The quote by his friend, screenwriter, Christopher Quarrie is on par with what I would expect from Tom.

Quarrie states, “I can tell you that I haven’t had a meeting with Tom that was not interrupted by a phone call with his daughter.” I can totally see that being true. What I suspect he doesn’t mention is that Tom is the one calling Suri in the middle of a meeting, just to show “someone” what a good father he is. Just like the reporter in the pool.

How pathetic of a person is a man who has to manipulate phone calls and visits to his daughter to present himself in a better light?

Is there anything authentic about Tom Cruise?

I wonder if Tom is trying to change his tax status by staying in the UK for an extended period of time? There’s a hint dropped that his hands are tied so he can’t go to NY to visit his daughter.
Meanwhile, Katie is steadily making progress training Suri to live without baby toys, fantasy clothing, most of all, fear of other children. And now Katie is refusing to carry Suri. Slowly, Katie has helped tnat poor child fit into the SP world!

Nicole got half custody of the kids. The way it was initially set up was three months with each parent with probably some visitation while with the other parent, but I don’t know about that part. That gave them time to set their movie schedule on their off months. This went on for several years and eventually she was seen less and less with them and seemed to be working even more and wasn’t talking about the kids as much but still being seen with them somewhat, and then the kids eventually were fulltime with Tom it seems around the time right before Keith or at least around the time of Keith and Tennessee.

The biography from Morton was fantastic. I got it the 1st day it came out because I always believed TC was a douche and I knew Morton would have the goods. I felt Morton was fair (as fair as he could be without being blind) and that the book was well researched as well as even. Where there was nice stuff to say about TC, Morton said it. But the book is great. And in (cheaper) paperback now!

I do think Nicole cares a lot about her adopted kids, but she made a huge mistake not living in the same city as them after the divorce. Perhaps a similar mistake to the one Tom now seems to be making with Suri.

Physically absent parents will almost always be the ones drawing the short end of the stick when it comes to building a strong relationship with the children, regardless of how much they try to make up for it during visits. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nicole now mourns her decision, even though she would never talk about it publicly.

Its a lie because Suri is in school most of the day not to mention the time difference how are they able to really get in contact.

It was rumored to be $35 million and while Tom was a douche for how he left Nicole. I also think Nicole never really cared about those kids because they weren’t hers biologically I know that’s something that people don’t want to believe but I would think she would’ve fought tooth and nail for those kids rather than let Tom take those kids because they wanted to live with him. I don’t doubt Tom told the kids Nicole was poison etc but I also think that it didn’t have to take much convincing for Connor and Isabella to not think much of Nicole either.

Ditto. When I saw the Croatia pictures, I thought “dude, why aren’t you in NYC if you have some time off?”

The article also had a hilarious quote “from a source” that Tom took Suri to Disney World because it was HER choice but he would never do it again because he was “horrified” at all the publicity that the trip got and how “public” it was. I nearly died laughing! Yeah, horrified at all the publicity that HE arranged, from paps that HIS people called. What a phoney.

I took a look at the article (couldn’t resist). It wasn’t too hard on Katie but it brought out the violins for poor, poor Tom! HAHAHA! The Tom-friendly quotes were so obviously from his people. But I still think he is so dangerous to her and their child because he is rich, powerful and believes HE is the victim. He is such an egomaniac that he is incapable of viewing it any other way. And no one will ever matter more to him than he matters to himself. HE is his priority.
