Fake breasts always look most natural on pale skin, on a woman that is not only skin and bones. Scarlett JOhansan is certainly trim, but has enough meat on her bones to make the ridges difficult to see at times. But they are fake. 100% fake. There are pics of her from 16 - 20 and just a sudden overnight development. THe reason my boy Isaac Mizrahi fondled her on the red carpet that night, was to see if they were real or not real... it was not about dress contstruction as he pretended to intimate. People just need to look back to the movies and pictures before the 80's to see what real breasts looked and moved like. She was terribly flat chested as a young woman even though she was larger than now. Her implants are small but there is no way her breasts would stay this large when she gets so skinny.
