So few can pull it off, probably why so few have the guts to try it. Around Y2K I worked with a striking woman who had a really distinct short haircut. I ran into her a few years later and she'd grown her brown hair out to shoulder length. She was the most average, unmemorable looking person. It was sad... The last photo their strides are perfectly matched. He might be a keeper. I think her beauty is enhanced because of the short hair. It isn't a fabulous cut, but her face and bone structure are exquisite. Can't believe she is so young. They look like they belong together, and more importantly WANT to be together. Good for them both. Sean Penn, humanitarian, is the only reason I don't spend my time wishing he'd go to the wifebeater planet where I also want William Hurt and the others to go. He's probably called her drunk and drugged several times, trying to get her to come back, even temporarily and be mommy to him. I'm glad she didn't. The fact that she went on to have a life without him is a strong choice for her kids to see her make. Good for her.
