Lindsay Lohan went out to a club after she took a plea deal. Of course.

I’m still playing catch-up on the multitude of post-court Lindsay Lohan stories, so I apologize for not covering everything as it comes in, but truly, if we did that, we’d have like 10 Lohan posts a day. Here’s an interesting story which I’m not sure I believe: Lindsay allegedly wanted the rehab deal because she did not want to go to jail OR do house arrest with an ankle monitor. Lindsay didn’t choose rehab because she thinks she has a substance abuse problem, according to TMZ’s “sources” (who all have the last name “Lohan”). Apparently, Lindsay “chose” rehab because “it will allow her to focus on herself without any distractions.” Bitch, what have been doing all this time?!

Hilariously enough (if you laugh when you see Lady Justice being molested by a crackhead), just a few hours after her court appearance was over, Lindsay headed out to a club, of course. She had someone drive her to AV Nightclub while she hid in the backseat, covered with a blanket. But Lindsay didn’t even enter the club because there were too many photographers around.

Lindsay Lohan isn’t going to let a little thing like rehab keep her away from the Hollywood party scene!

The 26-year-old actress could barely keep her eyes open in court on Monday morning after missing her red-eye flight from New York and hopping on billionaire pal Mr. Pink‘s private jet to arrive 48 minutes late to her 8:30 a.m. court hearing in Los Angeles — where she struck a last-minute plea deal and was sentenced to 90 days inpatient rehab treatment — but she hit up Hollywood’s AV Nightclub that same night.

Arriving in the backseat of Mr. Pink’s Escalade, Lindsay was wearing a black leather jacket but tried to hide by laying down and covering her head with a blanket.

Not a fan of the unwanted attention, Lindsay never got out of the car and after 15 minutes of the paparazzi snapping photos the Escalade backed out of the alley and the Mean Girls star never made it into the club.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported on Monday, Lindsay refused a 30-day house arrest deal because she didn’t want to wear a drug and alcohol monitoring SCRAM bracelet.

“Judge Dabney offered the possibility of a 30 day house arrest sentence but insisted that as part of the deal Lindsay would have to wear a SCRAM bracelet which detects any consumption of alcohol or drugs,” a source close to the situation told Radar.

“Prosecutors were absolutely stunned Lohan turned down the offer, and chose instead to go to a lock down rehab for 90 days!”

And even though Lindsay is to serve 90 days in rehab, this might not be the last time we see her out partying at the clubs because she’s got until May 2 to prove she’s enrolled in a treatment center.

[From Radar]

See, Lindsay doesn’t count that as clubbing, so in her mind, she’s a perfect angel. I mean, sure, she actually made a conscious decision to go out clubbing the same day that she pleaded no contest to lying to the police and a judge ordered her to lock-down rehab, and she actually got in the car and made an effort to “hide” from the paps, but she didn’t even have a drink! IT DID NOT COUNT. Unless you’re counting all the pre-partying she did before she even left the house. Unless you count the backseat flask. Unless you count the bump she did under the blanket.

Also – Fox News’ source claims that “Up until last week there was no way she was taking a plea deal, there was no way she was going to go back to rehab… It’s amazing that she came around.” The source says Lohan is in “full denial” about staying in rehab for a full three months and that “She doesn’t care… It isn’t that she is stupid. She just doesn’t get it.” Lohan already went in for booking & got released, of course. Here’s her latest mug shot:

If you want to see the video of Lindsay saying “OMG, I’ll kill you” to Mark Heller, go here. It’s pretty amazing.

I now have a full set of Crackie mug shot shot glasses!
Of course that was Crackie under the blanket…who else would have to hide like that. LOL!
Also….”OMG, I’ll kill you” is just an every day greeting for Lilo, she says it to her dealer all the time.

    • ScrewStewrat99 says:

That’s awesome!! I want crackie shot glasses!

Just curious: Do they photoshop mug shots? I feel like that’s the best her double chin and skin have looked in a good while. It’s freaking me out!

      • Chichai says:

I was thinking that too! It has to be photoshopped. You think she struck a deal with the jail to do photoshop?

    • The Reeeeel Macck says:

Ha! The Kracken looked better in her mug shot than she did in court.

    • mrs j says:

Got martini crackie glasses had them made by a friend.

  2. Rikki says:

She needs to be behind bars for at least a decade.

  3. BRE says:

If she really did refuse 30 day house arrest I wonder if it was because she doesn’t actually have a house in LA.

    • swack says:

I think it is because she would have to wear a scram bracelet and not be able to drink. How she thinks she is going to get drugs or alcohol in a locked-down facility is beyond me. Though I’m sure there will be some star-struck individual who will risk his/her job to bring it to her.

    • Bread and Circuses says:

It could be a whisper of self-awareness. She knows she couldn’t voluntarily refrain from pouring booze into herself.

Especially with her mom lying under the kitchen table doing shots off the bottom of the dog’s food dish. That would be a terrible temptation.

    • Tiffany :) says:

I read on TMZ that she might have to go to jail now! Apparently NY doesn’t have a lock down rehab program, and the agreement was for her to be on lock down. If it isn’t available, she might have to go to jail.

Taken with a grain of salt, of course. TMZ also said Lil Wayne was being read his last rites.

  4. Nanz says:

She also tweeted (according to TMZ) that she didn’t go to the club (‘that’s not me under the blanket!’). She stayed home and had sushi because she’s a homebody, y’all.

    • Shauna says:

Have you seen her twitter profile picture? Completely cracked out, per the usual.

      • Nanz says:

No. I’m afraid to look. But I need a good laugh, so I’ll have a glance AFTER I finish my coffee. No crackie pics before my morning coffee. 😉

  5. Kristen says:

Good for her. Let her enjoy the moment. I hope she will get all help she needs and then make huge comeback. Finger crossed.

    • marie says:

her “enjoying the moment” is what got her in all this mess to begin with, she should take the rehab seriously (yeah right) and then try to make a comeback-although I would prefer her to go away.

    • Kaye says:

“Enjoy the moment!?” What does that even mean? Girl broke the law, repeatedly. Cali courts are a joke and this entitled whiny “I didn’t do anything wrong” hot mess gets the last laugh. It’s absurd!

    • The Original Tiffany says:

Awww, obviously we have a new person here. That is so cute that you think the Cracken should enjoy her moment before the big, bad rehab comes up.

Even more twee that you think she is going to turn her life around. Kristen, we await your comment after steadily reading these stories for a few years.

Kristen-posting on a Cracken court date 2015? THIS BITCH-she should go to jail forever.

    • RK says:

What moment is she supposed to enjoy?? You normally hear that phrase when someone has achieved something prestigous… Lindsay looks like she’s descending fast.

    • Shelley says:

Does ‘enjoy the moment’ mean she should fully and whole heartedly enjoy running into the back of your car and killing you and your entire family?

    • Bread and Circuses says:

No. Under no circumstances should an alcoholic going to a bar provoke anyone to say, “Good for her.”

      Unless you want her dead.

  6. dorothy says:

The court made a huge mistake in giving her until April to go to rehab. She won’t make it that long before being arrested again for one reason or another. . She’s become a poster child for addiciton.

    • NerdMomma says:

I know, right? That’s a whole month to get arrested again. And she will.

    • Cool Phosphorescent Shimmer says:

Actually, they gave her until May 2. I read she has paid engagements in Australia in late April…anyone smell an “I lost my passport!” moment coming?

      • littlestar says:

Ridiculous. If it was a non-celebrity in her situation, wouldn’t rehab happen immediately? Why does she get to wait until May just because she has to “work”? When you give up your rights by committing a crime, shouldn’t a person automatically lose their rights? It’s mind-boggling. She gets away with so much that I’m not even really that surprised anymore, just disgusted.

      • Cool Phosphorescent Shimmer says:

I’m guessing they wanted her to plead no contest, so they gave her time before she had to start rehab so she would accept the deal. I am hoping she gets/has a probation officer and that she is tested routinely before and after her rehab stay–if, that is, she ever actually shows up for it.

      • Itsa Reallyme says:

I don’t understand why this always gets to be an excuse for her. The “I already have work lined up” excuse. Most of us already have work lined up in April and if we broke the law there’s no way the judge would say–Oh okay, since you have a job you don’t need to bother with any jail time. I’m just stumped by how this system works.

      • Cool Phosphorescent Shimmer says:

I agree. One of the reasons most people don’t break laws is that prison would make them lose their jobs and thus, their homes and cars and everything. That she is always excused because of “work” seems highly suspect to me, too.

The irony, of course, is that she has no home and no car to lose…making her “work” even less important than upstanding citizens who work hard to contribute to society–and even pay taxes on their income!

      • littlestar says:

That’s what I was thinking too. You put it perfectly with this: ” Most of us already have work lined up in April and if we broke the law there’s no way the judge would say–Oh okay, since you have a job you don’t need to bother with any jail time.” It’s like, if you have to work, shouldn’t you have thought of that before you committed a crime? And so very very true that she has nothing to lose anymore – no house, no cars. Maybe it’s only a matter of time before she declares bankruptcy.

      • Katybug says:

It is actually not uncommon to give defendants time to “‘get their affairs in order’ before they show up for jail after a no contest or guilty plea (I say this as a CA lawyer as a general rule). So she plead no contest and got time to get her s*%! Together before her sentence.

It’s still total bs she hasn’t been sent to jail for an extended period of time. If she kills someone in my family while driving all high/drunk, imma sue the crap outta e’errrrrrrryone!!!!

    • Itsa Reallyme says:

I don’t understand that. Why all the freedom to choose which rehab center and when? she’s a criminal. I don’t understand why the judge didn’t say, you are being taken to the X treatment center immediately. Have your mom pack you some things and have them delivered.

      • Katybug says:

Because she will pay for it herself. Allegedly. If they send her to one of ‘their’ rehabs, law-abiding CA citizens like me foot the bill….

  7. Jackie Jormp Jomp (formerly Zelda) says:

Meh. If I had 60 days before I had to rehab, I would party my face off, too.

That said, she will be dead in 60 days.

    • littlestar says:

Yep, it’s going to be a 60 day free for all now. Watching the courtroom proceedings on TMZ on Monday, I was disgusted by how clueless the judge seemed. Am I the only one who thinks this? We think her lawyer is bad, but the judge acted like what was happening was no big deal. That’s how I perceived it anyway. Like he doesn’t read Celebitchy and has no idea of the hell he has unleashed for the next little bit…

      • Cool Phosphorescent Shimmer says:

He was businesslike. He probably did not want to say any more than he had to say to get the job done. I can’t say that I blame him. He likely does not want to be a media personality.

      • littlestar says:

That’s likely very true. Personally though, I just wish there was SOMEONE out there that would punish this useless twit already. She had so much potential, such a bright future, and she threw it all away for drugs and prostitution and an asshole attitude. And instead of being punished, they cater to her. I will never understand it :(.

  8. lem says:

how does she look better in the mugshot than she did in court?

    • Lulu.T.O. says:

It’s her only art form, sadly. Looking fabulous in mugshots.

    • brin says:

She probably uses her mug shots as head shots (frugal Crackie).

    • Tiffany :) says:

The mug shots aren’t high resolution, so they look blurrier (the wrinkles don’t stand out so much). Also, the camera is looking down at her, so when she looks up it obscures the jowls. But it does look like she had her make up redone before getting her mugshot taken.

  9. Elceibeno says:

Lindsey says ‘OMG I will kill you’ to her dealer every time he cheats her out of a full eight ball.

  10. some bitch says:

What the hell was she coming down from in those courtroom shots? Holy crap, I’ve pulled finals and staying up 2 days in a row without looking quite so terrible.

If she has until May 2nd to prove she’s in a treatment center, chances are she won’t check in until late April.

    • Cecada says:

I’m thinking more along the lines of May 3rd rolling around and suddenly Crackie has an “infection” or lost her passport or whatever.

She’ll find a way to delay it, drag it out, get it reduced, get it tossed out, whatever.

I don’t think she has the slightest intention of honoring this decision at all.

      • pamspam says:

She’ll say “the black kid” stole the ten thousand dollars out of her purse that she was going to use to pay for treatment.

      • ladybert62 says:

Hi Cecada: I agree with you!

      • swack says:

I totally agree. I think she is will try her hardest not to even go to rehab. She is “in the now” person and does not think of the consequences of her decisions that will happen down the road. Right now she has until May 2nd to ENROLL (don’t know if that means she has to actually be in the rehab facility – could someone with knowledge inform me?). She will wait until the last minute to find some place and then claim that she can’t find an approved place and needs more time. She does the same thing with her court appearances. In fact, the last two she was late.

      • Cool Phosphorescent Shimmer says:

Swack, I believe that her attorney must be in court on May 2 or 3 to inform the judge that she has EITHER entered treatment OR has enrolled and established a date to enter.

Which leads me to believe she will say, Okay, my date is January 2, 2027.

The only thing that would make her get there in a timely fashion is–I think? –that she has to complete it AND the community labor (which seems worse than community service–is it?) before she can start to whittle away at that additional 2 years of probation. So while she is on probation, I think–maybe? — it goes on until two years after she completes those other tasks.

Anyone clarify? I may be making this up…but not on purpose!

    • Roma says:

Cocaine is a hell of a drug, especially when mixed with alcohol.

      • Agnes says:

Hahaha! Cocaine is a hell of a drug – that made me think of Rick James on The Chapelle Show. Haha.

  11. RuddyZooKeeper says:

Holy pants?! This is the first full-body photo I’ve seen. What the bloody hell is she wearing on her lower half?!

  12. Eleonor says:

Her lawyer seems taken from the set of some crime-tv series, like Law and Order, or stuff like that. His character the “sleazy lawyer”.

  13. CaliYalie says:

Man, can someone say coke nose? It looks like her bridge is disintegrating in that mug shot.

  14. Apsutter says:

Was she wearing someones varsity jacket in her mugshot?

  15. dorothy says:

Did anyone notice that her alcoholic mother wasn’t at court with her? Wonder if someone asked her not to come because she has as much a problem as her daughter and isn’t viewed as a responsible parent?

    • Hakura says:

She’s too busy getting smashed & disrupting high-end auctions xD It’s not like these hearings are ever anything ‘new’ anyway. x3

  16. Hubbahun says:

Dear Lord. and I can’t believe I’m going to say this – but that mug shot is probably the most flattering photo ever of the skank.

    • Willa says:

Sad. But yes. It is a great pic of her!

    • Hakura says:

I agree o.O I was startled how good she looked in it, too.

    • Sugar says:

It’s not bad! Not bad…I’m naming this one “attitude” It’s a sad thought to think someday there could be enough to do a Lindsays mugshot calendar not that I would hang it on my wa

  17. Kat says:

Look at that mugshot. That face is absolutely chocked full of self-entitlement, and smugness. That face says, “I’m getting away with it again because I deserve to do what I like.”

  18. Dee Cee says:

Needs to see the new pope and learn something humbling and marvelous about herself.. alone.. get away from her family for a while.. of course there might be great scandals and colossal shakeups in Vatican City while she vents her feelings.. oh oh oh feelings and tries to trick the Pope and take whatever isn’t tied down.., but Satan would stay away for the duration ..as not to take blame..

    • Hakura says:

Between the two, I’d blame her first. Satan has nothing to worry about blame-wise, so long as she’s around.

    • Celia says:

She would no doubt find a lot to steal at the Vatican. She’d be like a kid in a candy store!

      • EscapedConvent says:

If she gets a private audience with the Pope, he’ll need to check under his robes to make sure his Pradas or Guccis are still on his feet when she leaves. That’s how smooth she is.

  19. mystified says:

I don’t mean to discount the pain that her drugged induced thuggery has caused others, but as a former fan these pictures just break my heart.

She used to be so fresh looking and beautiful. Now with that colorless skin, weird lazy left eye and hair that not even Goop would want, she’s a frightening mess.

    • Hakura says:

I agree with you. For some odd reason, I was inspired last night to look at some ‘before/after’ pics of Lindsay. It really is shocking, all over again.
      Lindsay Then & Now
      Lindsay Then & Now – 2

      • The Original Tiffany says:

Even better??? The face morph. Please do not blame me for your nightmares or counseling.
Been a while since we got to see this.

        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqVP575Yn7U

      • Lulu.T.O. says:

Tiffany, that face morph is too scary! And done REALLY well. It cannot be unseen…

      • The Original Tiffany says:

That should be an anti-drug PSA.

She is only 26. Amazing, truly. Scary as well. Thought everyone might like a scary movie/sobering wake up call this fine AM. 😉

      • mystified says:

Tiffany that is scary! Need to figure out the parental controls on my Kindle so that my kids don’t happen across it and become traumatized for life.

      • Hakura says:

@Tiffany – Oh… Oh God… You can.. actually watch the process of her eyes…sinking into her face, & the cheekbones show & disappear, along with her lips blowing up & deflating (& the progression of complete inability to keep both eyelids on level…)

I Demand that part of her sentence be for these ‘before & after’ photos be put on middle & highschool walls, & that ‘morphing’ trainwreck video be shown at least once a year.

  20. Hubbahun says:

Isn’t her lawyer one of the Gringotts goblins?

  21. JL says:

    Lesson of the day:

court pictures = coming off a crack binge HARD

Mug Shot = Ahhhhh got me a hit

The outfit for court = raided grandma’s closet on the shirt, HO dogging on the pants and don’t give a shit on the hair.

Park her at the end of a smokey bar of 50 year old bar flys and no one would blink at this point.

  22. sunnyinseattle says:

She only needs a few more mug shots and she can make a calendar! Lol See, she is just looking for a way to make money. Planning for the future as they say. 😉

  23. JL says:

This girl will never go away…..

    Heaven won’t have her
Hell is afraid she’ll take over.

  24. serena says:

LOL so unfortunate. She didn’t want monitoring because she knows she can’t stop drinking and doing drugs. That’s why. While in rehab she still get to go out and party or sneak some bottle and crack.

    • Troof! says:

More likely is that she doesn’t WANT to…and doesn’t even see why she should HAVE to :/

  25. dave says:

Her mug shot is way nicer than any candid pics I’ve seen of her lately!

    • EscapedConvent says:

HA! I thought the same. It’s one of her better photos! Just slap “Glamour” on her forehead & you’ve got the new May 2013 cover.

  26. WendyNerd says:

She’s seriously just fucking with us at this point. She’s flaunting it. You can tell by her smirky mug shot. She’s sending a clear message:

“I am above the law no matter what and will never, ever be truly punished for all the shit I do. Even after countless arrests, obvious guilt and Griphook the Goblin for a lawyer, I am still never going to have to go to jail like you disgusting peasants would. HAHAHAHAHAHA KISS MY FIRECROTCH DOUCHEBAGS BECAUSE BIG BERTHA IN CELLBLOCK 3 WILL NEVER GET THAT CHANCE!!!”

  27. Katie says:

The source says Lohan is in “full denial” about staying in rehab for a full three months and that “She doesn’t care… It isn’t that she is stupid. She just doesn’t get it.”

    Um. I think she’s stupid.

  28. Kiddo says:

TMZ’s “sources” (who all have the last name “Lohan”)

    This is hilarious. Thank you.

  29. dcypher1 says:

Im suprised she didnt go in the club. Paps never stoped her before from going to the club she probably forgot her bullet at home.

  30. KellyinSeattle says:

She’s unable to sustain any type of relationships or reality. I thought it was interesting how her father reacted; angry and loud, wanting to fight. She’s not a little girl anymore. She’s really lost but seems to enjoy the attention, even if it’s negative attention. She’s 26 – too old to have her parents running the show or always picking her up when she falls, and enabling her. She takes no responsiblity, and she’s not a kid anymore.

    • Bess says:

Neither of the Cracken’s parents can admit that she’s making her own terrible decisions & is responsible for her own situation. They also don’t seem to understand that she’s an adult.

  31. Stoner says:

“She’s not stupid, she just doesn’t get it” is the new “I’m not bitching, I’m just sayin'”.

  32. Stoner says:

Also, is the black leather jacket in her mugshot the same black leather jacket she didn’t wear to the nightclub?

  33. Lucy94 says:

Can you imagine a regular jane addict who is days away from death if they don’t quit their addiction, so they check into rehab…and get Cracky as a roommate and have to go to group with her?!!!! Do you think any rehabs will turn her away because of all the drama she brings?

  34. NorthernGirl_20 says:

TMZ is reporting that NY doesn’t have lockdown rehab facilities and that her lawyer may have deliberately mislead the court about that. She might have to go to jail instead. That is where she belongs but not holding my breath.

    • Mich says:

I just read this! If true, it is too damn funny!! That Heller is such an idiot. Did he really think no-one would find out about the ‘alleged’ witness tampering? And now this?? Hahahahaha!

p.s. It would also be kind of funny if Heller ended up sentenced to more jail time than the Cracken because of his shenanigans on this case.

    • Tiffany :) says:

I read that on TMZ too! But then I went back to the story…and it was taken down. If you google, they say the story is no longer available.

Bad TMZ, tempting us with justice and getting our hopes up!

  35. gt says:

After looking at these latest pictures of her in court I feel so sad for her. It’s called addiction people and it’s not something that anyone chooses. It’s like there is no life left in her eyes and I feel like it’s so very sad. I know alot of people on here feel so sorry for Britney because of her mental health issues and to me addiction is no different. I just hope that she makes it and gets help as she has so much talent and it’s a shame that it’s being wasted.

    • Troof! says:

After looking at these latest pictures of her in court I feel sick to my stomach. It’s called addiction people and it’s not something that Lindsay wants to admit to or change. It’s like there is no life left in her eyes and I feel like it’s her own damn fault. I know a lot of people on here feel so sorry for Britney because of her mental health issues and to me addiction is no different, except that Lindsay’s had so many chances to get help and has shat on every. Single. One. I just hope that she gets help as she haD so much talent and it’s a shame that it’s being wasted because she just wants to get wasted.
      *Fixed it for ya

      • dee says:

I think the reason there are so few people who share your empathy for her is that addict or not she’s got an incredibly off-putting personality. She’s rude, selfiish, entitled and a big fat liar and these are elements of her character that are not caused by her addiction. She’s basically an a**hole and the very real problems she does have are not sufficient counterweight to her monumentally bad personality as far as garnering her much sympathy.

  36. skuddles says:

She’s so clearly wasted on downers in that mugshot. But looks like she put a 1000 x more effort into looking decent for that pic than she did for her court appearance. Likely because mugshots are now Lilo’s version of portfolio pics… and bonus – she doesn’t even have to blow the photographer.

  37. TXCinderella says:

Boy does she look tore up. This girl will not make it to 30.

  38. Octo says:

I am sick of the shit talking from people who are ignorant about addicts. You would be quite surprised by their incessant lying, blunders, and mishaps. She has an addiction. She needs rehab. She is going to reform in jail. She has a problem that needs addressing and constant focus. I dislike her endeavors as much as the next person, however I don’t think jail is going to do her any good. She could spend a long time in there, and nothing would happen. She may never recover. She might not have the determination. I just don’t get the constant ragging on this girl. She’s miserable and her life is destroyed by her own hands. She’s lost her beauty and opportunities as an actress. I think her life is punishment enough and people should really piss off. The best chance she has is just to live a quiet life somewhere with a mediocre job. Really, it’s like you guys are kicking a dead animal on the side of the road.

    • db says:

I rarely post / comment, but UNLESS YOUR LAST NAME IS LOHAN – I have no idea what planet you’re on…

I know addiction and I understand every heart breaking perspective on the subject but you’re forgetting something: THE PHOTO OF THE PORSCHE ON THE HIGHWAY AFTER HER CRASH~!!!

But for the grace of G-d, her actions have not left anyone (that we know of) dead like an animal on the side of the highway – but it’s not for a lack of trying. The reporter, the nanny and child in a carriage, the truck (her assistant regardless of whether he was driving the car at the time of the crash)…

It wasn’t as if she couldn’t afford transportation or there was an emergency – she just felt like driving. That’s disgusting. Just disgusting. And she won’t stop – why should she???

If someone you loved was killed senselessly because of her wanton disregard for anything other than her next fix – would you feel as badly for her?

I disagree that jail wouldn’t help. She has been in rehab 4 or 5 times already. Perhaps a real jail sentance would be the “bottom” that she needs to make changes.

Getting sober has to come from her. When others are keeping her housed and fed, mouth injected, extensions on her head, private jets to fly on, etc., it keeps her from hitting bottom. Jail might be the only thing that gets through to her how important it is to get sober.

    • Dawning Red says:

“I don’t think jail is going to do her any good.”

We’ll never know for sure until we try!

  39. Octo says:

Oh, and by the way I know a lot of addicts who do the same illegal things as her or get caught and they get off a lot easier than she does. I know a dude who was just caught with a big bag of heroine and a needle in his car while drunk. He did a couple days in jail and then they gave him community service, so spare me the bs, if that happened to her they would be trying to lock her up for a year. The fact is these are minor offenses usually. Leave the girl alone, she’ll probably be dead in a year anyway.

    • skuddles says:

I agree she’ll likely die from her addictions. But the real question is, how many other people might she hurt or kill in the meantime? I doubt it will make any difference whether she goes to rehab or jail – just get her off the streets already.

      • Tiffany :) says:

I agree. Her actions don’t just affect her, they affect society in general.

Let’s keep in mind her many mugshots are from crimes like multiple DUIs, theft, etc. These aren’t crimes against herself, those actions endanger other people. We are VERY lucky that she hasn’t killed someone yet.

Does anyone else remember the time when she was with Sam Ronson when she crashed her car in between a house fence and a tree (on a sidewalk), where there was footage of her running away from the scene? So lucky that no one was on the sidewalk at that time.

      Whoa Octo, CHILL!

If you know addicts, then you know they need to see the consequenses of their actions and admit their problem to hit their bottom. ONLY when admitting powerlessness will they recover.

She puts herself out there, this site is one of the consequences, their is nothing wrong with stating to an addict how and what their behavior causes.

People are disgusted, the sooner she figures that out the better, if this site helps her do that then it’s a public service saving her life.

I hope she’s reading this, I hope she’s disgusted, I hope she sees these commets and gets the slap in face to clean up and change.

I hope rehab does some good, in her current state of denial it will not. Jail may not reform her, but it may keep her from harming someone else – that is why people want her locked up somewhere – anywhere.

      • soxfan says:

She is an addict, yes, but, and this is a HUGE but, she is also a spoiled, entitled, arrogant, narcissistic thief with little regard for others and their properties. These “qualities” have nothing to do with her addiction(s).

      • Octo says:

Drugs destroy your moral fiber when done enough. Think about the number of murders, robberies, and rapes that are drug related. I dare anybody to do crack and drink every day trip on acid and take pills, then see if you are a law abiding decent person. Even after a person is sober and clean it takes years to undo that damage. It alters your brain chemistry. Surely she could be a bad person without the crack, however I don’t know because I never met her. THat being said, I’ve known many people who were decent and moral until they became hooked on drugs. They deteriorated. Also, I grew up with alcoholism in my immediate family and I’ve felt the adverse effects of an addict’s wrath. I have seen and felt the highs and lows of an addict. I’ve laugh when they are up high being charismatic and charming and cried when they were low and violent. I do get it. I am not excusing her, I am just saying all this name calling and shaming does is point out the obvious. She is a very troubled girl and it’s like kicking a wounded animal. Even if she were to stop using and get clean, it doesn’t erase your warped way of thinking immediately. Recovery is a process. It’s her mind that is really destroyed, not just her body. I get that this is a celebrity bashing site and it’s funny to mock humans, we all do it, still I think there is should be a level of consideration to how low we stoop. Some things aren’t funny; she isn’t funny, she’s pathetic. I don’t think it’s fun to kick someone when they are down.

Octo, there is a HUGE difference between a person with addiction issues and a horrible person with addiction problems. She is the latter. She has been given chance after chance after chance and every time she thumbs her nose at people trying to help and screws them over. She does not just have addictions, she is an entitled little brat who thinks the world owes her something. Everyone would be willing to give her a little leeway, IF she showed any remorse or care. She does not care about anyone but herself! 🙁

  40. Lisa says:

She is very nice in these smug shots, probably because she is more sober than usual when the pics are taken.

  41. Andrea says:

Does anyone know anything about the ny case where she punched they lady? Anything new there?
Whats going to happen if there really is no locked down rehab in ny like tmz says?

  42. MyLeNe - Montreal says:

Maybe her avocat his “fraudulent pratice” but it’s first times we see her with some consequence !

  43. rightgrrl says:

Okay, the mugshot is fbetter than I expected BUT when you compare her nose in her first mugshot to this latest one it is completely different! More spread out across her face now, pointier back then…poor nose has probably been through a lot but DAMN…she looks like a different person now.

  44. Sarcasmo says:

Jezzie or Gawker (one of the two) has a rating of her mug-shots, from best to worst. VAY funny!
