make her look like he has a body.

I can’t wait for skinny jeans and jeggins to go out of fashion, if you ask me nobody really suits them. They make average sized women look way bigger than they actually are, they make women with big hips look awkward, even skinny women with big hips since it shows off their thigh gap and looks like bow legs. But on the other hand they make skinny *and* narrow hipped women look like a scrawny scarecrow. And don’t get me started on men wearing them a la Aniston’s piece *vomits*. Don’t know who they do suit except maybe Miranda who looks ok because she’s a model and it’s her job to make everything look good.

Has anyone else noticed how Miranda pretty much is always wearing the same outfit? It’s always skinny jeans (either denim or floral, occasionally colored), a loose fitting top (usually striped) and for shoes it’s just about always heels, every once in a while it’ll be ballet flats or expensive sneakers. Poor girl is almost as boring as her style.

Hey… Us child bearing hips havin’ women still do wear skinny jeans… They’re in and have been ‘in’ for a hot minute now. I just wear longer looser fitting flowing tops with them. It really complements the straight cut denim – plus pairing it with gorgeous handbag/the right accessory gives you an overall smashing look! Flaunt you gorgeous hair and smile and exude your confidence ladies! We come in all shapes and sizes – embrace any trend you want; go for it!!

My legs are too damn skinny for skinny jeans. When I pick a pair up and hold it against my body, I see the huge amount of room in the thigh area for thighs. That part crinkles up and gaps on me. Not all of us women have big thighs.
