I do think she's rarely talented and will have an amazing career whether or not she sticks to her ideals or not. She's the real deal, and in each generation there are only a handful of talent that can and do stand the test of time and she's one of them. Has she been one of these looks-obsessed starlets, she would have already done a nosejob, implants, lipo or tuck, something to open up the eyes a bit more and who knows what else. And this is exactly what she is saying. That if one is insecure and obsessed with looks one will always find a slew of cosmetic procedures to further fuel her/his insecurity. This "little something to match what is inside" - is going under the knife to conform to ideals that someone else invented to keep the plastic surgery industry going. I guess anyone who isn't should just suffer along with whatever it is they hate, lest they be considered shallow by her.
