Thank you so much..that is a very helpful info for me.I had a trouble in sleeeping few months ago and at the moment I can get a good night sleep.hahaha.I tried so many things to cure it and I did solve my problem.Happy sleeping..just sharing dude.

I take Ambien too, and while it used to work great I’ve recently been switched to the generic and I hate it. I could take 10 and still need more.

I worry about Pete because he od’d on Ativan (he’s quite public about it) and so I don’t think Zanax is a good thing for him to be switching to. They’re practically the same.

Ambien can be taken long-term under a doctor’s supervision. It is a common off-label use. Developing tolerance to it is rare. My mother developed chronic insomnia when she went through menopause. She’s been taking the exact same minuscule dose every night for many years, and it’s really improved her quality of life. Everybody reacts differently, but is has been a blessing for her.

Maybe we’ll all be blessed by the Ambien fairy when this douche pops one too many…

I thought Ambien was not to be taken more than 7 consecutive days. If Peten is taking it more frequently, I sure hope he is not around the baby at night. Ashlee shld. padlock him in a room alone!
