I had them when i was 102 lbs and I had them at 160 lbs. It is due to a thyroid disorder. I think the only way to rid them is cosmetic surgery and it isnt worth it to me. And as each community is a complex and individual entity, it takes a lot of time and effort to create an effective program (within many misses in the process). I remember in one area the largest population with HIV/AIDS were widowed women over the age of 45. Why? Because when their older husbands died and due to the fact that women were not allowed to be passed property, many moved to the cities and prostituted themselves to support their young children. They couldn't just give them condoms because their clients didn't want to use them. Instead a group made efforts to create other ways in which these women could find employment so they didn't need to sell their bodies in the first place. Thank you Cazzee!
