I have had both done and no one can tell it just keeps me looking really good for my age and I haven't changed much.. people think I am 30yrs old when I am really 42. You will still have a few lines around eyes or mouth but that's what makes you look natural. Not doing too much is the key to her secret!! I think she may have had some peels and a few other things done in her derm's office, but she doesn't have that skullish look one gets from a lift. Sunscreen and eye creams are key to help prevent aging - as is taking care of your neck skin. If you do that, you can fool people.
