They are universally dependent at that age, and it's tiring. I also remember with fondness that time before my daughter could walk or talk or adequately communicate to us what she wanted or needed...and wishing for the time she would be able to do all those things to hurry up and come. I am always glad to see people seriously devoted to their parenthood...and since this baby was a very planned-out addition to his parents' lives, I tend to hear only fondness and parental pride in the types of things he said here. Just from the small quote here, I didn’t hear anything that sounded out of the ordinary for a parent with so small a baby. They are universally dependent at that age, and it’s tiring.
