Millie it is good that she's using her fame to bring awareness to the plight of the African people, and I like that she seems down to earth about it. It does seem dumb to give birth in Africa if your kid is essentially of European descent and will be exposed to diseases that it's not immune to. It's nice that she wants a natural birth, but she should probably do that in America where her baby is safer. She's making some kind of misguided political statement by giving birth in Africa, regardless how that impacts Brad and the kids.
