Actually I have heard a lot of people talking about it.
Psychologists and psychiatrist are not gods.

There is a lot we do not know about the human brain and the psyche.

There have been plenty of cases in which the drugs made things worst and created different problems and where not the right way to help.

Doesn’t seem that problematic to me, he’s simply pointing out that depression usually stems from a source and that extended medication of the symptoms doesn’t actually solve the problem causing the symptoms. He’s not saying using Prozac is bad, just that using it without dealing with the underlying problems that led to using it is not a great idea.

That sounds like sense to me.

Not to mention some medications for depression have side effects I know I wouldn’t wish on anyone for extended periods.
