It's really not that much harder than having a singleton as long as you nurse, change, etc. at the same time. Having older kids at the same time is, however, a big challenge. It's hard to maintain control when you're busy nursing. Also, I can't imagine giving six kids (or more) individual attention every day, which I think is the bigger issue. Just one hour a day per child would take up most of the day. Nannies would help, but why have kids if you're going to hand off their care to a nanny? I have 3 month old twins.
