Oh, I dunno--he could always steal from the sequel to Infernal Affairs and not credit that, just as he did The Departed. And the prequel, too. Then he might win an Oscar for his nearly scene-by-scene (by all accounts, as I refuse to watch Scorsese's version until he acknowledges that Infernal Affairs was more than a passing inspiration) rehashings of all the whole Infernal Affairs franchise. What originality! What brilliance!
