It was a typical chick flick/rom com. No harm in that. I've watched it several times and it's the type of film that you put in when you don't want to think, just watch the beautiful Irish countryside and two attractive leads fall in love. For the most part, Adams chooses good roles and I think she looks a bit like Joplin. I'm tired of biopics too, so this is something I wouldn't pay to see regardless of who plays Joplin.
