As I’m sure you were all aware, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian celebrated their second wedding anniversary yesterday. I know, it feels like so much longer, right? Well, their affair began… late 2008/early 2009, right? So it’s been more than four years total. LeAnn celebrated her anniversary with her great love, Twitter, by tweeting asinine nonsense like “When you can celebrate others love & successes even in the face of your failure or sadness, that is when you know you’ve grown up and found peace” – which I guess is aimed at her “haters” right? She also tweeted “Quote of the day from Jie who blew my hair out this evening ‘No drama no life’ I died laughing at that one” – is that really so funny?
But really, you’re here to find out what Eddie Cibrian spent his allowance on for an anniversary gift for LeAnn. LeAnn thoughtfully let us know by tweeting the above photo and this message, “Love my hubby for the sweetest card and bring framed pics of last year’s anniversary to TO…. Just beginning”. So, Eddie spent his allowance on… picture frames? AND a card!! Is that thoughtful? OR CHEAP?
LeAnn also got a cake! She tweeted this photo with the message “Anniversary cake w/ lyrics from our wedding song”. Huh… “If you break down I’ll drive out and find you”…? That sounds more like Eddie thinks LeAnn is goin’ round the bend again.

Incidentally, the framed photos which are LeAnn’s “anniversary presents” are from Eddie and LeAnn’s vow renewal last year in Mexico. Yep. I’m amazed they even were allowed to use the church (assuming they asked permission), because it’s a Catholic church, and both of them are still considered married to their former spouses under Catholic canon law. In the eyes of the Catholic church, they’re living adulterous lives.
Those photos and the whole occasion was a hoot-just them and a pro photog, rather than their GSI flack, Big Head. The photog has the pics all over his site and there isn’t a single other soul in sight.

Congratulations! My husband and I are celebrating our 11th anniversary in the fall, but we tend to do trips instead of material possessions as we love to travel. Guess I better start posting photos of vacations to remind everyone of our true love.

Thank you, JenD, I was thinking we sounded cheap. 😉 But neither of us are big on jewelry or fancy things, we have two kids in sports, so whenever there’s a birthday, holiday or anniversary, we put money away that we would’ve spend on gifts and save it towards the trip. A coworker taught me this when I was engaged. We are hoping to take ourselves and the kids to Canada this summer, but where I really want to go is Alaska.

Who doesn’t believe LeAnn framed those photos and placed them in their home back when they did the photo-op? I think he just went and bought new photo frames. No way she hasn’t had those photos on prominent display for a year in their home to show their “love.”
She looked so much better pre-fillers. It’s kind of odd. When she was too thin and her face was gaunt, no fillers. When she puts on weight, where her face would fill out normally and look better anyway, then she goes and puts fillers in too.

I can’t imagine being married to someone who is only with me for my money, because my ex wife kicked me out-after I made fun of the current Mrs. for her looks to my ex. I would’ve liked it more if Leanne had maybe hit it a few more times and then kicked him to the curb….he is exactly what my mom warns me against.
In a way, he kind of reminds me of my biological father. When my mom went to court to get him to pay child support (after 12 years of nothing), he told her that if she went ahead with this, then there would be no relationship between him, me, or my twin brother. My mom said oh well, and went ahead. Incidentally, I have about five or six OTHER siblings from this guy that I’ve never met.
I think Eddie only sees his kids because of Leann. if he and Brandi had broken up, Leann kicked him out too, then I don’t think we’d ever see him with his kids, unless it was somehow beneficial to him or his career. He doesn’t even care enough to pay child support so their mother, who took care of his sorry a** for the last ten, thirteen years (?) can have a place to stay with THEIR kids, so we know he’s not much of a father.
Wasn’t it just after they got married that he went to court, got back part of the money he paid in child support to Brandi, because he wasn’t working? I don’t know what I would’ve done if I was Brandi, but I would not have been calm. I’m surprised Leann doesn’t pay it for him…or try to rub it in Brandi’s face by giving her or the boys money to take home.
Maybe Eddie’s at home counting it all, making sure there’s enough for beer and waitresses.

You are both right. He paid spousal support for a very short period of time, too little and too short of period, given length of marriage and 2 kids. He pays some child support BUT ONLY when he works, that is why Brandi likes him to work. This unfair deal was thanks to Leann hiring a very expensive lawyer for Eddie(prior to separation) who consulted with every high profile, experienced successful California attorney, tying them up so they could not represent Brandi due to conflict of interest. This is all public record and not just biased rumors.

When people turn up the attempts to prove their devotion to the world, it often means things are not rosy. I base this on life experience. There is an incredible amount of emphasis on this relationship and the stepmom issue. That makes me think (possibly incorrectly) that the relationship is not in great shape. I usually don’t have many kind these to say but I love the gold icing on the cake (but not that she has to post this for everyone to see–but again she doesn’t understand privacy) and I looove the church in the last pic. It’s a cute picture and the background is gorgeous.

The ONLY place they vacation is Cabo San Lucas. Those pics were taken there last year on their first anniversary.

I don’t believe for a second Eddie gave her those framed photos. LeAnn’s biggest mistake is not thinking like a man when she does her fake “Eddie” gifts. She puts things out there that a girl would think was romantic, or that she thinks is romantic according to “made for tv movie standards,” but any women knows, men do not think like girls when giving gifts. She makes “Eddie” come off as a man who needs his balls back. And a cheap ass. LOL.

Exactly. The picture she put on Twitter was another of LeAnn’s staged pictures. No way in hell Eddie had anything to do with framed pictures. LeAnn brought the pictures from home herself and probably brought the card, too. She is some sicko, and I am so glad Eddie has to put up with her. He deserves it so.
Next year’s cake will say: “Don’t try to run, because I’d find you!”

I have seen a lot of weird stuff posted by celebs, but I have never seen anyone posting the front of a card you buy at a store like Walgreen’s that everyone gets for any holiday or special occasion. It’s proof of nothing but that he picked it up on the way home. Whether he means the card’s words or not (I will give him the benefit of the doubt), it’s still the silliest thing to post photos of, because we all get lovely cards from loved ones, and no one I know has ever taken a photo to post online. It’s really the personal handwritten words inside that really mean the most and which should be just that, personal. I’m sure inside is just Happy Anniversary, Love Eddie. LOL
It is so high school for to post the front of a card like she’s been doing several times now.
For why she isn’t posting what she got him, it’s because what can she say, I bought him a 1,000 gift and I got some picture frames with a paid-for pap shot that we sold to a magazine. It’s not even like he went rummaging through their photos and found some cute candid shot that he loves of them. We all know those renewal photos have been out for all their guests to “admire” for a year.
And he barely dressed for the occasion to take her out. LOL Practically just a flannel shirt on. I’m sure “low key” wasn’t her plan.

And you are so right, I cannot think of a single person I know who has taken a photo of a card to post online. I’m sure she knows deep down that the dirt bag has given up on trying in their marriage, when do you think she’ll stop putting on a show for all of the world to see?
The photos on Just Jared are telling. He ignores her most of the time. I’m sure she is annoying and nagging. She won’t be able to keep up this farce of a relationship much longer because soon he will get tired and not care who sees. If he is on the set all day, WTF is doing there? Must be embarassing to have your wife tagalong on every damn job you get.
I may talk with my husband twice a day because I know he is out working hard. Besides I have my own business to run so keeping track of his every move and talking via phone (or text) to him all day won’t happen. Yes we did that as teenagers (20+ yrs ago) but now it is “hello, love you, see you later”.

Yep, very telling. Always smiling when they know the paps are there but when they are unaware they are being papped they never look happy.
Long time lurker … had to post when I read this. I’m in Toronto and I can tell you there are no paps hanging outside hotels unless it’s the film festival and even then things are pretty easy going. If I’m seeing correctly, the restaurant they went to is Urso, which is on Queen St. West, and is no how no way in what would even be pap heavy territory (if Toronto even had that, which it really doesn’t … those would be Yorkville or the Liberty Village areas). Toronto has a lot of film and TV productions shooting year round and in my 28 years living here, I have never seen paps hanging around a set or popular restaurant hoping to get a shot of a celeb outside the film festival period. She called this photographer for SURE. Maybe the surlier photos were them being unaware the guy was there but trust – she paid for those photos.
