Kim Kardashian wore a figure-hugging cut-out dress in Kuwait: inappropriate?

From what I know of Kuwait (which is honestly not that much), it’s one of the more “modern” countries in the Middle East. Which means a lot when you’re talking about women’s issues, specifically when seen through the prism of Islam. Still, if I was visiting Kuwait, I would still make the effort to dress and act conservatively. I’m not saying I would wear a hijab, I’m just saying… I would cover my cleavage and try to show some modesty out of respect. When in Rome, and all that. Or “when in Kuwait City” as it is.

So here are some photos of Kim opening a Millions of Milkshakes shop at a huge mall in Kuwait City yesterday. True, this outfit is “modest”… for Kim’s usual trashy, showy style. But I’m still kind of uncomfortable with all of the skin she’s showing. Maybe that’s wrong on my part… maybe what she’s doing here is incredibly feminist, only in a famewhore-y way that is hard to recognize. Kuwaiti religious figures are pissed off because… you know. She’s a twice-divorced, scantily-clad woman famous for a sex tape. Kuwaiti cultural activists are pissed off too because Kuwait regularly bans artists, musicians and actors from entering the country and Kim’s entrance is being called an “unacceptable hypocrisy.”

Something nice: Kim was mobbed by fans at the shop opening, and I genuinely think it’s nice that she made the effort to personally go to Kuwait to open a milkshake shop. You know? Real celebrities (meaning, movie stars) wouldn’t do that. Kim posed for lots of photos, she signed autographs and made milkshakes. She has fans there, and she treated them with respect.

Next stop for Kim… Bahrain. And the Bahrainis are PISSED. Bahrain’s Parliament tried to pass a resolution banning Kim from stepping foot on Bahrain’s soil, but the resolution didn’t pass. I wonder why it didn’t pass? Could it be that many of the politicians actually watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians?

PS… That gold belt is hideous.

That’s the ugliest dress I’ve ever seen.

    • Mimi says:

Ditto but the funny (?) part is I think this is Kim’s idea of dressing modestly.

    • thinkaboutit says:

That’s exactly what I was going to write, word for word.

    • RTR_Girl says:

No kidding…that might be the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen her wear. And that’s saying a lot, because Kim is the queen of tacky outfits.

    • katie says:

No kidding! What’s with the sleeves? This dress is totally inappropriate for somewhere so conservative about how women dress!

      • zannoub says:

i lived for few years in Qatar, where qatari women still wear the abaya (the black outfit), and i can assure you that her outfit us quite fine for kuwait. They got used their to foreigners wearing very revealing clothes. For myself i used to wear a tank top and a skirt to drive around town. M not a fan of kim, just stating some facts regarding the gulf area

      • deehunny says:

@zannoub, thanks for letting us know the real scope.

Yes, the sleeves are hideous but that’s her way of still being “trendy” with the see-through trend.

It would have been pretty with filled-in sleeves. I actually like the gold belt. Looks high fashion.

      • Leni says:

I spent sixteen years in Kuwait and it was very conservative compared to Lebanon but western by Saudi standards. Arabs already think American women are easy. Yes, foreigners can get away with more but she is being labeled a ‘slut’ by the way she is dressed especially as she is showing what are considered private parts. Qatar may allow tank tops-Kuwait only does in the more ‘foreign’ areas. I too am really surprised that she got in. Kuwait was never pro-Armenian as far as I know.

      • BestJess says:

People in Kuwait are used to westerners without any tact wearing inappropriate clothes but that doesn’t mean they like it. It doesn’t mean they wouldn’t appreciate people making some kind of effort not to offend local sensibilities. I’m an atheist with the mouth of a sailor but I would never swear or ‘take the lords name in vain’ in front of a Nun, I wouldn’t chow down on a juicy steak in front of Hindu guests and I wouldn’t invite a vegan to a spit roast. It’s called not being ignorant about other people and considering their feelings, especially when in their home. Everything in my closet is short, tight or low cut but I have a suitcase in the attic of flowing, light and loose outfits which have served me well in Bahrain, West Bank, Gaza, Lebanon, Jordan, Morroco and Abu Dhabi so far. I felt better for not sticking out like a sore thumb and knowing I wasn’t upsetting or even discomforting my hosts but it was still nice western clothes so I didn’t feel like I was wearing a costume. It’s really not hard, if you have half a clue and half an ounce of empathy for others. So Kardashian of course chose to drs like this.

  2. Katyusha says:

Is she crazy? It seems as though she lacks any self-awareness.

  3. Ivy says:

She looks radiant and that dress looks fabulous on her .

    • carrie says:

i dislike the dress but she looks good for me

      • adrianne says:

The dress is definitely not my fav but her face looks surprisingly good

      • Sweet Dee says:

I have a theory about her face, which I think is looking less freaky lately. I think it’s kanye’s influence since his mom died after complications of plastic surgery. He’s all naw gurl let that face be you be bootyful gurl I’m just not about to see happen to you what happened to mama. Poor kanye’s mom.

    • yuk says:

Kim looks like she’s wearing an oversized condom.

  4. bettyrose says:

I traveled some in the middle east when I was younger, just because I was fascinated with the region and had some opportunities to travel and study abroad. Even the most modern middle eastern countries still frown upon public displays of sexuality. So if you dress like that, you’re going to miss opportunities to meet people and visit cultural sites (other than a mall, I guess) where you won’t be allowed in. But if she was “mobbed by fans,” I suppose her attire was appropriate to the particular situation she was in.

    • fabgrrl says:

Well, no problem then. KK wouldn’t know what to do at a museum or a landmark. Or when surround by sophisticated, cultured people.

    • bettyrose says:

Yeah, no doubt she thinks visiting a foreign mall is a all there is to learn about a different culture, but a more typical tourist – i.e. one who isn’t surrounded by an entourage of staff – might attract some unfavorable attention dressing that way in a culture where people don’t dress that way. I hope no one planning to visit the region follows her example.

  5. Natasha says:

That dress looks like a superhero costume combined with the SKKY vodka robots . The cut outs are just terrible. I am a big busted girl and would never ever wear a cut out at the boobs, it looks like they are trying to escape.

  6. Sisi says:

    strange color for a milkshake

  7. akua says:

Actually, Dubai is more modernized than Kuwait. Been in Kuwait Before and Dubai… that dress in not accepted in Kuwait but in Dubai, she could have wear something different…no wonder the Muslim are pissed by the western people. To them it just plain disrespect to their culture.

    • kas says:

Yes, their culture that is SO respectful of women. My Lord.

      • epiphany says:

How often do you hear words like, ‘b*tch’, and ‘wh*re’ in hiphop songs – is our culture any more respectful of women?
The point isn’t that she was disrespectful to their culture, she was disrespectful to herself, and to women in general. If a woman has to show cleavage and skin to be sexy, guess what, she’s not. Unfortunately, our culture keeps pushing blatant and obvious sexuality down our throats, and tells us it means western women are ‘liberated.’ And Kardashian is inappropriate regardless of the culture in which she finds herself.

      • Nicolette says:

Really. From stoning women to death because they were raped by someone and have now “shamed” their families, to honor killings of their daughters, and the fact that women have no rights in their eyes.

      • akua says:

        lol…they treat women like crap…..

      • deehunny says:

@epiphany– i get what you are saying but no. it’s not the same. as the other ladies have pointed out honor killings for getting raped and in the worst cases, not being able to drink in public, having to walk 3 steps behind your male escort, etc. it’s atrocious.

is that all of Islamic culture or countries? or course not. but “bitch” and “whore” is not all of rap music or American culture. But I do agree that she thought she was dressing appropriately, i.e. covering her elbows and knees but in a “high fashion” way

      • BestJess says:

Seriously, you’re going to bring up stoning? You know that there’s over 1.6 billion Muslims around the world. In only ONE of the hundreds and hundreds of countries Muslims live in is stoning legal. In ONE other country which is reeling from 30 years + of civil war and then 10 years + of being bombed by the US, in which is it still carried out though NOT legal. On a proportional scale it’s like sneering Christianity because Quiver movement women are chattels kept as breeding mares and the ‘Christian’ nation of America ignores institutional rape of women and men.

      • Leen says:

None of the things that were mentioned are Islam or even supported in the Quran. Honor killings are not Islamic and are also unfortunately committed by Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and other cultures. In fact the first people who did commit honor killings are Romans and Greeks, even before the introduction of Christianity, way before Islam.

Islam was an extremely modernizing religion for women when it first came. We are talking about the 7th century; women were allowed to choose who to marry, women were allowed to inherit instead of being inherited (this practice was still around in Europe up until the 18th century), they were allowed to work, earn their own keep, female infanticide was ended, women were allowed to become military leaders, command whole armies, take decisions in important meetings, they were encouraged to enjoy sex (yes, seriously, it is a husband’s duty to satisfy his wife and she can divorce him in some circumstances of that), she cannot be accused of adultery unless there are 4 witnesses and if she is Without any evidence, it is considered a grave sin, rape in some cases were punsjhable by death. Again we are talking about the 7th century here, unfortunately Islam has stagnated and become static. I wish it would modernize a lot more, but Islam really was a revolution to women. It was really the first stepping stone which women were part of the public sphere, treated as humans rather than objects to inherit.

  8. Amelia says:

    *facepalm*
Oddly enough, it IS possible to look good without constantly showing off your tits.
Someone seriously needs to tell Kim that.

  9. LadyMTL says:

While it’s true that Kuwait is not as “hard line” Muslim as say, Saudi Arabia, KK’s outfit is inappropriate. The hint of cleavage is a no-no and cutouts make it look trashy (big surprise where KK is concerned). Then again, this is a woman who arrived in the country wearing a sheer blouse, so are we surprised?

    • BT says:

Seriously? When was the last time you were in Kuwait? And you DO realize that the reason Kuwait is the way it is, today, is because of Saudi, right?

      • BestJess says:

I was there mid Oct and nothing that poster said struck me as incorrect. Kuwait is quite obviously not as conservative as Saudi is. If I had worked there instead of a few other ME places I would rarely have been able to leave the western compound. If I wanted to travel, a male chauffeur would need to be procured. None of that in Beirut or Amman and not even in Gaza. Also the mutaween would smack your legs with sticks if they thought they could see your ankles. Everywhere else people would just try to hide their discomfort if someone dressed in appropriately. So I’d take Kuwait over Saudi Wahhabism any day of the week.

  10. Allie May says:

    “And the Bahrainis are PISSED”
    haha!!
    I bet they are..
That was nice of Kim to sign autographs and show up. I wish she would have covered up more also. Not too late to redeem herself unlike LiLo.

  11. the original bellaluna says:

For Kuwait? ABSOLUTELY inappropriate. (And that dress looks like a costume from the set of the Tron reboot, so don’t even get me started…)

An aside: The only reason that resolution didn’t pass is because women aren’t allowed to vote.

    • Manayer says:

women are allowed to vote in kuwait and work in politics, I don’t know why everyone thinks that kuwaiti citizens are not allowed to wear what ever they want? I’m kuwaiti and we can wear anything we want, but we don’t show a lot of skin because we’re muslims.
someone said dubai is more modern then kuwait when it comen to clothing. actually kuwaiti citizens has more freedom of dressing then emirate citizens. and kuwait was way more modern then any middle eastern country if it wasn’t for politics.

      • the original bellaluna says:

Thank you for enlightening me. Apparently my ignorance is showing, and for that, I apologise.

      • deehunny says:

As an American I think a lot of us don’t know much about the differences in modern Islamic countries so I thank you for your input.

Side note: America funds Kuwait’s defense budget completely, in addition to some other key strategic countries. I watched a documentary on that on Netflix which was absolutely fascinating.

      • BestJess says:

Because most non Muslims are completely ignorant about both Islam itself and life in predominantly Muslim countries. Doesn’t help that they tend to conflate Arab and Muslim either. Every Jewish person and every Muslim I know is far more knowledgable about Chritsianity than any Christian I’ve ever met is about their semi shared religions.

    • Manayer says:

you’re welcome, i’m just happy that you know that kuwait is a democratic country. no one said anything about the dress that it was Inappropriate, not even the news. women now are dressing more like kim in kuwait sadly. but as long as it not very showyyy then we’re ok lol

  12. hoopjumper says:

Damn. I don’t wanna like KK, but if there’s one thing that’s going to make it happen, it’s that she’s on the wrong side of Bahrain’s government. Glad she didn’t cancel her trip because of those corrupt, repressive twats.

  13. bowers says:

Why does anyone need to ask such a question?

  14. Mimi says:

Can’t even comment on her attire, but is she looking less cat faced lately, or is that just me being desensitized to her…uh, “all natural” face?

  15. serena says:

I kind of like the dress +whisper+ anyway I think it was quite conservative and not revealing at all.
I don’t get why they won’t let Kim go to Bahrain.. because of the sex tape, divorces, etc? It’s not enough of a reason. And, come on, at least she treat good her fans.

  16. Skins says:

    Oh, that stupid, vapid, face.

  17. Bellachai says:

I am curious, does she know about all of the ways people try to keep her off their soil?

Also, I watched an episode one day where she says she takes pictures of all her outfits before traveling (i think it was the season wher she was married…lol I had to see the marriage fail)…so she thougt she looked good here? No words

  18. emmie_a says:

You make it sound like she went to the opening out of the goodness of her heart. She did it for money!!

Real celebrities might not do this sort of thing because they have jobs and they can’t just pick up and go to Kuwait. Being a pseudo-celebrity is Kim’s job so she can do this sort of thing. If she’s paid enough.

  19. LadyLupton says:

I am a Western woman living in the Middle East and that dress is inappropriate. It’s just plain disrespectful to the local culture. It’s also hideous but that’s not the question…

  20. megs says:

Ummm?? Is she off to battle crime? Dundundundaaaaaaaaaaaaaa super butt!!! You see, her butt is actually a built in jet pack, her boobs shoot lasers, and those white arm cuff things, well…well those just make her look stupid.

    • Natasha says:

Baaaahahahahahahahaah……superbutt to the rescue!!!!!!!!!!! That is hysterical and shall be her new nickname from now on.

  21. Hillshmill says:

Does anyone else think she looks like a trashy Stormtrooper?

  22. K says:

My husband worked for quite some time in Kuwait, so I know a little bit about it. It was common to go to that mall (it backs up to the sea and has yacht boat slips along with parking lots)and see young girls wearing hijab, while simultaneously wearing tight jeans and showing off a bare midriff. There aren’t religious police there, like Saudi Arabia, and women are allowed to vote and run for office, even if there haven’t been many successful candidates. As a western woman, I didn’t have to wear hijab, but did have to watch having bear arms and not wearing anything too tight. While an Islamic country, replete with censored books and movies, the Islamist bent is also a relatively new situation, and it’s one that comes from having a hugely unrepresented worker population. Native Kuwaitis are outnumbered in their country three to one by guest workers from the Philippines, Pakistan, India, etc. Islam plays a large part in enfranchising these people. Seen in that light, having this wench show up, dressed like that, is only going to make things harder for women in that country to actually get something done.

  23. truthful says:

That whole family has no sense of others, they are despicable.

a dumbass milkshake shop opening, her face looks like it hurts.

she’ll brag on twitter about all of her fans. dingy dirtyball

  24. Dhavynia says:

Can she freaking close her injected mouth?
She will always look like a cheap blowup doll, even the one from Lars and the Real Girl looks better

  25. Christina says:

I don’t think she should have dressed conservatively to abide by the oppressive rule there, but bottom line, that dress is so fugly! Why does she wear the ugliest clothes ever made? I don’t understand. She is a beautiful girl. Sure, she is famous for doing virtually nothing, but she is certainly pretty. She could have the most fabulous wardrobe. It’s almost like she does it on purpose!

  26. Hmmm says:

I don’t really know if I think she needs to cover up more. I respect that some women come to “my” country, where our ideals and tradition is freedom to choose, here some women choose the niqab or burqa. It’s okay with me, their choice even though “our” traditions are different in my country (Denmark). So the reverse should also apply, I know it dosen’t but it should.

  27. marie says:

I think the better question is.. when is Kim appropriate? know your audience..

  28. Effy says:

I think the wrist part of the dress ruins it all.

  29. thinkaboutit says:

Look at her hands in the first photo and compare them to her legs. They don’t spray tan hands?? Also, she has really ugly hands.

And PLEASE, the tailor is your friend! Those too-long sleeves just scream “I borrowed this dress” or “I still have the tags on and plan to return it after this party.” I know neither is true but that’s how it looks.

  30. hoya_chick says:

Not only is it trashy and inappropriate, it’s also such an ugly dress! And she should refrain from sucking on straws in public, it’s phallic and gross but I guess it’s fitting considering why she is famous in the first place.

A milkshake shop opening in Kuwait? What in the what?! She makes millions doing this? FML.

  31. Prinny says:

    Inappropriate? Maybe. Hideous? Yes!!!

  32. Skipper says:

The dress itself is offensive. And there is nothing nice about her going to open the shop. She got paid. It’s what she does. I went to the MOM website and was creeped out that the whole business is based on celebrities.

    • deehunny says:

didn’t know that. also went to their website and i see what you are saying. thought this was part of the Kardashian machine but it clearly isn’t.

  33. blinkblue says:

she looks like a cheap laminate bedroom dresser from the 70’s.

  34. Cerulean Skygirl says:

I’m not trying to be rude or snarky, but could someone please explain why this person (and her family) are even famous, and who, exactly, gives a damn about them? She’s not an actress/musician, doesn’t seem to be talented at anything, doesn’t seem like an especially kind or philanthropic person, and as far as I know, has never done anything remotely interesting or unique in her life. I really just don’t get it. PS – That dress is hideous

  35. melca blue says:

The dress looks like a storm trooper, maybe without all the cut outs it would look better. It fits her well though. The creepy thing is her frozen face.

  36. Fofototto says:

That dress is fug. But I don’t think it’s the most inappropriate thing ever, JLO wore something similar when she was in the region a few weeks ago. It’s not as if she was going to a mosque. I hate myself for knowing this, but Kim and Kris have worn jalabiyas (traditional dress similar to an abaya) in Dubai before. I think they looked good in them. Generally you’re told to cover the shoulders, and wear something that reaches your knees when out in public. It offends some when foreigners wear their cultural clothes. I think it’s sweet and a thoughtful gesture as long as you conduct yourself appropriately. Their are holy buildings a few city blocks from nightclubs, the UAE is one big contradiction itself. I can’t believe I just defended Kim Kardashian. Here’s the picture: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HjYXtfeIDuA/Tpj5AONLyAI/AAAAAAAAHvc/q-j8KD8-R18/s1600/m+%25281%2529.jpg

  37. Starlight says:

What kind of dress is that? Who made that dress. Is that a joke? But I am beginning to like her even though her beginning was not that great but she is not doing drugs, she does not go crazy. Maybe it has something to do with family. I just wished that Lindsey would have the same kind of family.

  38. Kate says:

    Fatass

    • IsaBELLA says:

This girl has an amazing body yes her personality is annoying but yours is too dont call her fat. Stop hating used your energy to run track.

    • Noel says:

Being a famewhore and plastic surgery is her drug. She’s far worse than Lilo bc Lilo is essentially hurting herself. This thing lies and creates all these fake stories and married for money and ratings. Photoshops all her paparazzi pics, and deceives all her simpleminded “fans” no one really ever seeks them, but instead they always force people onto themselves. Everybody in every country hates her, yet she’s so stupid and greedy to see it. She doesn’t get it. I’m talking about the educated individuals that have a thinking mind, not the uneducated simple minded and brainwashed ones that believe the shit they see on her fake reality TV. Those are the ones that buy into and mostly buy her crap. And sadly, they are mostly teens.

      • Laila says:

It’s far from amazing lol. Lets be real. Her legs are short and stumpy, her fake hips looks square and her fake butt is long and droppy. Her fake boobs are sagging insanely. Her arms are quite flabby. She isn’t fat bc she liposuctions and sucks the fat right out whenever she gets a little heavy bc she’s so lazy to do it the old fashion way. She sculps and lipos everything and yet she still looks stumpy and chunky. And all we see is photoshopped pics of her in bikini, so you never really see how she really looks. An amazing body is that of Kelly Brooke, Halle Berry, Salma, Jeasica Alba, Jessica Biel and Scarlet Jo

  39. Tuxedo Cat says:

Any idiot should know to cover up in a Middle East country – I mean, why risk offending anyone. They are having enough problems over there without ‘peacemaker’ Kimmy in her cutout dress.

Unfortunately, that *is* dressing down for her…Kanye is well-travelled and a man of the world, and I’m surprised that he didn’t warn her about this….

  40. Lake says:

Is that the same belt she was wearing in that photo from the beach with the white bathing suit? She had some crazy metallic thing on squeezing her waist so tight she was oozing over it. Girl needs to learn how to dress for her body.

  41. palermo says:

Sadly to her that dress IS conservative. The entire family has no idea of what is appropriate in any situation.

  42. abby says:

what throws me off with her lately is her veneers! her mouth just looks goofy.

  43. mosty says:

I’m Egyptian and i think her clothes aren’t showy! Here celebrities dress in styles like that without being criticized, i don’t know about Kuwait though.
Arabs (who’ve heard about her) especially in the gulf area adore her…they just love a curvy woman! 😀

    • bellyache says:

Yup. Arab societies are generally conservative, but google any of their celebrities and you’ll find they differ very little from their Western counterparts. Look up Elissa, a Lebanese singer whom KK is strangely resembling more and more, with all the work done, and you’ll probably agree.

  44. Noel says:

Wow. Anything to make this thing sound good. Umm she is there at the mall in Kuwait to open milkshake place bc she’s getting paid for it. The same millions of milkshake guy took her to Dubai and to do the same thing. Real celebs wouldn’t do this kind of crap bc these are the crap for Z listers reality tv idiots and video vixens and playboy models and porn stars. Real stars have actual jobs and better things to do. This is all Kim does bc this all she can do. Show upto an opening of an envelope and sadly get paid for it. And she has the guts to call this a career smh. Her whole existence is quite sad.

  45. gina says:

    she looks beautiful

  46. jen says:

i like the dress and she seems sweet, ppl hate for no reason.

  47. Eleonor says:

I don’t think the dress is ugly. I think that dress is wrong on her, it would look better on someone who doesn’t have that boobs.

  48. babythastarsshinebrite says:

More appropriate than her see-thru top she wore on her way to Kuwait. She is so dumb.

  49. ehsan says:

when i read PRISM OF ISLAM , i really disagree with you really don’t know nothing about this country , you should show more respect to our traditions and our religion , and the fact that we are arabs that doesn’t mean we are a bunch of retards waiting for americans to teach us how to do this or that
    regards

    • Really? says:

I know i shouldn’t take the bait, ehsan, but believe me, nobody thinks you are “stupid arabs waiting to be taught by americans…” To me, it seems more like it’s the arabs who want to teach not only americans but the whole world not only how to dress, but how to think and believe…

As you see, many people here on this site are angry with Kim for dressing inappropriately, because there is a fear of offending certain individuals in the arab community who could be very unhappy with her appearance. We have seen that some people have even paid for these kinds of offenses with their lives, Theo Van Gogh for one. It may be an extreme example, but it is nevertheless, quite an effective one.

And yet, even though it is against the law here in France, there are some women who go the other extreme, and where the niquab – or face veil – knowing that it provokes a reaction as well, and though it may be perceived as different and yes, even shocking, only rarely would it be attacked or be perceived as offensive in a western setting, much less be pursued to the full extent of the law. One poster metioned having her ankles struck with sticks because they were visible. Can you imagine someone attempting to lift a lady’s veil with a stick? Completely and utterly ludicrous.

So, no, i don’t see it as our culture trying to change or teach you. Kim may jet out for the opening of a milk shake shop, but she will not be setting up homes and businesses there, nor will she be contacting the local government about her rights to dress like a floozy or further, to build a church on their soil to exercise her right to religious freedom.

We would never have the balls to do something like that, and yet, i see it happen everywhere in the reverse.

So no, if we’re trying to teach you anything, trust me, it’s not fashion and loose morals, no, it’s much deeper than that, it’s the concept of equality and universal human rights. Freedom should be enjoyed by all, even if that means wearing a crappy cut-out dress in a milk shake shop in the M.E. At least the people in the picture look happy. That’s one good thing i can say about this venture.

Peace is my fashion, it looks good on anyone, anywhere.

PS My boyfriend is muslim and he agrees with me, but that could also be because i dress better than Kim.

  50. KellyinSeattle says:

Remember when Princes Diana went to a Middle Eastern country, she covered her head and wore a lose fitting, flowing type of dress? Obviously polar opposites. And Kim has fans in Kuwait? She wants to be relevant but doesn’t respect others. Not that Kim should even be in the same paragraph as Diana, just sayin’

  51. Alida says:

Good lord dumb girl, your in the middle east. They don’t want to see your cleavage, legs or arms.. How dumb are you

  52. twoblues says:

Be careful Kim, that milkshake will go directly to your a$$. Oh, wait a minute . . .

  53. vvvoid says:

I was Ema Shah’s videographer this year, she’s a controversial but very famous singer and actress in Kuwait. Kim’s dress is no different from something Ema would wear.

  54. aurelia says:

Yuck to the pathetic dress. Maybe its one of Kayne’s.

  55. aurelia says:

It looks like cool gucci 1990’s but gone way way wrong.

Looks like sanitary towel, feminine products stuck to her arms.

  56. Elceibeno says:

That dress is more than inappropriate. Only famewhoring ego-maniacal people woud defy the culture of the country she is VISITING.
She figured out a long time ago that she
Completely devoid of any talent other than being a whore, and it works for her.

  57. shewolf says:

I like white and gold on her but does she really have to have her boobs that jacked up? The dress needs help but white and gold is lovely.

    Her boobs look fake here…

  58. jenn says:

When has this woman ever done anything appropriate? Inappropriateness appears to be her tactic. She is a constant assault on our good senses.

  59. rkbedi says:

Why are all of her clothes so ugly? she used to dress really nice before the whole kanye change, seriously all her clothes are so odd looking on her….Why hasn’t anyone around her told her?

  60. some bitch says:

Erugh! That dress is awful! It looks hella uncomfortable too, bet you can’t sit down or breathe with that belt.

  61. Meg says:

this probably is conservative in kim’s mind. her dress isn’t see through, her boobs aren’t falling out

  62. anneesezz says:

I guess no one ever told her to leave something to the imagination but seeing we know who her mom is – clearly not!

  63. LouLou says:

She used to be so pretty. Her face looks doughy and like she injected it with cooking oil. And yes, those things on her forearms are not cute.

  64. Krock says:

This dress reminds me of that hideous white bathing suit with the gold belt she wore. Also has a bit of storm trooper vibe to it.

  65. Ruffian9 says:

    Inappropriate? Check
    Ugly as s**t? Check

  66. Grace says:

Do you think if someone starts a petition they’ll keep her and those awful clothes? I’d pay to make that happen. Or can someone ask Armenia to come and get her? If they take Kanye too that would be the best Christmas ever.

  67. asdfg says:

I actually like this look. I reminds me of Kim’s style before she hooked up with Kanye.

  68. Str8Shooter says:

I didn’t know a blow up doll could drink a milkshake??!!!

And this, folks, is why the rest of the world hates America.

  69. JoJo says:

I’m a Kuwaiti and frequent this site like 5 times a week bored at work.. so yes Kuwait is amazing I love my country.. we are a muslim country but we have freedom.. girls can wear whatever they want and everyone is responsible for themselves if they wish to wear tight short shorts it’s their business.. women are respected and treated equally in most cases.. fashion and trends are primarily set first in Kuwait and that is a known fact ask any UAE/Qatari/Bahraini girl she’ll tell u so unless they do not want to admit.. Bahraini designers sell more of their fashion products in Kuwait than anywhere.. As for that mall the biggest in the gulf is not on the beach that is another called Marina Mall this is Avenues so whoever said that it’s on the beach with boat docks as if they’ve been here is stupid.. UAE are currently trying to build a bigger mall than the Avenues.. I know people come on here and trash celebrities etc.. she’s here because several people paid here to b here.. I don’t care what shes was wearing I did not go to the Avenues to meet her because she’s disgusting and represents trash.. basically I don’t know go read a freakin book before u try and guess how our culture is or what we o or do not allow or Saudia or any other country made Kuwait or shaped it.. the people shaped it.. it was a known fact among the Kuwaiti’s that Americans may have faught the war for us against Iraq but we women and men faught back so hard u people would not even come to imagine what kind of cruelty was going on our culture is proud our culture is strong… as for the commentators you have proven to me that I should not scroll down from now on I would only b reading ignorant disrespectful and hideous remarks I maybe just 28 but I know more about ur own countries travelled the world met and befriended amazing people.. it’s commentators like u with no brain that I do not get honestly go educate urself mindless nitwits

  70. crtb says:

It would be a very pretty dress without the cutouts.

  71. lindy loo says:

EVERYTHING Kim Kartrashian does is inappropriate.

  72. George C. says:

Well, it sure looks like the worthless gutter slut has been sucking down a ton of milkshakes. What a kunt.

  73. Mara says:

Kuwait is a very open country very few women there wear theirs Hijab .

  74. Chrissie Malcolm says:

This woman must wake up every morning laughing – why in the name of God is the world interested in her, never mind paying her a bloody fortune for being an empty vessel with a huge arse?!?!?!?!?!
