For months, the Uncool Bermuda Quadrangle has been in a holding pattern. Some believe Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux didn’t want to solidify their wedding plans until they saw what Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had planned. Some say that Brangelina should have married months ago, or that they might have gotten married over the holidays. Some say that Jennifer doesn’t pay any attention to her ex-husband and that Brad couldn’t care less that his ex is engaged as well. Hahahahaha.
Anyway, there’s a story circulating about JustJen’s wedding, and I think it has some possibilities. Could Jennifer and Justin be planning something for early March?
Jennifer Aniston and her fiancé Justin Theroux could get married soon after the Academy Awards. The actress is said to busy with preparations for her and her fiancé Justin Theroux’s upcoming wedding. There has been intense speculation about the date and venue for the nuptials, but it appears the ceremony could take place soon, after wedding bands were reportedly delivered to the actress’ Los Angeles mansion.
Sources close to the 43-year-old star claim she wants to keep the wedding details a secret so she and Justin can enjoy privacy on their special day.
“Jennifer is trying to keep the wedding date a secret, but it’ll probably be in the week or two after the Oscars, at the end of the month,” a source told British magazine Closer. “She wants a low-key do, but pals like her ex-Friends co-stars Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry will attend.”
It is believed that Courteney will be Jennifer’s maid of honour, while her daughter Coco – who is Jennifer’s goddaughter – will be a flower girl.
Justin has apparently asked his close friend Ben Stiller to be a witness at the nuptials.
It’s thought Jennifer and Justin will invite around 50 people to their wedding. Their closest friends and family will be there, with the pair determined to make it an event to remember.
Earlier this month it was reported Jennifer and Justin had signed up to an intensive three-day marriage boot camp in Santa Monica.
The course allows couples to vent any concerns they have before they walk down the aisle.
After completing the sessions, it was claimed that Justin and Jennifer felt ready to tackle anything “married life throws at them”.
Reasons why this is probably BS: the origin seems to be Closer, which is a really trashy UK tabloid. Also, Jennifer is currently working in Connecticut while Justin lives it up in Manhattan. Now, this report doesn’t specify WHERE JustJen will marry, so there’s the possibility that they could try for a New York wedding. But I don’t really see that. If it’s going to be a “destination wedding,” it would be on some beach, probably in Mexico. But I still think it will be in LA or somewhere LA-adjacent. That’s Jennifer’s comfort zone. And I just don’t see how she could be planning an LA wedding while she’s in Connecticut.

JA is totally “in” with the powers that be who rule hollywood. It is a singular group and they hold the reins–on everything–she gets roles solely because of this reason.
Jennifer Aniston is offered so many roles because she is considered by many in the industry to be a consummate professional.
One reason she is still so well liked and connected is because she is known as a “Team Player” who will do whatever it takes to consistently bring films in on time and under budget. She can then be relied upon to tirelessly promote the project.

She has been asked to present at the Oscars. She & Justin are also on the board that sponsors the parties or promotions. I can’t remember. This is the first year, in a while, that Jolie & Pitt are strangely absent from that board. I think Justin will accompany her at the award show.

This woman is painfully boring. It is eight, nine years since that fab chaos of Brangelina. Honestly, who cares if they get married? This news is so anticlimactic, I just can’t with these two. Maybe Lainey has just made me too cynical to care. Hmm.
I think she is due to complete filming on 03/08. I don’t think anybody has a clue as of yet to wedding details except for Jen & Justin. They are being super stealth. I do hope they marry soon though. Jen looks great in these pics.

Since I will not be invited to the wedding I don’t give a hoot when or even if they get married. If they do get married well then good for them, if they don’t they don’t.
I don’t understand why her wedding would be such a huge thing, media-wise. She’s not the superstar she was years ago and she’s pretty boring so why is she still on the radar? I guess bc she’s a star means she will always be on the radar but she seems irrevelent… Unless she is the one who wants to stay in the spotlight and works hard to keep herself in the news?

I doubt its a huge thing, her engagement didn’t even trend anywhere. People talked about it for a day or two and moved on.

Her life is like a soap opera and I keep watching to see what’s next, will she marry, have her heart broken again, or what? I’m not tired of reports of her, I want to her how the story really ends.

Her body is insanely fabulous, however her face is NOT that of a 43 year old. The two don’t match and it’s sort of odd. This is with all the facial rejuvenation money can buy. Apparently, sun and smoking do an even bigger number on a person than already thought to be true.
She’s not going to get married until she finds out when Brad and Angie are going to then she will try for the same weekend. If he manages to hang in there long enough.

The 3 Day Intensive Marriage Boot Camp sounds credible since Jennifer insisted that they both participate in Couples Therapy early on in their relationship.
I admit I can’t grasp the purpose of this wedding camp.
How has humanity managed without it in the past?
And will attendance ensure that the marriage will be a solid one?
Wedding Camp sounds as if it is geared toward engaged couples who still have reservations about marriage and experience difficulty communicating with each other one-on-one.
Seems like it might make for an interesting Reality Show.
On the surface it sounds like a sensible idea. But if I have such reservations as to need counseling the question is “Am I not compromizing on smth. so important to me I’d not feel happy in a long term?”
If there’s a flowing comunication you’d know in some months what you can live with and your partner can deal with too. And you can decide- will I, do I want to?
In my line of thought such camp is like a lubricant for unbending partners, who are unbended on getting married too.
Not so unusual. Many religious organizations require a type of Pre Cana Course prior to marriage. I had to do it against my will. LOL It was considered a preparation to enter into marriage with as much forethought & knowledge as possible. I know that this boot-camp training is not obligatory but it sounds like a fun lead-up to marriage –if that’s the kind of thing you’re into.

This isn’t Jen’s first Rodeo. She’s been married before, so where’s the mystery? Why does she need ‘so’ much reassurance after decades of therapy?
My personal opinion … couples who have to go to a third party or some place ‘secure’ in order to say what they want/need to say to their intended life-partner probably shouldn’t be together.

Why would the Oscars determine when she was getting married? I don’t understand. Neither she nor Justin are up for any awards. In fact, if she really wanted a private ceremony she would do it around the same time. That way with all the media spotlight on the awards she would be left alone to do her own thing. Right?
Regardless of their intent and even if they eloped they’d still be perceived as “stealing thunder” from the awards ceremony.
That’s almost as silly as Lainey stating Justin Timberlake was stealing the thunder from the Golden Globes when he announced a new album in 6 years. I didn’t get, does Justin matter anymore? or enough that the Golden Globes would be a second thought after Justin.
