Sure the marriage may not work out, but at least their daughter will know that her parents gave it a damn good shot. Don't ask me why it matters, it just does. If marriage carries the weight of lifelong commitment, it pales compared to the same commitment that parenthood carries. I mean, you can fail at being a good parent but you're still a parent. So props to Ms. Spears and her husband to be for caring enough to try. I can’t help it, but I admire their intentions and their effort.
