YOU RUINED IT!!! I swear, some of you would cut off your nose to spite your face! Yesterday I mentioned that Eddie Cibrian (“Eddie Cibrian”) had recently begun an Instagram account in which he (“he”) posted cutesy, coupled-up photos of himself and LeAnn mostly, with cute little captions like “Went out to dinner with the love of my life” and “Date night with my love and middle finger for the haters!!!” Because that was all written by Eddie, naturally. Of course. Unquestionably. All of the photos on the Instagram had been posted over the course of the last month, even though I recognize some of them from LeAnn’s Twitter, and they’re months old. Anyway, you bitches ruined it! “Eddie” pulled his Instagram account!!! NO MORE HILARITY. Eddie (cough) posted this final warning before closing the account:
BOOO!! I shouldn’t have to tell you people this, but I guess I need to say it again: please stop trolling them so hard. You’re only playing into their conflated martyr complexes. Wouldn’t it have been funnier if you didn’t troll Eddie’s Instagram and we had months and months of enjoyment? Because let me tell you – I was looking forward to that! And besides, if LeAnn was the one behind it (cough), she was only doing it because she just needed some way to channel all of that social-media energy. For some reason, she feels like she can’t really go all out on her Twitter anymore. Probably because people would call her out. Which brings me back to my point: STOP TROLLING THEM. It ruins the fun. Just let them do their thing and we can laugh from a distance.
Also funny? LeAnn did take to her Twitter and she wrote this yesterday: “Eddie doesn’t have an Instagram nor tweet so there.” Is that an admission that SHE was the one running his Instagram? Or is it just a flat denial that they were running that Instagram account? In which case… WTF was up with that last Instagram message in which “Eddie” makes reference to HIS “wife and kids”?
Last thing – “Eddie” posted this photo with the caption “drinking and instagramming whattttt my new book title”. Oh, yeah. That’s such a burn.

I say this as a web designer and font nerd 🙂 We had one guy at our company, build a site. Before it got checked over, the client got hold of it, and changed alllll of the text to wingdings. So of course, that’s still a big joke around here 🙂

Isa, for the native iphone Notes app, the font settings are just in the general settings section of the phone.

I really really agree that this is all Leanne. I wonder if Eddie even knew he (“he”) had an Instagram at all? This is getting more and more crazy. I am not a Leanne fan, but I’m worried about her, we may read a sad headline about her before too long because she is very unstable.
It’s nice to hear that someone is actually concerned for her, because she’s so obviously insecure that it seems that people are way way too harsh. On “Eddie’s” Instagram there were the meanest comments, wow I wouldn’t want to read that every day. People are incredibly mean!
I feel a bit sorry for her as well… though I really don’t like her. It seems like a nasty cycle, the more insecure she gets (posting more photos and stupid comments), the meaner people get…. which obviously makes her feel worse, yet she can’t stop herself from posting more crap, which only results in even nastier comments. She really needs help 🙁
She needs to step away from the electronics. All of them. Right up to and including listening to the radio. If I can see how much more fun and stability she would have in her life, why can’t she? Why doesn’t her ditchpig husband do something, anything, for the woman he professes to love. Another so-called man who thinks saying I love you means he need not put any effort into the relationship. I have said on posts before that I think Leann can resurrect or at least have some semblance of a career again. All she needs to do is get some mental health help, go back to being a country/western singer (no more pop, that just isn’t her – she needs to go back to old-school style country), and DUMP Eddiot. Unfortunately, I don’t think she’ll do the last thing, the one thing she most needs.
I’ll confess that I have checked out “Eddie’s” instagram, but I did not leave comments. I once left a comment on Kim Kardashian’s instagram (I said she was a terrible person for killing her cat) and then was attacked by her “fans”. Never again, thank you very much. I’ve learned my lesson. Post your thoughts on message boards like Celebitchy, but do not attack or criticize the celebrity directly. It doesn’t work.
Why on earth do you feel sorry for her? If you don’t want the backlash of being a manwhore and a husband stealer then DON’T PUT YOUR BUSINESS OUT THERE. Simple as that. Tweeting every hiccup and fart and posting “we really really really really love each other” pictures and captions is just asking for trouble. Especially with these assholes. As much as I am entertained by this psychological train-wreck, I don’t agree with trolling her either. I get disturbed by some of the vitrol directed towards LeAnn as well. She deserves all the backlash she gets for being an inappropriate, bullying, hypocritical, bunny-boiling psycho…..but the stuff about her body and looks is completely uncalled for. I’m sure she knows she’s not exactly winning a spot in Maxim Hot 100 anytime soon, lol. But constantly pointing out how much hotter Brandi is sending out the wrong message to her and to impressionable women/girls everywhere. The reason the public dislikes her so much is because of her horrible personality and narcissism; the fact that she’s unfortunate-looking has nothing to do with that and shouldn’t be brought up in argument. Maybe that’s why she’s so obsessed with morphing into Brandi, because she can’t accept that people don’t like her personality and is unwilling to change it. Maybe that’s also why she refuses to delete her Twitter.

Idk if he’d be able to get his career back, but I suspect that when he & Leann break up, she’ll put her usual PR spin on it. Then again, I don’t know if LeAnn would survive the break-up with any kind of sanity and I think more stories about his behind the scenes manipulation would come out. Coupled with revelations coming out in Brandi’s book about what a complete (and probably cruel) jackass he is, I would hope the combo would make it impossible for him to ever ‘recover’ any type of professional reputation.

Eddie’s biggest flaw is that he has no backbone. It’s not so much what he does as what he DOESN’T do. It’s harder to mock a void of nothing. No one here is denying he’s a jerk. But you can only say the same thing so many times.
On the other hand Leann just makes it so easy. Leann gives us new things to talk about regularly and they’re really funny things.
Its easier to focus on her because she is so clueless…if she did have a clue she’d be worried about more important things than proving shes happy. She’d be singing!

Exactly Erinn/ Amelia, there is some hypocrisy there with regards to the bullying. Some people have entire twitter accounts solely for replying to each other and defending one, and disparaging the other. I have a long commute some days and I love reading the posts on this triangle but I think that there are a few who are *too* involved like actively. I look at the whole thing like a trainwreck, I just can’t look away. But never in a million year would I go online and taunt the other side. I think that’s crazy. It’s just fun gossip. Lets read it and take it for what it’s worth without getting involved.
Totally, I laughed and enjoyed kaiser’s posts. I looked at all the links that the hilarious commenters posted here, but I didn’t feel the need to make an account to ridicule them. In fact, I’m completely monogomous with Celebitchy in my commenting. I’m a one website commenter type of gal. 😉
I agree that it is prob not too many CB gals, although Cb posters tend to be fairly witty versus vicious. There are such weird and bully cyber stalkers out there, and sites like TMZ get that sort, but CB seems to weed out many of them (which is why I read!). Example: I looked at Brandi’s public Facebook, and people are insane. They post the most vile comments. It is really shocking. At least the Instagram comments that I saw were a bit more amusing and less bully/crazy/angry…which is weird b/c FB is not even anonymous!
The thing is, you can’t generalize about any of it. There’s people here, like me, who comment on the gossip sites, but never tweet or write to these people personally. Then you’ve got people who comment here, and might talk about it on Twitter, but not @ her or very rarely do. Then you’ve got people here who might, for all we know, be part of the crew who @ her constantly. It seems to me like a lot of those are not the original people who came to B’s defense when LR and her crew were going hard at Brandi years ago, but are part of some new wave crew that just hate her, and also like Brandi. Or, just hate LR from all the overexposure, and don’t give two cents about Brandi. She has a lot of people who dislike her – the amount of hatred she gets on Twitter is pretty over-the-top. And not all Brandi-related. Though, it’s not that different from what Kim K. and Lindsay get – ever take a look at their mentions?
I personally have stated several times on here that the new wave of Twitter haters who just hate her, or, lumped in with those fighting against the lawsuit, can step over into doing the same things everyone got mad at Leann’s minions for. You can’t really blanket generalize everyone on this board and call us all bullies, or imply we’re all part of the people who tweet her all day long, or say that we’re all condoning what goes on, on Twitter. Just like you can’t hold Brandi responsible for all the people who hate Leann and tell her so.
I agree, the Celebitchy comment sections are pretty much the only ones on the internet I can read without losing the will to live.

If “he” was actually running that page, “he” had to know that it wasn’t going to draw 100% favorable comments. And I don’t remember seeing any (-) comments on the pics with the boys or his parents. All of those pics of him and LeAnn were posted to get a reaction.
Those pictures look like a couple that hasn’t been together that long. The married couples or long-time couples I know that are secure and comfortable with each other are not clinging together for dear life in photos. They are still trying to prove that they are meant to be. It’s so awkward. Especially that getting low pic where the ppl in the background are just standing there.

Can’t you see that? (If Brandi sees the picture) “Look hon, your ex is dancing with me now. Jealous?”. I can see Leann doing this, for her mentality is that if a Junior High School student. This whole thing makes me sick to my stomach. Brandi’s book is going to make for good reading-no doubt. I hope she comes out on top, makes a ton of mney and gets on with her life—leaving these two losers in the dust.

I am not sure what ti think on the instagram account. I don’t use social media because frankly it bores me, i spend enough time playing on my phone without it. Doesn’t mean i don’t understand it (a friend last week felt the need to tell me that you can also read ebooks on the kindle app you don’t have to buy an actual kindle) i just don’t want to use it.
But my biggest issue with this whole discussion is that there seems to be a real generalization on those who support these boards. I was really pleased kaiser when you stated that if this story is not you forte to move on and completely understand the anti-trolling stance. But i also feel like there is some misplaced anger and generalization from commenters who don’t care for Brandi to those who support her or are just RHWBH fan or who just aren’t looking to bash her. There is a difference between the two.
My interest in this saga us because i used to be a country music fan about the time LeAnn started to rise. I then worked at a country music station and even though i was no longer a fan of the genre i still kept some tabs on my favorites. Then after hearing what slore Brandi was on RH i started watching again after my induced Taylor sabbatical. I’ve had instagram for ages. I just use it to put a simple filter on my on the go pictures and use it to upload to FB.
There are many people who actually use it for photo stuff not as a social tool. Those captions Meanne used are laughable. I don’t know anyone who does such juvenile crap.
Leann isn’t a functional user of social media, she a slave to it, it defines her world.
Had mine forever, but never really knew what to use it for. Hubs set one up for himself and of the 54 pictures he has, only 3 are of me….caption on one of them is “MY FLOWER GIRL “cause yep, I’m standing by some flowers. Every other pic is a variation of his favorite surf spot, boards, etc., one with baby daughter “sushi night with my daughter.” Now this is a man that loves and cherishes his girls all day, every day, but doesn’t feel the need to Awwww, LOL, !!!!!!!!!, ETC on every picture with me glued to his ass. A dude did NOT make that IG account, at least not while his balls were nearby! How humiliating for EC if LR put that mess together. How humiliating that I finally sunk low enough to comment on a post of theirs………

You can love your husband, lust after him, think he’s a god, feel blessed to have him in your life, feel proud of having a healthy fit body, sing, be proud of having a great voice, love your stepsons, have a lot of money and spend it and enjoy having and spending the money. Absolutely you can do all these things, all day long, all year long, all your whole life.
But please, stop advertising all of this on social media so that you can brag about it. No one likes or accepts that behavior in their friends and family, so how can you possibly expect people to accept it without comment from you? Seriously, it is simple common sense. People are not making fun of you because you don’t deserve it. People, as they have since time immemorial, do not like boasters or braggarts. I’m on the fence. Thought it was probably a fan doing it, but then someone pointed out that Leann also appears to have a public Instagram account. It’s started around the same time as the Eddie one, and with the same comments that she makes on her photos on Twitter, and responding to comments with “I love you”, like she does on Twitter. Hmmmm….another fan doing both? Sooooo weird. (but terribly amusing!)

I posted this yesterday, but I propose a new theory on where the Instagram account originated- the obviously inept PR firm that shows up every Monday at her house. The thought was to raise Eddiot’s positive profile. So old twitter photos, with the flack providing the captions. That photo of them dancing has been on Meann’s feed for years, no way a buddy just e-mailed Eddie with it! Unexpected backlash, that was freaking hilarious! Flack thrown under the bus, which is SOP with Leann.
Some of us here don’t even engage these losers, we just point and laugh.
My favorite part is that this decision was made “after much careful thinking.” Like they’re announcing a tragedy.

The pictures are old, especially the dancing photo taken at her friend’s wedding. These photos have been around and previously posted on Leann’s twitter. He looks awful in all of them. Puffy eyes, washed out complexion, thinning hair, and an overall rumpled look like he sleeps in his clothes and doesn’t wash. He always had a foundation of good looks, but now he looks like the victim of some sort of erosion. Living with/being married to Brandi for a total of 13 years did not affect him the way a few years with Leann did. It’s like “The Picture of Dorian Gray” in reverse.
I really don’t understand trolling… I read Celebitchy daily but only actually comment once a week and definitely wouldn’t comment on a celebrity’s photos in the hopes of a reply or simply to hurt someone.
As far as all these Eddie and LeAnn photos go… I’ve always felt that the more showy a couple is on social media the less solid their relationship is IRL. This doesn’t just apply to celebrities, people on FB who constantly write on their significant other’s wall and tag them in their status about ‘best boyfriend ever’ fail to convince me they are meant to be. Of course he has a twitter, everyone knows this, everyone suspects she runs it, bc people say that blocks from her account happen at the same time as blocks from his. I agree with you and actually wrote it on the original post. Trolls wouldn’t block people because they love attention. The comments sound a lot like Leann, who also runs his Twitter. She was trying to convince people that it was him because she put “daddy” first and “husband” last because she knew putting husband first would be a dead giveaway, not that you couldn’t tell anyway. The constant choices of photos of him and Leann. I think he blew up and made her take it down, which it what I said in the original post. She is really in bad territory. And I would like to say that I do not comment on her physical appearance (even though she’s famous for making ugly comments about others’ appearances) nor do I read about her anywhere but here because I like the intelligence of the commenters. I think Brandi should’ve focused largely on what Leann tries to do to her as a mother, because that’s a huge part of what people relate to her as.

This post kind of confirms my thoughts. * The instagram was never Eddie or Leann anyway, just a crazy fan. Because there were never any new pictures, only old ones from Leann’s twitter. The wording was weird and out of character of both.
* Brandi is over Eddie and doesn’t care. She is only doing the book and the bitchy commments in order to sell the book to get money. She needs money because Eddie isn’t giving it to her and she doesn’t have that many skills to get a proper job.
* Leann does have a problem. The copying Brandi’s style and engaging in all those trolls, not good. She should just go away for two years and then come out with a killer album, because she can sing.
* Eddie is the biggest sob here. He should stop Leann from engaging, pay child support and be faithfull for once.

Oh, the mystery of the Instagram account. Personally, I think if it had been trolls, it would have been taken down immediately upon discovery. No note, no three-hours-till-I-leave stuff. The remaining questions are, did the alleged owner (“E”) know about the account from the start? Did he encourage it? If he really hates social media and reportedly tried to discourage his wife from engaging in it so much, then maybe the answers to both questions are “no”. Regardless, the middle finger photo and caption, plus the no-lifers/losers/ haters references were not exactly career or image builders, in my opinion.
Kaiser, it’s sounds like you have allergies, I hear they can give you a needle in the nose for that. It might be flu coming on, if so I recommend sushi and the beach!

I doubt many of us on celebitchy feel the need to comment or troll Leann. We are quite happy posting here, especially with the level of comedy writing displayed. It makes sense that Leann set up the page. The writing sounded just like her, esp. all the excessive punctuation. The most interesting thing about it was that ‘Eddie’ felt the need to respond several times to comments made about Leann’s looks. ‘Eddie’ would get into back and forth insults with these commenters i.e. “You don’t look so good yourself in that photo” etc. That’s when I knew it was Leann. I believe Leann is the troll. She spends all day on sites that mention her, especially her planted stories. She actively argues with the posters who don’t like her. She’s done it on twitter and x17 and Just Jared, and now Radar. All of these sites have a poster who obsessively argues with the “haterz” telling them to “get a life” and “shut up” and “move on”. It’s the same twisted narcissistic pattern of behavior as the stalking of Brandi, and the stalking and intimidation and suing of Kim Smiley. Leann sets up a page and then spends all day arguing on it. It would be interesting to see a trace of this account and screen shots. I think it makes the Smiley’s case for a “pattern of menacting and intimidating behavior” from a social media obsessed former child star who is desperately trying to bully her way back into the spotlight.

I’ve been following this story on celebitchy forever, but all the Instagram craziness yesterday finally convinced me to go check out Leann’s twitter. That woman needs a publicist. Badly. It was like reading a high-school feed, not a 30-something married CRLEBRITY’S feed. She engages with randoms in the most petty and immature way – it’s shocking. All she has to do is ignore the “bullies” and this thing will die down. She feeds the fire responding to people and name-calling, etc. The opposite of a professional.

First comment everrr to say Eddie probably really is a narcissist. When someon with NPD loses a person/possession they highly value (called their narcissistic supply) they freak out and become obsessed with punishing the person who finally got away. If he was just some guy who couldn’t keep it in his pants, you’d think he would feel more remorse and be more supportive of his ex wife and mother of his children. I’m sure falcor has some kind of personality disorder too- sounds like they found the perfect match in personality disorder heaven! Ha, psychoanalyzing this dollar tree version of brangelina is such trashy fun!
The first time I ever saw Brandi, the first thing I noticed about her was that her face seemed unnatural, starting with her cheeks, but I was really shocked when I saw the “before” pix of her because the “after” bears no resemblance to what she looked like originally and she was more beautiful “before” imo.
The “…so there” comment — and oh so much of the rest of it, including the birthday cake (shudder) — reminds me of the story arc on Arrested Development with Charlize Theron as the hot chick with the mind of a child.
Ultimately Michael Bluth is highly disturbed by her emotional age and decides he could not possibly take advantage of her mental handicap and have sex with her.
Eddie should do some serious soul-searching.

I see today that Leann is arguing with Perez Hilton and others on twitter. Another day another battle for Leann.
It just keeps going and going. The Instagram account was really funny. The types of photos, the non-masculine (downright silly) captions, the countdown Comic Sans note…
Then again, I find similar over-the-top social media attempts by everyday folks to be equally comedic (and a bit sad). Usually, when people go to such lengths to “prove” happiness, greatness, etc., it usually masks a very different reality.
I found the comments funny, not outright mean, snarky, yes, but not terrible. Anyone public should expect backlash. Sometimes it is OK to erase mean comments, but I think taking the high road of ignoring is the best, preferably letting someone handle the account and not engage with the repliers, or just delete the account if you cannot handle it.
The account by “eddie” and the twitter by leann were/are so juvenile, it is hard to believe they are both over 30. I do think the “eddie” account was somehow related to them, and most comments were posted prior to the debacle here in CB, posting the link. The comments were a few days old… Miss the poster “goober” or something like that, LOL!
Oh yes, “demented goober” … And “eddie” appeared to be firing back at some of the comments. I remember one “eddie” reply went something like, “Thanks. How’s business on your street corner?” The last photo posted was of Eddie and his pretty blonde co-star, which I noticed a “better watch out” comment or two. Shortly after that, the leaving in three hours note was posted.
The account had been up nearly two weeks. It’s too easy to set up Google alerts to notify when something surfaces online. I would think any well-known person or their publicist would use that simple tool to stay on top of things.
Gossip Cop has a story that has Ediot denying the account is his and calling it “unauthorized.” No word on who the “unauthorized” creator of the account is!

I really hope a grown ass man with kids isn’t writing about “haters”, but nothing in this saga is shocking any more.
I suspect Eddie does nothing to stop Leann’s crazy behaviour because he will be one day getting a huge payout from her because of what he has had to put up with (claiming he had no idea she was mentally unstable) and if she doesn’t pay out will use all the evidence he is probably gathering each and every day to bring his case to the courts to get what he considers a fair settlement.
Agree. This marriage may last for years, but I suspect he’ll quickly bail out in the next few months. If her album doesn’t fare well, it will likely get even more outrageous, thus giving him another excuse to exit.
