Why are Julia’s in-laws mad at her - why not THEIR SON??? Why make it Julia’s responsibility to call her husbands parents - if he were any kind of son - he would have picked up the phone and called them himself.

I can see her not telling them about the fertility treatments, given her fame. She probably keeps a tight clamp on all potential hot news.

She should have told the family of the pregnancy before the media though; that’s just courtesy.

After a miscarriage, I hid the fact that I was pregnant with my son to his family until I was 3 months along. When I was pregnant the first time and miscarried, my sister-in-law had gotten too carried away with this baby and when it was gone, it caused a “discomfort”. Yes..she was miffed that I kept her out of the loop but 12 years later, she’s nuts about me and my son. I’m surprised this family still holds this marriage break-up thing against her. Julia carried two kids inside her for 9 months for this loser. Come on! Forgive and forget for heaven’s sake.

I think the only thing that matters, really, is what decision she and her husband came to together. It’s his parents, for cryin’ out loud, why didn’t he say something to them? Why does the girl always have to bear the brunt of these things?

Consedreing everything that’s happened, I highly doubt she will ever have a good realtionship with the in-laws. That said, it is her choice to tell or not tell whomever she pleases about her pregnancy/fertility treatments.
