Lndsay Lohan has been hospitalized yet again, but this time it’s not for an drug-induced accident or “exhaustion.” The young woman more famous for sleeping around and partying than acting and singing was sent to the hospital with an swollen appendix, which will be removed today. Maybe the faulty organ is to blame for all her troubles and by getting rid of it she’ll be off to a fresh start:
Lindsay Lohan has been hospitalized. I can exclusively report that the starlet is suffering from appendicitis and will undergo surgery today at an L.A.-area hospital.
“She was not feeling well and went to her doctor,” Lohan’s rep, Leslie Sloane-Zelnick, tells me. “She went to the hospital last night, and her appendix is being taken out today.”
“She’ll be recuperating for a few days,” Sloane-Zelnick says, “but then she will be totally fine.”
A burst appendix can result in death, so it’s a good thing that Lohan got treated quickly. Maybe she’ll rethink her lifestyle as she takes some much-needed down time instead of just giving up booze and keeping up the same exhaustive schedule. Best wishes for a quick and painless recovery to Lohan.

The mind reels when one thinks what she’s really doing in the hospital.
I used to think she looked like Sharon Stone (at 48), but now I think she’s turning into Heidi Fleiss, which is probably more fitting.

so that’s what they call it these days…
. If she keeps it up, she’ll be getting a liver transplant soon.
