The "Hey bitch, this is Leann, you have 5 minutes to say whatever you want to me" greeting was reported ONLY. It was not heard in the recording. Its obvious that the recording started smack in the middle of the conversation. I think you are confusing the portions you actually HEARD with some of what you READ about it. And it has also not been determined if the STATE (the lawsuit is based on the CA penal code, has nothing to do with any federal regulations, and was not filed in a federal court) agrees the penal code was violated. That remains to be seen. The penal code states that there is no right to privacy in a phone call if it takes place in public--which this did. You are certainly entitled to your opinion on the matter but much of what you posted regarding it just isn't correct. Again, you are misinformed. And maybe I don't know all the facts because there is much misinformation on the web. That being said, I did hear a beginning portion that was posted ( before the sites were forced to remove them). And in that recorded portion there was an initial greeting where Leann was identifying herself. So the recording happened right at the beginning. What facts I do or don't know does not change that the woman and her daughter have a problem because the did violate federal wiretapping laws. I am not misinformed on that aspect Well I got feedback about not knowing the facts. And maybe I don’t know all the facts because there is much misinformation on the web.
