These are photos of Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart “out to dinner” yesterday in NYC. This is how Jennifer dresses casually – and it’s not horrible, in my opinion. I like when she does head-scarves, and I like the white jeans and flip-flops (I’m a sucker for celebrities in flip-flops). The piece that I don’t like is the t-shirt… with some kind of metal embellishments on the shoulders. It would have been cuter is she had just done a simple white t-shirt, I think. People are making a big deal about how we can see Jennifer’s bra through the t-shirt, but it happens. I don’t know if the t-shirt is really thin or if it’s just the lighting or whatever. All I know is that the “bra” part of this doesn’t offend me. What does offend me? Yeah. Casper. As for Casper and his FACE (ugh) and his Timbs… does this boy even know how to tie his own shoes? How does he even walk without falling down?
Apparently, this outing was Jennifer and Casper enjoying their “night off” from her tour – in which Casper has been made the “lead choreographer”. Jennifer and Casper spent the day shopping, then eating at Pastis, then they spent the night on a private yacht.
By the way, Jennifer’s birthday is tomorrow. Will Casper propose on her birthday? I kind of think she’s expecting it, don’t you? She probably already picked out the ring, paid for it and gave it to Casper to give back to her. I wonder how she asked to be proposed to? Privately (say, on a yacht?), or in front of a huge audience, like on stage in the middle of her show? Yes, I’m kind of expecting some news from J.Lo this week. You should prepare yourselves – he’s going to propose at some point and she’ll say yes. Because she believes in fairy tales. For real.

With that scarf and those glasses, she really does look like his mother. Or young grandmother.
I don’t care much about the bra, but if it had been me, I would have either gone for nude or black, not the oh-so-obvious white.

she looks great. and not just for her age, for any age. her skin is healthy, her body is fit but curvy and her face looks natural. the rest of the aging starlets should take note. even ones half her age like Kim K.

It’s his douchesmirk. Like he’s got it all figured out (ah, to be that age again) and thinks he’s really cool. Never mind that he looks like he’s out with his mom, and she never taught him to tie his shoes.
A T-Shirt aside: I ADORE those very thin cotton jersey shirts. They look and feel AMAZING. But for Pete’s sake, people, did your mamas never teach you about the benefits of a skin-tone bra? With they myriad of shades of lingerie these days, it shouldn’t be THAT hard to find a skin-tone bra.

JLo is 5’7″…his construction boots have a bit of a heel..I’m going with 5’8″. Her 1st and 2nd husbands were noticeably taller, while Marc Anthony was only 5’7″

This will definitely happen. they probably already have the paps lined up to capture the entire thing too. J Lo loves and needs to be the center of attention, plus now she also needs to stay relevant since isnt returning to Idol. This engagement and wedding will be just as staged as KK’s wedding and even more of a PR extravaganza.

Jennifer got engaged to Ben in Oct 02 her divorce from Chris was in Jan 03.She married Marc 4 days after his divorce in June 04.So it want be a shock

So I was watching the Fresh Beat Band with my daughter over the weekend and couldn’t believe it but Casper was one of the back up dancers. I saw his douchesmile and was grossed out but thought he fits right in on Nick jr.

NOOOOO,I outlawed that show in my presence a few months back (its just so annoying, OK not the entire show but Whiz or whatever his name is makes me want to beat my head on the ground) and then we got rid of cable. Do you think he ever shows it Emma & Max and brags about getting down with the Fresh Beat Band! God i love that image in my head.

Hahaha! I think it’s Twist you’re referring to. He is pretty awful, but my daughter lives for that show so it stays on. Seriously have seen that particular episode like 6 times and JUST now saw his creepy face. I’m sure it earned some points with jlo’s kids…big time.

I wanted to make this comment but didn’t think there would be a JLO post..
OK I was watching the movie We need to talk about Kevin (good movie) well during the promos I saw a preview of a film called Honey 2.. and guess who was in the cast.. YEP Casper.. I was shocked. It is about some dance team competition. And he is on the “new team” trying to knock the other team off. I checked his IMDB profile and was surprised. I didn’t know anything about him so you never know.
anyway I didn’t know he had done any film work. I thought he was always a backup dancer.. My point I guess is it is possible that they may even make a film together. Jennifer loves to act/dance so she and Casper can do both on the big screen.

lisa2 – We Need to Talk About Kevin was a really great, really hard-to-watch movie. I saw a copy I was never meant to see, so there were no previews, but I had read he was in Honey 2 (which I thought had been released a long time ago) as well as Step Up 3D.
I’ve seen Step Up 3D more times than I care to mention (Toddles likes the dancing) and I’ve NEVER seen him in it. Or never recognised him in it, is maybe the correct verbiage.

I have been on here for WEEKS talking about how “Casper the friendly wallet borrower” is in “Honey 2″ and how hilarious I find it is that JLO is lowering herself to dating someone whose IMDB reads like a standard backup dancer. Also Honey 2, really because the original was soooooo good it needed a sequel
its been playing on VH1 lately and i just cannot bring myself to watch it.
