I have such mixed emotions about these Jennifer Lopez photos from the Las Vegas premiere of Parker. Like, in some of the pics I actually felt a genuine thrill because J.Lo used to be so much fun to watch on a red carpet, and I miss her ability to really work the hell out of a carpet, and these photos prove that she still can. But then I got to some photos where it’s just like… ugh, Casper Smart is still there. And Jennifer doesn’t get that he kills her sexiness completely. Also: I don’t get why her hair is looking so bad lately. Is she fighting with her hair people?
Anyway, Jennifer’s dress is Kaufman Franco. I’m not crazy about the way it’s cut on her chest, but I don’t mind the rest of the dress – it’s old-school J.Lo, figure-hugging and butt-emphasizing. It reminds me of some of the Versace gowns she used to wear all the time. As for Casper… lord, he’s short! I don’t I’ve ever realized how tiny he is. I think Casper had to stay at home in LA while Jennifer promoted Parker in NYC, but he got permission to come to Vegas. You know what though? I bet it didn’t even go down like that. As much as I hate to admit it, Jennifer isn’t giving him permission for anything. He does what he wants, and she’s grateful for him, because she has no self-awareness.
Last thing: is she getting lip injections? I really can’t tell at this point. She’s always had full lips, but they’re looking really “extra” here.

Her hair looks like straw, her lips are too freshly plumped and Casper looks like her angsty son who got dragged out to accompany her because Dad’s away on business. He ages her enormously. And clearly her hair and make up team dispise her lately. The dress belongs on a girl like Gwyneth who has to pretend to have curves.

I am curious about Jennifer’s obsession with the brunt up looking hair-do’s.
She needs to pull a better looking wig out of the closet. I know she has better looking wigs than this!
Also. No one looks good with the nude lipstick. It makes one look corpse-y.

Maybe he is just that great of a guy that no matter what he looks like, she wants him around. Honestly I felt like you, but I youtubed him and he works with kids…seems very funny and likeable…and can dance. They may not last, but qualities like his may just be hard to find for her. Maybe she just loves how he (in particular) makes her feel. Sometimes that’s worth a lot. It’s not all about looks all the time.

I really don’t understand all the hate and criticism she gets. In my opinion she’s absolutely gorgeous, definitely gets my vote for sexiest woman alive. She’s funny and sweet, adorable personality. I will say I’m not a big fan of her hair here but who gives a shit?
I also don’t understand why everyone acts like Casper is so ugly. He may not be the hottest guy in the world but I’ve seen some pictures of him where he looks pretty damn good, I’d hit it.
And as far as her dating around and getting so much hate for it, not everyone is lucky enough to meet their soul mate when they first start dating. Sometimes you have to go thru a lot of bad eggs before you meet the right one. Agreed, she probably shouldnt marry all these bad eggs but hey, shit happens. I’ve been with a lot of guys too, that doesnt mean I’m afraid to be alone, just that I’m not going to settle until I’m sure I’m with the right one.
I’m not a huge jlo fanatic or anything but I do like her, and I never understood why she gets so much hate. End rant.

I just want to go to one of these red carpets and discretely press a gift certificate for a deep-conditioning treatment into her hand (or heck, even a cheap drugstore tube of Vo5 Hot Oil). How can a woman with that much money, and presumably access to the world’s best hairdressers, look like that? It’s not as if Casper is using up all the hair conditioner in the shower; look at his hair!

It looks to me like her lips are outlined with a lip pencil that is a shade or two darker than her skin tone and then she has on nude lipstick. From far away they look injected but up close it just looks like a makeup illusion.
