She looked at the doctor horrified and said "I can't give that to my baby!" The doctor said, "It's not for the baby, it's for YOU. You get some sleep while someone else looks after the baby for a while." --seriously, make sure you have someone to hand off the baby to if you can't take it any more. And for the first month or so, colicky baby or not, sleep when the baby does if you possibly can, so you can keep up with them. Been there, done that. The last time she gave birth she didn't lose the weight in 2 weeks like most celebs and was harassed by the tabloids for being "fat." They even had some story, which I pretty sure was bogus, in which her husband at the time lamented that she was making "poor" food choices. I understand why she’s doing it.
