I know some of y’all really dislike Brandi Glanville, but don’t you have to give her some credit for being… what’s the word? “Mouthy”. She’s a mouthy broad, and I mean that as a compliment. I’d rather sit with someone who will talk s—t about every person in the room as opposed to someone who will just sit there and never say one “bad” thing. Now, does Brandi’s mouth get in her trouble? Yeah. And God knows, she needs a better filter. But not today! Brandi appeared on Watch What Happens Live last night, and when asked about LeAnn Rimes, Brandi steered the conversation over to her hate-on for Chelsea Handler. It was awesome.
New feud alert: Chelsea Handler and Brandi Glanville. Brandi, appearing on Watch What Happens Live Monday night, shot back at the snarky comic’s recent jabs against the Real Housewives franchise.
“She sucked on your show,” Brandi said of Chelsea’s appearance on the Bravo chat show last week. “She was horrible. She wasn’t funny, it was completely awkward.”
As for the negative comments about the Housewives — Chelsea said the franchise is “sick,” and she avoids booking the reality stars on her show — Brandi said simply, “Chelsea, suck it!”
The outspoken ex of Eddie Cibrian said Chelsea “hates her” because they share many of the same connections.
“We know each other,” Brandi said. “We have the same gaygent, and I made out with her lesbian and her assistant and her brother!”
I think Brandi’s criticism of Chelsea is completely fair – Chelsea IS awkward, and I’m always amazed at how terrible she is on television considering she HOSTS a TV show. Like, her timing is always off, she’s not half as funny as she thinks she is, and she just seems nasty and drunk (or something else). And Chelsea claims she doesn’t book reality stars on her show? Who is she kidding?
Honestly, I hope Chelsea responds to Brandi. I hope this becomes the next great C-lister war. The LeAnn thing is played out! I want Brandi and Chelsea to spend the next few months taking each other down.

Not quite. She has had the Kardashians on her show, but it was years ago and it was pretty awkward. She has talked many times on air that they, the Kardashians, call up E! and complain when she makes fun of them and they get butthurt. However, she has recently stated that she is trying to smooth things over with the K clan and doesn’t rail on them as much anymore. Can you tell I watch CL? It’s my background show as I do chores.

Truth be told, I enjoyed her panelists back in the day and loved it when she let the one gay guy host when she was too hungover to do it. He’s really funny. I tried to like her because I want there to be more funny women with their own shows. Just not worth it to me.

I had the same reaction watching Chelsea on WWHL…she was awkward and incredibly mean to Andy and Rick Shroeder. At one point, Rick gives her a candle gift his wife made and Chelsea sneers…”I don’t like candles.” And gives it back. It’s like, shut your mouth and be polite!

Hey Talie, thanks for mentioning how vile Chelsea was to Rick on that show. She was horrible, and he showed so much grace and humor. My guess is that Chelsea thought she was too big of a star to be on the show with him, but he’s far more talented than she is, and has accomplished more overall in his life, too.
I also sort of got the vibe that she might be envious of Andy Cohen and the success of WWHL. Though he doesn’t get top guests on his show every night, he does manage to score some good, top stars on a regular basis, and he gets them to be good sports. I think Chelsea’s aim was to be a one-woman explosion of dourness to counteract any fun that might break out. She really sucked, and seemed completely humorless and stuck up. When Naomi Campbell comes off warmer, sweeter, and more fun than you do, it’s time to re-evaluate.
My mom said Chelsea was also a pill on Katie Couric’s show. Katie showed a clip from Chelsea’s show where she referred to Katie as being old enough to be her mom. Really wish Katie would have said, “But it’s funny, because most people would think we were the same age, visually!”

It suddenly occured to me that I want to see Brandi and Leann on Chelsea’s show at the same time. I don’t watch Chelsea Handler, but I’d make an exception for that. I’ve never seen Brandi’s show, but just based on all the back and forth between her and Brandi reported on this blog, it seems like an entertaining trainwreck idea.
They almost look like twins–two much tweaking, harsh, dyed blonde hair and basically self centered , nasty bitches. I have never seen either of their shows, not appealing at all, but the internet is a great place to read up on folks.
HOWEVER, if I had to chose one, it would be glanville, based on the whole crazy internet stuff she does. Handler is just nasty to make her name. Without the Jolie hate, would anyone have reported on the interview? So, go for it glanville, bring on your best bitchy self and have at it–handler deserves it all!

Chelsea Handler had Katie Price on her show! All Brandi has to do is invite Chelsea to a party and they’ll be BFF’s. Aniston, Paltrow, Theron, Diaz and Witherspoon all figured that out. When I first started watching The Chelsea handler show, I liked it. She was funny. But she has not been funny in a very long time, and her criticism of La Jolie is getting old and ridiculous. Oh, whatever simpathy I had for Jennifer Aniston, I no longer have due to her association with Chelsea. They both come off as vapid women.
Me too, i thought she was hilarious and fresh but the more i thought about it she really has very little on screen time alone. The rest is filled with her panel which she works off of for comedy bits and the brief interviews. I haven’t watched E in years mostly because they insist on making THAT family happen, for that very reason alone she cannot act like E! is SO above Bravo.

I thought Chelsea was awful on WWHL and I didn’t realize on the second part she dissed the RH shows, so Brandi was spot on to go off on her. I don’t find Chelsea funny in interviews at all or standup. But I think she is great on her own TV show doing interviews. I enjoy her show and that’s where her talent lies. Her interviews are usually fun and different from the likes of Leno and Letterman, more irreverent.
I also am glad she doesn’t put the Real Housewives on her show, truthfully. I could care less about seeing them on latenight shows, except WWHL where it works because it is Andy Cohen’s show and is loosely based around the reality shows on Bravo. But I really don’t want to see them on Letterman or Jimmy Fallon. I have no interest. I would be sick of them.

She’s a reality star (not a Hollywood star) who gets famous for acting badly weekly on reality TV to enable them to stay on next season. Someone who is an actor and wants their career known for their acting, their body of work, has no desire to be speaking the truth about other people or relationships and becoming a “personality” rather than an “actor.” Thank God, Liam Neeson isn’t dishing on co-stars. Interveiwers in Hollywood depend on getting guests, so they aren’t going to be dishing on who is awful.
You are confusing two different animals, people with a craft who want to build their career based on that and people on a reality show trying to capitalize on their 15 minutes to bank some money or parlay it into something else to make money businesswise.

Dap- it’s a joke. Brandi makes those types of jokes all the time. Some people don’t get her humour at all, take what she says seriously and call her a whore. Mmmmmmmm I would say that says more about them than Brandi. Personally I think it’s so mysogynistic to call another woman a whore even if they ARE technically a whore ie prostitutes. It’s that sort of judgy attitude that maintains the societal norms that allow women to be stoned for the slightest infractions in countries that remain 13th century in their attitudes.

I like Chelsea, Ive read all her books. I like Brandi, I read her book as well. I have to agree with Brandi here, Chelsea is hilarious but has been disappointing, rude and awkward on every talk show ive seen her on (WWHL, Kathy, even on Whitney’s show). It surprises me because Chelsea hosts her own show and I normally find her deliciously snarky. I dont know if this will become a feud, Chelsea has bigger fish to fry (Angelina).
I used to LOVE Chelsea-read all her books too. Funniest books I’ve ever read! Then I saw her comedy live a few years back and she was so wasted she couldn’t even finish a sentence. What she did get out wasn’t funny. It was like crickets in there and a lot of people left. She lost me as a fan then.

Most women put high heels not to be taller but because they feel more feminine with high heels, just like they feel more feminine with longer hair. Tall women are no different than petite women. They like the same object of feminity, skirt, high heels, lingerie, ect…
As for men, from my experience, most of them love a woman with high heels, wether she is short, petite, heavyweight, skinny, tall or whatever.
Most men will tell you that high heels on a woman beautify even more the leg as it elongates it while giving that specific feminine walk, making the hips moving.
Usually in high heels, they will say i look statuesque and more feminine…and not just men compliment me, women as well.
I have dated men shorter than myself with or without high heels. Most were the typical distinguished business guy type. All of them, even the shorter ones prefered me with high heels and a skirt on than with flat shoes and jeans….they say they like the feminine type more in a woman and that a real man doesn’t feel diminished by a woman’s height and feel proud to be with a taller woman who doesn’t feel embarrassed by her height or who doesn’t feel she needs to relinquish one of the main object of feminity, her heels to be at their side.
Since i live in Brussels, i am around many flemish girls who are very tall, just like their long lost cousins, dutch people, so i am around tall guys too anyway, not mention the Germans who are not very far…
My mother dated my father when she was 18 and was 5’9″. My father was 23 and 5’11”. She told me that at that time (in the 60’s) she was skinny and tall and ashamed of her height…she loves highs heels to death but was afraid of putting them to be even taller and used to put on ballerina like flats instead. She told me that it was my father who told her that she was stupid to do so and bought her her first high heels stilletoes. He told her that a woman should feel good in her skin and put high heels if she wants to whatever her height because men actually DO love a woman in high heels because it oozes so much feminity and therefore is super attractive to them.
