She isn’t a very good actress. She was terrible in SWATH, really bad in Meet the Rileys, and On the Road was a bad movie of which she was the worst part. She has little range. The only movies I liked her in were Panic Room and Into the Wild. She was just ok in that Joan Jett movie.

I think I’m the only one on Earth who thinks so, but I think she looks aMAAAAAAAAzing in that dress. If I looked like that in that dress, I’d wear it everywhere. To work. To the grocery store. To Disneyland. I think it’s the best she’s ever looked.

@JS – the pressure will be applied by Stewart and her team, I think. Too many people think the “reconciliation” is a PR ploy to save BD2′s box office – and to save Kristen’s career. And too many people think Rob is a sweetheart like Edward for forgiving her, while a lot think he’s a punk for taking her back. If he walks away after Twilight is done he will catch all sorts of hell for abandoning her after she groveled for forgiveness. Others will think he, along with Kristen, scammed the public into believing they are back together so to boost the box office and enrich their bank accounts. (Rob, Kristen and Taylor get 1.25% of the box office receipts from BD2.) Besides, do you know of any guy who would take their cheating girlfriend back after being so PUBLICLY humiliated in under two months? Rob’s in a no-win situation. I think they should have simply said they’re done early on, leave out the “Robsten is Unbroken” campaign, and concentrative on a Twilight retrospective to the final film. That way the focus is on the franchise and not so much on the personal lives. The reconciliation confirms in a lot of people’s minds “Robsten” is a marketing tool for the series. If opening weekend numbers are lower than expected, a lot of people are going to be shocked. It would show you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.

@aquarius64 When you say Rob will be under more pressure to stick with her, who are you thinking will be putting the pressure on him once Twilight is done? Surely his only obligation to her after that would be his own personal feelings and if he doesn’t want to stay with her, presumably he’ll walk? Not at all saying you’re wrong, just curious what your thinking is.

Also I keep hearing her fans talking about this Focus movie with Affleck but nobody here is mentioning it. Is she on for that or not do you know?

The acid test will be the box office. If the numbers come in lower than expected, fingers will be pointing at Kristen and her “momentary indiscretion”. All the money and press spent on the “Robsten is Unbroken” campaign will be for nothing. She will be thrown under the bus; Rob will be under more pressure to stick with her. A vicious cycle.

I was thinking the same. I think alot of exec’s are put off by Kristen’s manner. She can be very spot on when talking about her work but when it comes to her being spontaneous, she’s not. Notice how she’s not bitch facing the camera as much since she started appearing in public again. It’s embarrasing when the star of your movie is giving the finger on the red carpet.If you are so miserable then why are you appearing in a studio production. I still think Kristen is going to have another melt down.

She is still in damage control mode. Her little cheating incident has cost Summit money I do think it’s going to effect the final box office total. She’s ruined her reputation. Well made it worse since everyone says she’s rude, anti-social. I don’t think she’s learned anything about humility yet.
I used to give her a break but she’s been doing Twilight since 08, she knows what a big machine it is now.

Hollywood is all about who you know, mingling at parties. Being shy is one thing, being anti-social won’t get you anywhere. There’s always a new crop of actresses coming up. There will be someone who can do exactly what Kristen can.

Look at Lindsay Lohan. She’s done in HW. Kristen likes doing indies, that’s where she’s going to be.

I still think if it was lined it would have actually been really pretty and a little sexy. It honestly looks like she couldn’t be bothered to finish getting dressed. Its either a design flaw or a styling flaw.
